Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

Zoho mail service looks professional as it works with your domain name
The search function needs to be more automatic and auto typing is needed for drafting mails
It works great for sending and responding mails
User interface makes it easy to use from the start
Accessing from a mobile device isn't always the easiest.
Our mail needs for our businesses; bridges communication gaps!
Great and speedy service clean layout also
Clunky and I miss emails. When I try to click on a thread that appears unread, in actuality I have alrwady read it
No problems but I sometimes miss emails
I love the fact they allow a free plan without much restriction. We can handle all of our business needs with the free plan.
Limitations with the free plan but that is expected.
Email solutions for our entire organization.
I really like the way you can interact with your colleagues and social media platforms all in one place
Zoho can be a little bit frustrating to use at times, particularly the blanket mailing app
We don't really problem solve with Zoho we just use it as a general platform
I have recently implemented zoho mail in my site. It works awesome for me. since many of my emails have images and PDF files, the server interface is very readable and, as you click on your emails, the new windows are cascading and expanding on the right, which facilitates the rapid scanning of the necessary information. Additional applications and add-ons, such as Group Calendars, Streams, Tasks, etc., make communication really easy. It is worth noting that the customer service is excellent for the free service which is the one I currently use in order to be an excellent alternative. the best part of Zoho they offer best quality without ads in email.
I dislike a few features of Zoho like Inbox themes take a long time to load and it is not possible to import contacts from your social networks. Sometimes users signed with the app through mobile but during using the mobile app if you want to include your signature you will have to do it on the web.
Without a doubt this is an email service totally ideal for our company and also on a personal use level now I have my own "place" to host all my work-related emails, organize them to my liking and share them with the The rest of my coworkers with the Streams folders, makes general communication between users quick and easy, and moderates to make it suitable is an incredibly safe way to create a platform for communication-related to the company, both with Customers as with my own work team.
This is a very robust product with a very impressive price.
I'm perfectly fine with it, the quality is impressive
Because of their pricing models I was able to get my e-mail started for my small startup
The zoho mail is fully featured as you might expect from office 365 or google apps. I've used both competitors products before, and zoho mail works just as good, for half (or less) the price. Their web- and mobile apps work great and are easy to use. Setting up zoho mail was really easy, I just had to change some DNS settings and I was done. I use their light plan and it offers great extra features like multiple domains, exchange and imap support.
The administration panel looks and feels a bit outdated, but works otherwise great.
I don't want to have my email at my hosting company. This way people can still contact me if my hosting goes down. The email Zoho is offering is also much more feature complete than a standard imap server. It offers contacts, calendar, tasks and more.
The best thing about Zoho is the fact it is easy to use with Shopify and easy to use in general
The only thing I dislike is the fact the website looks a little outdated
It makes work easier and only took 5 minutes to set up with Shopify
Zoho mail helped us decrease our spendings on G Suite while providing tools equivalent to G Suite.
The interface is a little different from what you are used to in tradition webmail services.
Limit our spending on G Suite.
