So far there's nothing I don't like about the site. It's set up really well and easy to navigate. I don't see that there's a lot of old or expired jobs. As of now there's nothing I would change.

I'm not too fond of the cost of zip Recruiter. Although it is a very useful tool for recruiting, it eats up my entire recruiting budget. I would love to see more options available for the price we pay.
The only problem I have met is we can only post remote jobs to one city at a time. It would be beneficial to post a job as fully remote without publishing it in a single city.

ZipRecruiter is easy to use and intuitive in its dashboard setup. Managing your job posting slots is simple, as well as applying additional paid boosts or enhancements.
The rejection process/notification to rejected candidates is not as smooth as it could be. For example, when selecting the "thumbs down" icon for an applicant that does not meet your criteria for further consideration, it does not change the applicants status to rejected. It also does not prompt a rejection email at that time. It would be best if selecting the thumbs down icon triggered a workflow that accomplished both of those things. It would remove extra steps in the process.
We've been able to expand our candidate pool significantly. Previously, PRO-PT relied solely on word of mouth or working with recruiting agencies. This has reduced that cost and help put our openings in front of substantially more candidates.
