I feel the interface is a little Y2K and needs to be updated.

Breaking down steps and Issues that one might encounter working in productions, so fellow co-workers can look them up and use them as a guide for troubleshooting purposes.

We started using Trainual about 3 1/2 years ago when we had an integration of 3 separate teams. It was the perfect solution then and continues to be a great solution where we can document all the processes adn policies in one place. Whenever a team member has a question about a process or policy, it's easy to just send the link to the Trainual that documents that process. I love the ability to add videos, external links, and quizzes to ensure understanding.

This is less about Trainual itself and more about a recommendation for the way you set things up. I would recommend having one Admin who can manage the information. Things used to be more organized, but then we added additional teams to our account and they got a bit mixed up.

With reorganizations and turnover over the years across our teams, Trainual has helped us to have one source of training information that we can all reference.

We have used Trainual for all of our employee onboarding. We use Trainual for all of our SOP's (standard operating procedures). It is the place where everything important goes. A frequent saying around here is "Put that in Trainual!" Trainual is so easy to use. I highly recommend it.

I honestly can't think of anything. I'm happy overall.

Training is the most important problem solver of Trainual. I can sit a new employee down and still work as they onboard. Managing our SOP's is the second thing that Trainual solves. Plus it is so EASY and user friendly.

Cant really think of anything! Maybe less options to set up with to begin with, there's so many choices of templates to use - but with enough time to look through them all I can see there's something for everyone !

HR- training and developing the team. Being able to have meaningful conversations in 121s about processes and how they are being followed (or not) and when a change is needed, we can quickly and easily change the modle and send it out to everyone else

The simplicity and organization of Trainual. It is beneficial when training and moving forward in the company. One of the best things is the completion graph for me.

At first is was figuring out the order of things and what each tabbed did. Now I am finally getting use to how things work and what is in the processes.

Training the team and keeping us all on the same page as to our terminology and what the company is all about.

Trainual has amazing customer service; someone is always ready to answer your question(s) in the chat. We have been enjoying Trainual at all levels of our company. We just had our first round of hires use Trainual instead of a manual training guide, and it's made a world of difference. The search bar is such a helpful tool (even after the training process) to reference any topic. Additionally, with a quick click, you can easily update information at any level of a manual.

Trainual is a new, evolving platform, so it's not perfect. There seem to be coding or engineering problems that are causing the text to be displayed in a different font when it is bold, underlined, or italic. However, this is an issue that they are already aware of and working on a solution for. Additionally, formatting numbers/bullets and photos can be somewhat challenging to get it exactly how you want it. You can't copy pictures out of Trainual.

With employees all over the country, Trainual makes it easy. It allows employees to access not only our policies and procedures but their specific role and responsibilities within the company from anywhere. While our training process takes place in person, it is easy to assign them subjects to follow along with. If they have questions or concerns after training, they can easily find the answer (most of the time) by searching Trainual rather than asking someone.

Trainual enables our firm to learn quickly and seamlessly using the best technology. The graphic design of the website puts all the information in a neat and orderly way.

It would be helpful if Trainual had a function where the user was able to revisit the sections they have completed and leave course notes for our own review when needing further information on a topic.

It is helping new staff that join our firm learn our processes in a quick and seamless manner, by doing this it makes our whole team more productive and means less time needs to be spent training.

It makes training employees easier and more streamlined.

I can't think of any gownsides. We really enjoy the program!

It is making everything easier for us to onboard new employees and continue with the education of current employees.

Instead of manually training new employees, we can have Trainual do the job for us.

Trainual provides information that myself and our associates need to perform our roles. Trainual benefits us by having all the necessary information and the quizzes ensure that we are learning what we need to know to be effective in our daily roles.
