Trainual has simplified our training activities. No longer do we have resources scattered around on different platforms.
Printing from the trainual platform is not the best.
Using Trainual, we have saved countless hours getting the message out to our team members about process changes and other important updates.
Ease of use. Easy to upload content and embed videos. Like the ability to track completion rates by user group.
Starting off, it is a little confusing on how to create lessons and topics. Once you get going though, it is easy to navigate and use.
On-boarding new remote employees. Use it to store and share SOPs and for use as a day to day LMS for program updates.
The ability to segregate the information so that someone new isn't being overwhelmed with too much information. On the flip side, someone with more access can still find what they need quickly.
The users have to click on the "Mark as Done" for admin to see that they have viewed the material. Harder to track who has actually read what is shared with them and who hasn't.
There's one location now to find all of our company's SOPs as well as any information we wish to share with everyone. It's faster for users to find what they need.
This is the most user friendly software we’ve found to build our training program through. Meaning I don’t have to task my IT specialists to put it all together. The program walks you through it and has a lot of design templates to work with. And they have quotes from “The Office” throughout so it Maddie’s it even more fun.
Nothing so far. This program has been great.
So far we’ve been able to track who’s participated in the trainings, taken the quiz at the end, what score they got, and more. It’s awesome.
This has been a fantastic tool for our team to use to document all of our processes and train new hires. It's easy to use and keeps us organized! I really like that we can test our employees and that we can segment each module by department.
I cannot think of anything I dislike.
It was essential for us as a growing agency to have our processes fully documented. With this tool, we are able to create an easy and fun way for new employees to learn about a new process. It's even been a great tool for us to reduce and even eliminate issues when providing our services, as we have guidelines to check back on.
I love that many users from the company can just go onto the program and set up a video, or a write up about a certain part of the company they want to train on. If there is a program I recommend using to help train new hires or get others on board it would be trainual
I don't dislike anything from the software as it is very easy to use and there is always someone there to help.
Being able to train everyone on everything the company offers. whether it being a new process or just re learning an older process, we can make videos and easy to use write ups with screen shots.
What's not to love! This way of Training is amazing! There are so many things that you can do. It's an amazing way to keep things organized. You can create too many tests to count and can create categories for each topic.
There is nothing I don't like. I wish we started using this sooner!
Out with the old Work document and in with the New way to train using Trainual. I haven't seen anything better than this. You can add pictures, videos, website links. There are so many way to format too.
Trainual is a terrific tool for onboarding new team members and ongoing training. A very useful tool to manage training progress as a company as a whole.

I am able to manage the onboarding process quickly. Additionally, with Trainual I am able to update training and standard procedures with ease.
It's very easy to intuitively figure out and there support is always there to help you as well. I also enjoy the reporting and seeing where all of the users are in terms of manual completion! We also love the search functionality that lets a user search the entire document quickly and easily to find what they are looking for! The forum is also a great place for all users to ask questions or make suggestions on what they would like to see or learn more about!
It's easy to segment the users into a variety of roles/positions but I think a little more segmentation functionality on who can access certain parts of the manual and who can edit certain parts would be a great addition to add.
We are taking our physical and excel training guides and compiling into one trainual guide that can be locked down so it isn't getting changed by users. This allows us to have one document that is always updated that everyone can access, from anywhere! It's a great tool to keep everyone on the same page and to ensure old versions aren't floating around. The omnisearch makes it very easy for people to find what they are looking for!
It's very helpful and easy to get around.
It's a lot of work but totally work it.
We are getting organize for another launch of same business.
Using trainual helps your small business look professional. As a result your employees are bound to take their roles more seriously. You are able to track exactly where they are at and see what is yet to be accomplished and by whom. I wish we had this sooner.
It would be helpful to be able to build or edit sections in the app but this is not a deal breaker to using Trainual. It is very intuitive so it is quick to set up.
We are saving lots of paper and not having to spend a ton of time formatting and updating printed documents. This allows us to easily track who has done what training as well.
I love that we can use Trainual as a tool to strengthen our business. It will cut down on the time we will personally need to spend training, but still will be able to offer substantial training to those in need.

It will cut down on the amount of time we spend answering basic questions our employers have. They will be able to refer back to the training to answer their own questions.
It's easy to use, organize, update and add sections
No complaints so far. Trainual is easy to use and I recommend.
Onboarding and training of processes
Our biggest priority in our company is to organize our processes and share them across the company. We saw a demonstration of Trainual and my boss and I looked at each other and said "WE NEED THIS!" So far, it has not disappointed, and has been very easy to begin using. We are just getting started, but there are good training videos to get you going whenever you get stuck. I highly recommend Trainual.

I would like trainual to have an internal tracker that I can document training done inside and outside of trainual.
We plan to have our safety training placed completely within Trainual. Right now our safety manager has to spend 2 hours per week conducting this training.
Trainual has been a great all-in-one place to store all of our companies "Need to Know" info like policies and procedures.
I find it difficult to embed videos and include additional text to support the video.
It makes training people much easier. I think it forces me to become more organized so there's a level of accountability.

We have struggled with high-turnover these past few years. Trainual has allowed us to standardize our onboarding process for new staff, and maintain standards and expectations with continuing staff. It's prefect.
I love that i can add videos to my library. In our firm, on the job training has always been the most critical part of learning and the video feature in Trainual always my team to go step by step.
What i dislike is is maybe i just don't know how to do. We have created an onboarding process for our clients and I would like to be saved one for each client without having to have it in the library.
We are being able to train our team without having to have all one on one time.
This is the easiest software to create new material and be creative. Very simple to edit current topics and create new ones.

Administrative of our constantly changing procedures is super easy with trainual. You just update the material and its done.
It's hugely helpful to have everything documented. Easily to make changes. Love that my team can search and find the answers to all their process questions.
It's a big undertaking to implement. I would recommend one person per department to head this up to be the most effective.
