I love it that it can be used to link or create a business email using your business or domain name. It's great coz there is a web interface with same functionality as the smartphone counterpart for its email application. It's amazing because within the email application there are other features you can fully utilize such as notes, calendar, tasks, even tagging for quick and easy reply to others within the same organization or using the same domain name.

I don't like the fact that they have not limited the free users for each domain to 5 only for the free service which used to be 25 maximum, guess they didn't earn that much then, just sad for small businesses like us.

Zoho Mail is a great help for small scale businesses who want to have an email with their official domain name associated in the email instead of the generic gmail or yahoo. With Zoho Mail, even small businesses can level up and looks very professional. There are other helps that Zoho Mail can provide such as taking quick notes while reading emails, or maybe just a certain thought came in that you don't wanna lose, while reading or replying to emails, it easy and already there, you just have to click or tap it. Same with tasks and calendar. Likewise tagging is a great additional feature.

I like that it is free service, though they have paid service also. It has several features I get to enjoy while on my email interface like notes and tasks and calendar, there is even chat, amazing right? It is accessible thru browser and mobile application but the security is same, very secured. And the best thing is getting to personalize or use official email domain.

For now there is nothing I can say that I dont like about Zoho Mail.

Zoho Mail is a big help to level up our email. It is no longer generic email but very professional because it bears the name of our business brand. Anywhere I am so long as I have internet access, whether on my laptop or mobile, I can read, reply and compose email as needed. And they notification whenever a new email comes in is wonderful. I barely miss a single email. The filtering system of Zoho Mail is superb, so I dont get headache of going thru several emails before getting to important ones. And did I mention that there is a bultin chat function within the email interface? and I can even tag people, so instead of writing a very formal one, I can just tag and do quick reply like a chat to an existing email thread. I super love it!

It is easy to customize your email addresses to carry your domain name, the emails are easily managed and checked by administrator, it has a good anti spam feature and enough storage for mail. It is even easy to verify that you own a domain name.

I super love the fact that I got it for free yet I get to enjoy all the features they have. It is super secured and the spam filtering works great. They have mobile application aside from the website, so I can read, reply and compose email even on the go and best of all, my professional signature remains intact even if I am replying and composing thru mobile application. And most of all, I get to use my own domain name or my brand name associated with my email, so very professional and leveled up!

Sorry, but there is nothing that I dislike so far about Zoho Mail. And I couldn't thank them more than enough.

It is best solution for small business owners and workers who need a professional email bearing the brand name or domain name of the business or company, yet saving money. The Zoho Mail I got is free, so I save a lot. Maybe this is also their way of saying thank you for to all customers who patronize them and more people and businesses should use them!

What is there not to love about Zoho Mail. First, it is free. Second, the email is professional because it bears your business brand or domain name. Third, the security is tight. Whenever I receive new email especially if the domain name is something like marketing or not from reputable company, it automatically place it to spam and I get to choose if it is indeed spam mail or not. Fourth, there is a web interface as well as mobile application and they are both sleek and fast, and I love the notification for mobile, I don't miss every single important email even on the go.

Nothing, sorry but I love Zoho Mail. It has everything that I need yet I am getting it for free!

It helps me solve the problem about getting a professional email bearing the brand of our business name without spending a single cent. Even on the go, without laptop I still get emails and can reply to them with my professional signature attached even I am using a mobile application. It has built in calendar, tasks, and even notes which are very helpful for easy management of my day to day activities.

Zoho Mail online and smartphone interface are great. The security is very tight! Setting up is very easy, non technical people can easily do it coz they have tutorials right on the set up process. They've got tons of other features builtin on the mail application itself, tagging other people within the organization, etc.

So far there is nothing I can think of that I don't like about Zoho Mail.

Zoho Mail helps us maintain our email attached to our domain or website/business. It helps us to become very professional by having an email with our official business name as the domain instead of having those free emails like yahoo or gmail. Security features of Zoho Mail is awesome. Their phone apps is so great that you won't need any other application just to get to your email. Their background refresh rate is simply awesome without eating too much of my phone battery.

It is so native to the operating system and is integrated well so you get an overall fluidic experience.

I love it that you can use your own domain name to have an email linked to your domain or business name. Zoho Mail is simply not just ordinary mail app, it has many features builtin within the website interface or thru the smartphone app. Above all, I like that they offer free service for small scale companies with the need for maximum of 5 different emails using the same domain name. But if you need more, it is reasonable that you pay extra. You get more like the tagging feature, instead of the usual reply to email option, if the receiver or recipient of the email is within the same organization or domain name, you can just quickly reply by tagging the name of the person. There is also a builtin calendar and tasks so you can keep track of your day to day taskings. If you need to take notes quickly but be able to get access to it anytime online or thru mobile, there is also notes within the mail app. There's so much you get with one application!

So far there is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Zoho Mail. Maybe they can add more users to their free service :) if they would be generous enough. Since we, discovered Zoho, we have been using it for more than a year now and it's great, can't complain so far!

Zoho Mail is a big help for small scale businesses to leverage their email and communication with customers and internally within the organization because it is not just a generic email but very professional coz it uses the business name or domain name of your company. Internal communication is also very efficient because their is tagging feature within the application, so there is no need to write formal email messages, just a quick tag to your colleagues within the organization and you're done. Taking quick notes is builtin so you don't need anymore to use other application, but just same email interface or mobile phone application. Scheduling of tasks and even assigning tasks for people within the organization become so easy and quick coz again you wont need a separate tool for that, it is already builtin within the same great application, Zoho Mail.

Zoho has a similar workflow to Gmail AND Outlook which is pretty handy

For a business email platform, it hasn't got many advanced features

Yo me, Zoho was the perfect combination of Gmail and Outlook in terms of workflow. It felt well organized to me and helped me save a lot of time
