Breezy is so visual, so informative and really intuitive. There is no extra buttons to confuse but beatiful simplicity in everywhere.
Nothing. Well, we are not corporation and of course big corporations ruin everything by coming up with stupid festure requests for something they actually don't need. Breezy is affordable and does everything. If somebody wants to spend big time - there is of course hidious SAP like products as well.
For recruiting this is the best possible product. It easy to scale. Start fast and get immediate results.
10/10 Product, the UI is very intuitive. Clear instructions to complete/close an interview, nice "Trello" like way of moving candidates through the pipeline. Easy permissions and company management. As a user, it's also easy to apply through, none of that "upload your resume" " OK now enter everything you've written on your Resume.
Not much, I'm not sure I have anything to say that I dislike. It does everything I and our company need it to.
We are solving our Hiring pipeline management. We have realized the benefits of clear and easy interview tracking where candidates are effectively compared and referenced against the same factors.
Though Breezy had a steep learning curve, I now view it as user-friendly and intuitive. The learning curve was derived from the variety of ways to accomplish the same goal. Learning the most effective and efficient ways to set things up (all the different puzzle pieces and how they all connect and interact) was worthwhile; I know feel like we can accomplish almost any goal within Breezy's features. I also love how responsive their support team and our rep is.
It feels like the References sector of Breezy's features are lacking. Being able to follow up with automated reference response requests would be really helpful.
I work with 50+ partners that onboard 250+ applicants every year within a short period of time, so the viewability and organization of so many names and applications is beneficial. It's also amazing to have different hiring teams so we can involve our 50+ partners while maintaining privacy and separation among positions.
Good while having conversations. They always reply with better information.
Everything is good. There is nothing to dislike.
It is good, and like to use all the features.
The fact that the free plan has a fully functional app combined with simplicity and ease of use
Don't like the landing page when there are more than one companies that one is part of.
Breezy has helped us streamline the recruitment process and transition from email based recruitment that was in place for long in the company.
Usage of automation helps in reducing hiring time.
Nothing significant worth mentioning. Right from the implementation to go live to customer support. All worked well.
Our HR Teams are no longer need to wait for the provider to confirm hiring on a phone call. The result? Number of hirings / week goes up and dependability reduces. Best part - you can customize it according to your specific organizational requirements
Breezy is an excellent option for your HR team, you can have the metrics in real time, and you can customize the scorecard and pipeline.
When a candidate apply, all the team received an email; not just HR team
Not problems
The hiring pipeline and ability to easily categorize candidates.
I would like to be able to post to more diverse and school job boards.
time management within the hiring process as well as helping with communication amongst the hiring team
I can have all my candidates tracked and the sync with other platforms that allow you to do practically everything with just one clic.
Sometimes the program doesn't work well with some browsers and the mobile app doesn't have all the functions that the web version has.
Track all my applicant and advertise my available positions so I can get a constant influx of employees.
It's pretty straight-forward to work with, clean and you are able to have all of your candidate pipelines in control. When working with a big company and many roles, this is very helpful.
It sometimes "lags" or has bugs - e.g. the CV preview does not log properly, sometimes I do not get e-mail notifications about my candidates and it loads a long time sometimes.
We can use it as a way to track all of our candidates, communicate as the talent acquisition team about feedback with each other, as well as with hiring managers within our company.
The price, the fact that they offer a free plan for Startups and Freelancers makes it one of the best ATS in the market. Plus they also have a lot of integration with job boards around the world.
It's a bit laggy when you start working with big pipelines of candidates. And not always, but some times it just doesn't work or the website is down, but this isn't common.
It helps me to manage a big pipeline of IT Candidates without having to pay for crazy prices. Plus it help me to manage all my job post in many job boards at the same time.
The tool is easy to use with some nice defaults. It suits well small companies like us. Its pricing is based on enabled features and not seats, and it is priced very competitively.
For the lower end, there is no opportunity to pick extra features and we have to select a package with no opportunity to add a la carte features like SSO with Google. Breezy does not integrate (yet) with AngelList and LinkedIn Recruiter, but the manual import of candidates is easy and powerful.
