Nothing! The price is great for the value and the platform is easy to use.
Being able to post jobs across many job boards helps us get the best candidates with less time spent on admin posting.
Texting candidates, emailing candidates, intuitive interface, good reporting, responsive feel, tagging coworkers is a breeze. Lovely applicant-side page design.
Can be hard to differentiate between job postings on some reporting screens - if you have multiple jobs of the same title, there isn't a unique posting ID to tell which is which when you're doing on-the-fly reports. Really nothing else to dislike. And probably the advanced reporting would solve this, we just don't pay for that aspect of the service yet.
Hiring faster, communicating better with applicants, communicating better with ourselves on hiring, and shortening the apply-to-hire time interval.
It is quite flexible to access the Breezy HR system for uploading and contacting.
sometimes the status of the candidates will not get reflected sourced, contacting uploaded etc,.
sometimes it is a bit slow. But it will not happen frequently
Automation is very easy to use and super helpful. I was a technical recruiter once upon a time, and Breezy has automated about 80% of the job.
UI can be a little bit mysterious - takes a couple of pokes to figure out where something is hiding sometimes, but I would think the more you use it, the less this matters.
I don't have a recruiting department, so having the automation take care of follow-up emails on changing stages and sending out scheduling links makes it so our candidates don't languish unresponded to.
Easy team collaboration during hiring for a role. I also like that all the correspondences regarding one applicant are integrated into one place.
The SMS option to the applicants hasn't worked for me.
Hiring skilled people is like a project. Breezy is like your project management plus all the other necessary tools that you need during that course.
The fact that everything is housed under one roof makes! From talent searches, to multiple promoting options, as well the reporting features.

I love how easy it is to manage candidates.
There are few notes Id like to share: 1- When creating an email template, the "Insert a scheduling link " is not where the cursor is, its always as the top. It would be helpful for the link to go wherever the cursor is. 2- When getting up scheduling availability, the time options are not in order, and the filter does not work 3- I don't see a way for recruiters to see where candidates are in the pipeline, it would be great if there was an option to cc the referer everytime an email goes out 4- I fi write notes for a candidate, another hiring manager has to go to the "scorecard section" to view my notes, even if i didn't et up scorecards. It would be intuitive to have all shared notes in the notes section.
Managing our pipeline, Everything is so much easier, the ability to have triggers for emails saves me so much time.
It's very easy to get a clear view of all the candidates. The extra features of questionnaires etc are very helpful!
Doesn't automatically scale all CVs. Could improve the cooperation between reviewers - Make it easier for multiple people to review and see the other's opinions.
Having the CVs and ratings in the same place. Video questionnaires are very helpful for choosing a candidate. Benefits: Less time spent for finding the most suitable person for the position.
Their customer service is great. Breezy HR offers a great candidates' flow and tracking
