Leave tracking and the attendance regularization. The organization tree help so much to find collegues and the connection between us. The chat port is also very helpful.

Filling time in the regularization is little bit difficult, if the time added for all days are same it takes so many time to update same time in all the fields.

The attendence and the leave tracking become efficient and awesome. time saving property is a good one. I can work on my task without thinking about the attendence and leave tracking

Track leaves and apply for leaves, salary slip details and everything can be customizable without any third party application. And there is a mobile application too, which is excellent.

Channels option, which is of no use for me. I feel that it be improvised, and it may be helpful to everyone. And Zoho People News, which is not that great.

No need to integrate with any third party tool and it can integrate with the same application just like now.

Zoho's user-friendly UI helps me add time logs and submit timesheets daily easily. It keeps track of my holidays, colleagues' birthdays, payslips, jobs, and other things related to the organization.

There is nothing specific I hate about Zoho People; they could add more features in the future if requirements come in. It keeps track of everything related to me and my organization.

Zoho has full HR suite including Attendance, leave modules, approvals, Compensation and asset management. All the previous implementation was flawed both from compliance and usage perspective.

I can see the personal details of all users working within the company. And this information can be hidden as desired. In addition, when the job starts, I can log in with one click both by phone and via the browser to check in. If any request is required from human resources, we can request accessible forms.

Although I don't have a problem in general, in some cases, even if the browser or phone has location permission, it does not log in because it does not detect the location when checked in.

I can check in for working hours. I can make a request here for any expense form or permission request. I can see the documents and organizational chart published through the company. I can access all Zoho's applications on a single screen.

With Zoho One you can manage your whole business at a very accessible price. The software is scalable to your needs and it comes with a handful of apps.

Sometimes you find it is missing simple and easy features to implement.

It is helping me manage my business much more easily and keeping me organized.
