I love the ease of use of Trainual. Additionally I love the community they've built around the product to help us get better as a company as well. I couldn't ask for more.

Onboarding, training, and intergrating new agents and employees to our company.
I like how we can elaborate on a topic using photos, videos, or even gifs.
It's a bit laggy sometimes, but it's tolerable.
It can be a tool for essential details of a discussion.
It's great to have one place to store all of your information. Previously we were using a Word document for a manual which at that time was 60 pages long for one department within our company. It was daunting and difficult to find what you were looking for. I like that Trainual is broken into different areas.
Sometimes it's hard to figure out formatting.
So nice to store information for every aspect of our company in one software program. It's easy to have a section for each department. Makes it easy to organize info.

I don't see many downsides to using trainual. I find it pretty easy to use and is a great resource for training purposes.

I like that Trainual can be accessed from any device online or by using their app. It is effortless to add/remove/modify users and assign them specific trainings. I also really like that they have built in templates to help you set up policies, procedures, trainings, etc. Overall, it is user-friendly and makes our training processes easy, fast, and smooth!
The only thing I "dislike" it that you can't assign a user just a topic or slide... you can only assign the entire subject.
We save time not having to go through repetitive information for the sake of training new staff and can automate our procedures, as well as easily update them when needed.
My favorite tool in Trainual is the super convenient and easy-to-use embedding tool for videos and pictures. Incorporating visual keys in training is super vital as it grabs attention, makes points more easily visualized and gives a professional look that will help our company prosper. Many of the trainings we do involves learning physical movements and scenarios, and making those videos easy to incorporate has been a HUGE part of our top tier training.
Trainual doesn't have many things I dislike, but I would like for them to add a comments, suggestions and corrections ability that other workers could use to critique other workers' projects. That way I don't always have to use Trainual as my final draft location. I could start, edit and finish a drafted project in Trainual, making it easier to organize all projects we perform and create.
Our biggest issue before training was not only making an easy-to-follow training course but also keeping track of the training we do. Having employees required to complete certain training sections and being able to log that has been crucial to improving our training. The best benefit we've reaped is organization, organization, organization. We can keep track of everything to a tee which makes logging our training hours and submitting them a breeze.
Trainual has several seamless features that are easy to learn and exceptionally efficient in managing a business. It is a great platform and tool for organizing your company in a well-mannered and communicative platform that allows your employees to experiment with all of its features. Trainual makes the onboarding experience in any field seem personal, directive, and easily understandable. I don't know any other platform that creates custom training experiences as Trainual does.
There are very few things missing from this product. I could not think of anything at the moment.
Problems I am solving with Trainual have to do with understanding the admin side of Trainual and how it is done efficiently, as well as what dashboard the agents can access and what they can view with the access I give them.
Learning processes and how each individual subject is broken down into sequence sections for each department and along with videos and tests also editing it is fun
Nothing really maybe add more tools to edit the trainual when adding sections to a department or area that needs to be updated due to the process we implemented
Well solving problems that have been occurring or an issue that is new but it also Reviewing helps on staying on track and not mess up in any department with a smooth flow
Trainual makes it really easy to list out steps and make sure that all things are done when completing a task. It is also a great tool to onboard and teach new employees how things are done.
Honestly, there aren't a lot of downsides to using Trainual. Figuring out how to create subjects can be a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it you realize how easy it is.
Trainual solves our problem of missing steps when doing repetitive tasks, such as registering clients for our events. We've become much smoother and more effective using Trainual.
The best part that I like is that it's easier to access heaps of our training videos. You can organize it accordingly, and it's amazing.
I have nothing to dislike so far! But I really hope soon we'll have more options to put designs.
When I have something missed from our training, I can easily access videos and can watch it multiple times without asking questions from my manager.
