It was easy to use—a one-stop shop for employees like us. Can easily see our daily task, reminders, events, birthdays, etc. So many features that can help you track your time and tasks for the day. I also like the feature that you can upload documents on your ZOHO that you can access anytime you need it.
I don't know if that is a Zoho issue, but sometimes it won't allow us to log in and we need to use VPN to access it. It last sometimes for 2 weeks. I hope they fix the problem about it. It such a waste if not because this is a wonderful tool.

It needs one to have the ability to read and write 3. it needs one to set up the system to match their public holiday calendar and leave days, if not it will calculate the wrong days 4. It needs one to set up the integration for example with the biometric fingerprint login to sync with the time and attendance 5. It's not cost-friendly and is charged as per the user
