I think it must have bit more features in relation to tax calculation and ITR which makes it easier for calculating in hand salary. Also a reporting system should also be their though I know it's a part of sales process but something for the purpose of PIP.

UI could be a little more attractive & eye cache. Different views options should be available so that a user can select a created view whenever he logins and can avoid using filters every time.
Support ticketing CRM, Sprints to interact with product team & many others. Earlier I used another product whose UI was very nice and simple to use but not much customizable and insights.
I like the attendance, leave and performance management features of the zoho people.
Customization takes a bit time and that I think is because once that feature is done for your organization then you don't have to look for any other solution.
team management has become easier for me. I have more time to look into team performance and improvement rather than worrying about attendance and leave.

It's an great tool to increase the efficiency of any business. You get greater insight of the company's performance. There are various tools of Zoho which help small to large scale industries.
Only thing I disliked is customisation part in ZOHO CRM which can be looked into more as the on insert records features should be increased.
ZOHO is solving various quarter performance insight problems. CRM is benefiting in lot of ways from embedding the leads into system to tracking of order closure
I really like how easy it is to request time off and approve it. It shows me all the upcoming holidays and upcoming requested time off, so it gives great visibility on the near future scenario
It doesn't send automatic notifications for unapproved time off, which makes the process of reminding your approver to do so very manual.

What I like the most about Zoho people is, its user-friendly UI is very attractive all the employee records are very sorted I can easily check all my records like my salary slip for all months of the year, company employee list and holiday calendar, etc
It is a very good tool for the organization to maintain human resources, overall it is fantastic and nothing to dislike
Its been a month my organization migrate to Zoho from another platform, So it is very helpful for HR to organize and maintain records of employees on a central platform so they can easily track the records of any employee, Like employee performance attendance management, leave and holiday management, salary update etc
