There is nothing I dislike about Zoho mail.
In addition to standard email functionality, there is a chat function that allows me to chat easily with others in our firm.
What I like best about Zoho mail, is the chat feature that is available. It makes it easier and faster to communicate with my team members.
What I dislike is that it sometimes takes a while to receive emails and at times the server drops and it makes it hard to send emails.
The problem that we are solving through this platform is by having a whole software that we can use for everything. Zoho Mail, Projects, Calendar, Docs, People, etc.
I can use this from anywhere, outlook, webmail and on the app of my smartphone.
They have most things tuned perfectly, maybe one addition would be to add a more advanced Spam protection than manual whitelisting or blacklisting of domains.
I can have my emails separate and it saves a lot of web server space.
It's like GMail, but you can work with your own domain, free!

The support from Zoho support is unique and guaranteed with different potential. It does the job simply secure as this platform is reliable. In market trends, Zoho mail is the best tool for productivity.
The thing I dislike most is that it takes a lot of time in loading after you click it to entring into the mail section. Also, the server hangs in between whenever I send the emails, and they transfer into the drafts.
I nothing dislike at all, but spreadsheet should be added more for extra layout for the new productive structures. There should be some intersting layout to make it more intersting and fun. The color schemes shouldbe uodated to make it more attractive.
This platform has an optimal UX/UI. I really appreciate that many other tools of Zoho Business Suite are synced with Zoho Mail (Cliq, CRM, Workdrive, Calendar, Bookings, etc.).
I don't like the fact that we have to purchase additional Zoho licenses to get more email accounts. It would be nice that with our Zoho One package, we had the freedom to create independent email addresses without going through a Zoho license or email aliases.
With our Zoho One subscription, we have access to email hosting, with our custom domain. This is really nice. The management of new email adresses is seamless, all admin tools are great. Before, we had an external hosting service and we had to use email client software like Apple Mail. Now, we can easily access to our emails in a web browser (in cloud). This is a powerful improvement for our data storage and corporate memory capability.
The best thing about Zoho mail is that it lets me create my own email using my custom domain for free. Zoho mail has got all the features that one would require from Calendar to Tasks. Also, we received an immediate email in case the email failed to deliver. And unlike other email service provider it has a very active and support-friendly support team. This is a no-brainer the best email.
I couldn't find any downside of using Zoho mail till date.