Breezy is solving our ability to track candidates in one place. It broadcasts our positions across job boards. It makes it easy to coordinate with candidates from one place (I would love InMail support though)
Breezy incorporates the best of kanban principles into the hiring process, with easy views that enable you to sort candidates into columns and move them through processes quickly and cleanly. It also incorporates excellent automations for responding to applicants, coordinating interviews, creating questionnaires, and more. I find it to be a visual method that makes it easy to see what I need to do next, which is especially helpful when dealing with a job opening that gets hundreds of applicants.
Breezy is a bit expensive on a monthly basis for a startup, so we try to turn it on and off as we need it. A bit of a panic is that applicants over 30 days from their application date become "hidden" until you re-activate and pay again, so if things are moving slowly, it can look like you lost data (you didn't). There are also some functions, most notably the ability to add or rename columns (steps in the process) that require a higher subscription level. I'd love to be able to make those adjustments without telling my team that the "feedback" step REALLY means something else in our process.
Breezy solves all of the following for me: 1. Publishing a job description to a host of relevant boards, saving me a ton of time and generating pretty decently qualified applicants (not a ton of fluff) 2. Managing the influx of hundreds of applications so people don't fall through the cracks and I can generate personal responses to them. 3. Managing applicant communications and interview scheduling without my head exploding 4. Coordinating across multiple members of hiring teams to ensure everyone has had a chance to review and securely comment on applicants, promoting great teamwork and consensus 5. Coordinating and recordkeeping for DEI and EOE purposes.
BreezyHR is a game-changer in HR software. Its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and excellent customer support make it a top choice for organizations looking to streamline their recruitment process. Highly recommended!
One potential improvement I would like to see in BreezyHR is the ability to provide direct job posting on LinkedIn for bootstrap startups, similar to the free posting option available on Indeed. This feature would be highly beneficial in reaching a wider pool of qualified candidates through a popular professional networking platform.
Breezy HR solves recruitment and hiring challenges by streamlining the process, facilitating collaboration, and providing robust candidate management. It saves time, improves teamwork, and ensures a comprehensive overview of the recruitment pipeline. Additionally, its reporting and analytics capabilities enable data-driven decision making, optimizing hiring strategies for better outcomes.
The ease to use. The look and feel. The integrations with free and sponsored job boards SMS functionality Customisation functionality Multiple users Unlimited job slots
Support is USA based so there is sometimes a delay in queries Indeed apply is not linked to the listings which can be off-putting for candidates SMS access is quite costly if you want more than 10 credits per month
BreezyHR allows us to attract, screen and shortlist candidates and arrange interviews in one place, with the ability to collaborate with teammates on candidates to move them forward through our recruitment process
How we can tailor the pipelines, stages, emails etc.
There are some things that could be better, but they are minor.
Time and differentiation of candidates.
The fact that I can handle to many candidates at the same time with an agile methodology and a kanban dashboard. This is extremely useful. I could save their cvs by creating a page for applicants, schedule phases and interviews, request and send files, and create templates for emailing.
The UX and UI experience could be better. Yes, you have a lot a functionalities, but sometimes you feel lost in the platform, you don't know where to go to accomplished a task.
You solve all the flow conflicts when you have to hire a certain amount of people. I would say, I'd use you only if I will get a lot of applications for a job offer and I need to quickly filter all.
Breezy HR makes it easy to see everything clearly and know exactly what needs to be done. It also makes the application process easy, so people are more willing to apply!
It would be helpful if Breezy could do more. While it is nice that it is simple and easy to use, it could have more added features such as sending adobe sign documents through it.
It allows us to see all the applicants easily and where they are in the process. It also makes it easy for hiring managers to join and see just their job postings. This allows us to have different hiring managers with different job postings easily view just their job opening.
Easy to use and navigate. Everything is very visible and organised
There isen´t anything that I dislike. Sometimes is a bit slow but otherwise it is good.
It shows me very specific all the candidates
Can easily filter applicants and share between hiring teams. Also schedule interviews and keep track of applications in the recruitment process.
The downsides are that you cannot reschedule interviews within the site if the candidate scheduled the interview. Also the work history does not ask for dates of employment.
Recruiting across multiple platforms and keeping applicant tracking in an organized manner.
