Ease of use and great user interface. Having the ability to keep it branded so it feel like an internal system and provides a smooth
Analytics and reporting could be better. Quite difficult to see overall usage and adoption easily
Getting everything in one centralised accessible place and don't having to source information from multiple silos
A very structured organized training platform that enables you to work at your own pace and most importantly, track your process. As a user, I not only use this as a training tool but it is my main source of reference company policy, procedures, and resources to help me succeed in my career. It is an integral part of my work environment.
Difficult to come up with a downside. Maybe one downside is that I can't plead ignorance for missing some company procedure as Trainual tracks my progress in reviewing these policies. lol
Consistent training for all users. One major benefit is that in an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, training requirements can be updated quickly and distributed to all users seamlessly.
The customizability of content and who can see what trainuals we create are easily controlled (i.e. accounting dept only, or HR dept only, or Sales Team only, etc).
When you are editing photos in the editor, I wish the settings you pick in the tools pallet are saved the whole time you are creating that trainual (meaning, if you pick the RED crayon tool, just let the crayon tool's color stay red every time you open the photo editor, instead of it reverting back to orange every time I go back in it.)
New Hires for high-turn-over positions are now able to basically train themselves. We have a high-turn-over part time admin assistant position. Basically on day 1 now a new hire for that position can log into their trainual account and follow step-by-step instructions for their tasks with screen shots and pictures, and I never have to stop what I'm doing to sit with them and show them how to do it. I allow them to edit the trainual content they are using if they find a better or easier or more efficient way to do the tasks, and the love that they are contributing in a helpful way and get to be creative. I love that I can hire someone knowing the trainuals are going to get they up and running in no time, without any real effort from me, which is good for the company overall. The New Hires have really liked the trainuals we have. Even I used trainuals that I made for myself for those weird one-off tasks that I only have to do once or twice a year, but when I have to do them, I forget how to it right in our very complicated ERP accounting software. I open up the trainual on one screen, and follow along with at, as I do the task in the ERP system on the other screen, and only have to do it once, and do it correctly the FIRST TIME. It's awesome.
It is incredibly user-friendly to both setup, as well as be an end-user! It has completely changed how our Practice stores and accesses information about our business.
Nothing so far! Truly the only way it would be better is if it already knew all of our information and had it stored.
Staff access to current Practice information, keeping everyone on same page of what to do, when to do it, and how to do it!
Trainual is very easy to use. There are multiple ways to convey the information so that all learning styles are available to your staff. It is easy to update. And you can track assigned subjects with each staff member. It also allows you to design the information to mirror your company's organizational structure. I love it! And recommend it to my clients.
One thing that I dislike is that if you want to move a topic to a different subject, you can't. That would be a great feature to include in the future.
The problems being solved with Trainual are: the ability to access the same needed information at a multi-location practice; saving time onboarding new employees; increased accountability; easy to update systems and processes; tracking of training
Very intuitive and customizable platform.
At this time, I do not have any complaints.
We are eliminating/minimizing repetitive onboarding and training questions through the readily available training resources available in the 'Library', and the Library is an ever-growing resource for our Company.
Going to one place for policies, procedures, and Training
Just a small bug (that is getting work on by engineers) that causes a glitch on Chrome.
Keeping the 6 plus locations on the same page.
The best thing about trainual is the ease of use to create indepth training systems for entire teams - to be able to allow access to separate modules to different departments and roles, and allow further access when they have reached a training milestone
The ability to add tags to training would allow for you to make a more searchable database to find bulk info sectioned into findable sections quickly to break the linear system of training when re-reviewing content you ay have already been thorugh
Upksilling our remote team, to be able to quickly learn the agency's systems to ensure that every team member feels included within the company, to receive the same information as our inhouse team.
I like how they keep adding new features such as integrated videos. It's also super easy to organize so that everyone in the organization knows where things are when they need them. I also like how I am able to restrict certain sections for "need to know" information.
From what I've seen what you put into it is what you get out. It would be interesting to see Trainual grow and provide more guiding content for young companies and start ups on how to organize everything.
Some problems we are solving with Trainual are documenting internal knowledge for everyone in the organization so that they are able to easily look things up. This has benefited us as instead of interrupting someone's workflow to ask a question they can go straight to Trainual and identify whatever they needed resulting in better productivity.
