zoho people has managed to allow us to combine different tasks from different software packages and suites both desktop and browser based in to a single multi functioning platform. this feature alone has saved our company and the people much effort and time now that every process has many more reduced steps

I really like the fact that it offers large customization options to the administrator without requiring programming skills. It also integrates with the email system like a charm, without any configuration and the emails are sent very quick. The data structure is efficient and it also gives some interesting automation options.

From the admin point of view, I have noticed some limitations for field values. For example I can not use a formula to set a data type field through workflow to display the current date when triggered. Also, the process of designing a template for a document takes time because you have a small area where you see the document you create and you can not use preview features. You just have to save and test it somewhere else every time.

We use workflows to save a lot of time for our employees.

The cloud and mobile platform ahs made our lives easier. We can now track employee checkin and check out locations. It's highly customizable as per our needs and i recommend this app to all.

Nothing that we've noticed so far, however there may be a few areas of improvement. The Zoho support team is very responsive and has helped us in smooth transition.

With the help of this app we have successfully overcome the human error aspect.

I am not in HR but used it as an employee while working with Matic Solutions. It was helping us (me and my colleague) to check our leaves, request for leaves, check absences, etc..

It's a handy tool since it also allows you to regulate where your employees clock in and out and securely hold critical documents, such as tax forms, for your employees. It may also be used to track an employee's hours worked over the course of a week or month and export that data for use with any payroll program.

I can't say I dislike it, but not all businesses are aware of it, which means that not everyone in the business world is aware of it, so we need to publicize it more and, yes, make it more beneficial for this. There were a few small flaws in previous editions, but the support team proved to be amazing since they were able to correct them all in the newest version, It would also be nice to add a few more subjects, but adding a few more fields to the information sections would suffice.

We can access everything about us, apply leaves, fill our timesheet, Self appraisal, view birthdays & anniversaries all in the same application. This saves lot of time for everyone.

Nothing that much for now. For a new bee ,it finds difficult to get hands on. After spending some time, it is easy to use.

Onboarding become paperless. Now HR has more time for other activities. Employee can easily see there available leaves and apply easily, while in previous they have to reach HR for all those things.

Zoho is good to be used on my laptop but when I tried using it on my mobile phone through an app I found it very difficult to use. It has less features on mobile app if we compare to use it on laptop

I had an issue to tracking timings and leave attedance of my team but now Zoho has helped me alot in making my life easier. The rosters and scheduling is very easy here on Zoho

I can view my tax and all tax declaration on one page. I can edit my tax declaration and see the resultant tax immediately, which allows me to tweak my tax deductions in the best possible way.
