It was surprisingly easy to set up. It's a great (free) service that I can use to create custom email addresses for my domain.

Sometimes it's hard to find answers or get help if something goes wrong.

Being able to have a custom domain for my business and not just a Gmail account or something. It looks way more professionsal.

I use this daily and it's valuable. It is totally different from my website hosting email and with a few features on the server & on my domain registrar, my mail was set up. I use it on my in house computer/devices or I can also login and work with email on the web. I set up folders, filters, blocks, and love that I can make an alias email to give out if I don't want a person to have the real email.

It seems like my email sometimes appears to be offline in my computer application. It is very brief but it happens. The more recent setup for anti-spoofing feature were difficult to set up and I had to contact support for help, their instructions were incorrect (but, like I said, they did help me and were eager to please). The spam filtering feels small. I can only restrict emails/ domains.

Since I am a user and suggest this to my clients, I would say it's worth it, even with the spam stuff. Junk mail will be difficult no matter what. The interface is good and I do notice they are always working to make improvements and upgrading things

Ability to move up and work as a team is the most useful benefit of Zoho Mail. On use I did find: 1. The Administrator can be a team can be many people. 2. Role set up and Employee Addition, even with custom roles are very helpful for medium scale enterprises. 3. Has a good ability to make a company-wide policy for better adding of compliance's and related kinds of stuff without too much work. 4. The advanced and simple mode selection also helps for quite a good lot of employees. 5. The email verification details in every email are quite a useful feature that will save time from spams not available in the suite and likewise applications to Zoho has.

One of the most not useful parts of the software is the streams feature. You can compare this to an email client trying to merge email with their own version of social apps. For those looking for a feature such as this it may not be a huge issue for you, however I run IT for 100 users and not a single user wants this feature, the tough thing being is it comes turned on by preset. Shut it off you say? If it were that easy I wouldn't be so mad by it.

The interface is pleasing and I do notice they are constantly working to make improvements and updating things.

Zoho Mail is an excellent Email Client . It's basic version or introductory version is free . It provides you with 5GB of Email Space free of charge . You can access the mail service using webmail for the free version. You can download the Zoho Mail App as well in Android phone and be connected always. It provides you with almost all features like recall your mail, Delivery receipt, Scheduled mail service feature etc. It's always up and never down. Overall it is great to be associated with Zoho Mail.

Recently Zoho Mail has reduced the no. of mails they can provide for it's basic version. Earlier you could use 5 free emails at 5 GB each as an introductory offer . Hope they do not dilute their free features as they get popular .

It provides you with all features an email client can offer . Excellent Support over Email, phone etc. Free services as an introductory offer by providing 5 emails with 5 GB space . Best for Startups, SME's who are looking for less investment initially on their mail requirements. Their price plans for paid plans are also reasonably priced.

The best thing about Zoho Mail is the free services. Using it is free. Though you can always sign up for paid subscription depending on your needs. I like that Zoho Mail has mobile application for easy access to email, aside from the usual website access. The spam filter is very high and tight. And another great thing about Zoho Mail is that there are no stupid advertisements even if you are on free subscription unlike others.

There is nothing that I dislike about Zoho Mail. It is great and works great.

Zoho Mail is an ultimate savior in many ways. It helps us a lot to save money because we get to use it for free. It is perfect for our small business to save money yet still function efficiently with email communication. Likewise, Zoho Mail saves our face. Even if we are using a free service, it doesn't limit or stop us from using our own domain name to be linked to our email address, and therefore, we don't look like a cheap business even if we are just a small one. Our clients don't look down on us. Also, aside from the usual website access, there is a free mobile application we can download and use on our mobile phone, which I love the most since, I often you to places and outside office to meet people and clients. So, even if I am not in front of my computer, I don't miss important emails because everytime a new email comes in, it pops up on my phone so I get alerted and thus I can immediately check, read it, reply if needed or schedule it since there is tasks option inside the email and even calendar, great additional features for no extra charge!

The most helpful thing is that you can buy only as many email ids that you require for your employees. As and when your employees increase, you can buy it on the go.

The least helpful thing is that the setup could be more easy and intuitive.

It uses your company's website domain name as your email domain which gives trust and confidence in clients you are communicating with that they are communicating with the right person. Zoho mail has also great features that an admin uses to manage and control emails. Zoho mail can be accessed no matter where a poison is.

Zoho mail user interface needs to be improved.

Fabulous mail service that is clean, fast and offers better protection to its users against fake emails. The lovable feature is that it is completely free of cost and having an ad-free email service. For me, it is very advantageous as I am using my own brand name which makes it a professional one. UI is easy to use and quite powerful. Moreover, very easy to set up and having advanced search options with email retention and discovery, helping me and my employees to search for a previous email very swiftly. Attractive templates, enabling one to use other features like calendar, contact, notes, etc. its mobile application is awesome giving freedom to manage the business even when I am away from the desk. Alerts should be made for unread emails so that they can be removed to free up the memory. Only five users can avail free service license with limited memory, to upgrade one has to purchase it.
