So I do think Zoho Mail is user-friendly, but I think it really does come into play when you connect it with all the other services. CRM, Campaigns etc., it really does give you a complete view of your customer. You can chat about an email with other, have easy access to the built-in Cliq chat app which is similar to Slack...yeah it is pretty cool indeed.

So it has definitely helped us together with the whole ZOHO suite to better see what our customers asked, what Campaigns they clicked on etc. It is really handy.

Everything is working straight forward without encountered problems

Sometimes the buisness email seems to say that it's offline. Benefits I have realised are it's extremely user-friendly environment along with cheap prices on its features

The only defect of Zoho-mail for some users may be quite small space.

Zoho Mail is free (for the most part, at least for starting or small businesses). It's easy to setup. You can quite easily add multiple employees and manage your company email.

I do not think I have found anything I particularly dislike about Zoho Mail.

Unlike Gmail the Zoho mail is a entirely separate beast by itself. The fact that it can be used for business domain linking and other features are very helpful.

The number of support documents or video are less. Will be helpful for people to learn and use on their own.

Zoho made email forwarding feature for premium (paid) customers in last year policy update. In short if you have signed up for free then your mailboxes will not get email forwarding feature.

Zoho provides an excellent mail suite for small scale and large scale businesses. It provides many integrations. Zoho provided a stable email experience for me.

Zoho's email platform gives me confidence to appear professional to my clients. I can update my signature with images, add delayed sending incase I make an error, and there is free access under a certain storage size.

While I try to stay under the storage limit to maintain a free account, the communication stops receiving and sending emails. You'll either franticly spend 30 minutes deleting old emails or bite the bullet and upgrade to their paid version.

I have been able to communicate with clients more professionally. There are more pluggins for calendar, tasks, CRM, etc., but I do not need to use those at this time. It will be nice, once we grow bigger, to have those resources at my fingertips.

I like that they have a free option for a limited number of users. Love that I can combine all my email accounts into one screen. Love how much faster dealing with various emails can be. I can easily say that its a good competitor of Gmail.

For sure the weak point is spam filters, they need to improve them and sometimes, Zoho Mail is slow to use.