It's so easy to create content in Trainual! Team members frequently comment on how organized the training is and how easy it is to consume.
Occasionally I notice a minor glitch, but Trainual's support team is immediately responsive, and if they don't have a solution right away, they escalate to their developers and always follow up with me until the issue is resolved.
Trainual allows me to create & organize content. I love how I can monitor each team member's completion rate as well.
I like that it is relatively easy to use and learn. The technical support is excellent and friendly.
How it prints out documents - fonts and margins are too small. Suggestions to put in people's names instead of titles in documents is incorrect in my opinion.
Having all important documentation in one place and having it organized is invaluable
I liked how all people from the company can contribute to building the procedures. Also, I like the way I can have everything organized in carpets and topics from personal interest
The only that I was afraid of was that I haven't received the emails of the changes made in different procedures, I only received the notification on the platform.
Organization of our procedures. We had all of this info in a different platform and was a completely disaster, this Is a better way to keep update all company about our processes
I love the ease of use of Trainual. Additionally I love the community they've built around the product to help us get better as a company as well. I couldn't ask for more.
so far, nothing. I really have no complaints at all
Onboarding, training, and intergrating new agents and employees to our company.
AWESOME Client Experience: Great training / onboarding. Phenomenal customer service & follow up. Rich resources & training available to maximize the tools in the system.
Nothing to do with Trainual. I just acknowledge that it takes commitment (time & effort) to load in the assets to support the team/business.
Leveraging my time as Team Leader / Business Owner. Giving team members tools & resources to better execute their key functions. Recruiting tool to attract Top Talent.
Trainual is extremely practical, fast to implement and quickly updated as changes in procedures occur. Our company is going through a consulting process in a year of rapid growth, with several hires, and tool made a lot of difference
So far, working with about 40 people on the team, I haven't been able to identify any problems or lack of functionality that is relevant to mention about the tool.
The advantages are numerous, but among them I can highlight: clarity in the definition and review of the operational procedure and in technical and behavioral training, monitoring the evolution of new and old employees in the knowledge of the company's culture, centralization of guides and tutorials from all departments of company and the possibility of delegating sectors to different employees who are responsible for keeping their procedures up to date.
Easy to document and adjust procedures. Available online. Assigning training to roles is a great way for team members to advance their positions.
Not much. The platform is meeting our needs at the moment.
We are systemizing the way we operate. The platform is a great way to have a central reference for staff. We are setting standards within our company.
The design and how easy it is to navigate. I like how you can set up access level to people in your organization.
Nothing at the moment. Maybe after more time using it I will provide feedback.
We are completing our training program. The feedback from our employees is positive having them use this platform as part of their tranining.
I like that Trainual can be accessed from any device online or by using their app. It is effortless to add/remove/modify users and assign them specific trainings. I also really like that they have built in templates to help you set up policies, procedures, trainings, etc. Overall, it is user-friendly and makes our training processes easy, fast, and smooth!
The only thing I "dislike" it that you can't assign a user just a topic or slide... you can only assign the entire subject.
We save time not having to go through repetitive information for the sake of training new staff and can automate our procedures, as well as easily update them when needed.
My favorite tool in Trainual is the super convenient and easy-to-use embedding tool for videos and pictures. Incorporating visual keys in training is super vital as it grabs attention, makes points more easily visualized and gives a professional look that will help our company prosper. Many of the trainings we do involves learning physical movements and scenarios, and making those videos easy to incorporate has been a HUGE part of our top tier training.
Trainual doesn't have many things I dislike, but I would like for them to add a comments, suggestions and corrections ability that other workers could use to critique other workers' projects. That way I don't always have to use Trainual as my final draft location. I could start, edit and finish a drafted project in Trainual, making it easier to organize all projects we perform and create.
Our biggest issue before training was not only making an easy-to-follow training course but also keeping track of the training we do. Having employees required to complete certain training sections and being able to log that has been crucial to improving our training. The best benefit we've reaped is organization, organization, organization. We can keep track of everything to a tee which makes logging our training hours and submitting them a breeze.
I like how we can elaborate on a topic using photos, videos, or even gifs.
It's a bit laggy sometimes, but it's tolerable.
It can be a tool for essential details of a discussion.
