All my documents are placed at one place and are accessible to me whenever I want from where ever I want. My daily attendance, all new joinees their bdays everything is visible on Dashboard.

There is nothing that has come up to my use, which i would dislike, in my organization it is used to keep data of all employees, to post goals, announcements by HR, Policies etc. and it is serving its purpose completely.

Maintaing all data, files becomes hectic, so it is solving this major problem. Accessbility is cloud based, which is very needful at these times, so it is also one more positive thing.

Sign in with photograph is the best feature of Zoho People, being the director of the company I was in desperate need of affordable software that can capture location, time and photo of our work from home employe.

It should have an integrated incentive system as well. My HR just told me that it has payroll system and we will be using this from this month onwards but don't have anything regarding incentives.

Biggest advantage is location capturing while sign in and then payroll. Best part is travel sheet updation. I mean actually I am in love with this software being a start up company.

It's a best HRMS app I've used till now. It has all the features required by and organisations.

The best thing I liked about Zoho products is their simplicity and user interface. Very easy to use.

The thing I dislike is they dont have dedicated customer support team.

Its helping us with HRMS and also CRM, wherein our HR team and Sales team are using this and helped us in automation.

Ease of implementing the various zoho product and the ease of customization of it.

I have not encountered something that is to be disliked, but recently the zoho creator chat support is really not helpful.

Zoho people is a platform or application where you can find everything under a single application for example tracking attendance of your employees, tracking payroll.

Zoho people take longer than usual time to give notifications or updates to the candidates, hiring managers, team leads. Also, Zoho people notify you on your email way too late.

Zoho people is giving you everything under a single umbrella, where we don't have to maintain multiple excel files and everything things is trackable and we don't have to maintain everything details about candidates.

The Support team take too long to reply, I have a few cases pending for as long as a month now.

By implementing ZOHO we have been able to take care of a lot of things in our hire to retire process. 1) Employee onboarding has been automated 2) Document collection post the recruitment process is automated 3) Employee Confirmation, Exit and all other processes have been automated

Hi Team, I am sharing my review for Zoho People. I have been using this tool for leave management and performance management, it has a customized dashboard. there are some modules related to performance management like KRA, skills, goals etc.

I have been using it for a few months, no problem so far, just an amazing tool with a customized dashboard, and liked it since I am using this tool, will share it later if will face any problems.

It is a user-friendly tool, we can play around with it very easily. Overall a good product under the budget and give notifications for changes as and when we need to do.

Zoho people is one of the most seamless software's with an employee every essential day to day activities in one place. From attendance and leave management to check in and check out Zoho people does it all in one place. It also helps in with user or employee information and essentially helps in the review process as well.

While being efficient in all attributes it does not have payroll and referral features, unlike other platforms. Although there are separate other tools by Zoho it is definitely more convenient if everything is in one place.

HRMS in regards to attendance, leave, review, probation tracking, appraisal cycles and more. It also helps in checking the working status of the remote employees and instantly contacting them as well through the proper business channels.

I like Zoho User Interface, Look and feel. I also like Project management, Leave Management functionality. It was pretty easy to setup.

Probably too many options available. A lot of time was spent so far just understanding the whole platform. Lack of customization options in the lower subscription tiers.

Leave Management and Time Tracking task of employees that problem was solved with Zoho people. It improves the collaboration between teams. Major Benefit is employees can manage their CRM from anywhere and still be equally productive.

I'd like to know my organization's members' birthdays, holidays, and time tracker is the best feature of this Zoho. I believe this software is the most unusual feature that Zoho offers.

The only thing I don't like about Priority Leave is that we can't apply for it until 15 days before we need it, which makes it difficult for us. It would be preferable if we could apply two days ahead of time.

We have access to information on our company's members, attendance, leaves, and holidays, among other things, which I obtained from my employer. We utilise it on a regular basis, and it has given us a better understanding of the regulations and procedures.

All the main daily HR processes can be covered by using Zoho People. It is all in once place and gives the chance to get rid of millions spreadsheets

Some features are missing, like recruiting app, but it is possible to add it as an extra app from Zoho. And some features are not developed well yet, LMS is brand new and does not have a lot of integrations with other processes but I believe it will come.

Problems of using too many different softwares and apps, and files. It reduces the chance of human error.

The UI/UX of the Zoho People is very easy to understand & use! I used it while I was employed by vFairs.

Till now, I didn't find anything to dislike, my basic tasks were always in front of me.

vFairs, my previous employee used it to manage the employees. Easy to request documents, mark attendance, approve requests of the team, request anything from your manager, and so on.

East of setup, configuration, and usage. It has all the necessary features that are suitable for a small to medium size organization needs.

Screen needs to be refreshed manually when a change is made, and the text display is distorted in certain windows. Zoho support can improve a lot.

I enjoy a lot of benefits with the various features available on this software like employee leave tracking, leave and attendance approvals, attendance scheduling,, break reports, performance appraisal, compensation and expenses management

This software meets almost all the HR and employee-related requirements, and it helps us to manage the employee and HR-related stuff. Hence I don’t see anything which makes me feel dislike

I’m impressed with it’s user friendly interface which eases my work, I can easily track the review which we had documented for each and every employee with it’s date and time, I can pull up the employee leave report, attendance and break reports in a fraction of seconds.

Zoho People makes it easy to share data and screen sharing worldwide. I am very relaxed after I started using this software. Zoho People also has some free features that can be used easily.

sometimes Zoho People takes time to connect me with my clients but this happens very often that I can ignore this fault over benefits which i got being user of Zoho People

i had issues regarding connecting with clients that are residing all over the world; Zoho People solved my major problem in seconds right after signing into this software
