The best thing I like about Zoho is that I can access it from my phone as well as my laptop from anywhere, it also gives me access to contacts of people working in my organisation with a single click search. It also has two-step auth. that keep my account secure.

The process of applying for leaves and regularisations can be made even easier.

It creates a unified database for employees and acts as a bulletin for company-wide announcements and notices. It helps track and manage employee attendance and in and out timings. It also helps to track leaves and holidays. Zoho People is like an internal social media website for the organisation too, as it helps employees interact with each other on the platform itself.

It allows us to check our salary slips and requests for leave. I use it every day for check-in and check-out. it is easy to implement, install its mobile app, and start using.

There is nothing big to dislike. But its loading speed can be improved.

It has lots of features to manage timesheets. Update policies and makes announcement easily. Everything is accessible from any device at any time. Makes the onboarding process easy.

I really like Simplified UX of the application. Its really nice to see a startup from India can build this great tool.

There are two things which they need to improve :- 1) Speed 2) Customer Service

We can access everything about us, apply leaves, fill our timesheet, Self appraisal, view birthdays & anniversaries all in the same application. This saves lot of time for everyone.

I like Zoho People for tracking time, applying leave and tracking attendance too.

In some cases it takes time more than expected to reload.

It solves the issue of tracking the time and managing the information of me on workplace.

Good application for paperless onboarding,attendance management, LMS,Leave tracker and much more.

Nothing that much for now. For a new bee ,it finds difficult to get hands on. After spending some time, it is easy to use.

Onboarding become paperless. Now HR has more time for other activities. Employee can easily see there available leaves and apply easily, while in previous they have to reach HR for all those things.

One of the best platforms for HR activity, you can monitor each and everything of the employee if there is a background check you can do it with one click. if the organization is big and you want to handle Human resources you go for this application.

Zoho is good to be used on my laptop but when I tried using it on my mobile phone through an app I found it very difficult to use. It has less features on mobile app if we compare to use it on laptop

I had an issue to tracking timings and leave attedance of my team but now Zoho has helped me alot in making my life easier. The rosters and scheduling is very easy here on Zoho

I can view my tax and all tax declaration on one page. I can edit my tax declaration and see the resultant tax immediately, which allows me to tweak my tax deductions in the best possible way.

1. The user interface is a bit glitchy. 2. Sometimes, the information does not get updated immediately. 3. A learning curve exists for new users. It is a bit overwhelming when we see it for the first time
