I appreciate how user-friendly the Breezy platform is and how simple it is to advance candidates to stages in the process! It's also really easy to create auto-stage actions that can help reduce the number of manual steps my small but, mighty talent team needs to complete when engaging applicants. The chat function is great if you have a quick question too and I appreciate how well it integrates with our background check platform.
It can be challenging to run reports sometimes especially if you are working to build a diverse pipeline of applicants. Also, some of the diverse recruitment partners included on the platform have a very low return on investment.
We are able to function much more effectively as a talent team using Breezy and easily train hiring managers on the platform for increased usage of the system. The ability to create templates for emails and create questionnaires in lieu of cover letters has improve candidate experience as well.
The design + all the funcionality. Breezy is easy, almost making yoru work life enjoyable even in the most stressful days. We love the pipeline stages, the tags and the ability to contact multiple candidtes at once very very easily.
Sometimes there can be some glitches, but they can resolved in less than 24 hours. The chat customer service is amazing and super responsive. Every time someone get back to us with personable answers and solutions.
Tracking candidates + the ability of tacking notes, upload resumes, reference checks etc...
We use BreezyHR as a recruiting and applicant tracking software to post vacancies and manage candidates. It also provides the functionality to allow us to properly identify and report on the candidate diversity in our recruitment process and the source for each candidate, allowing us to modify our practices where needed.
The job posting can only have one location. Instead of cloning a post and creating the same posting with a different location, it would be nice to have the opportunity to post in multiple locations for one job posting.
We are solving the problem of having to manually track applications and send them messages by automated tools in Breezy. This ultimately saves our Recruiter time that can be spent looking for potential candidates!
Breezy is highly user-friendly, and when you do find yourself stuck on how to use a feature, their help menu is full of organized, easy to find tips!
Sometimes Breezy can be slow, but for the most part, it works well. Every once in a while, you'll come across a glitch where you can't open a candidate's profile. When this happens, I open it in a new browser and it always fixes the problem.
Breezy helps us get our best candidates through the pipeline effortlessly! We can customize our job postings, as well as keep our candidates' information organized and easily accessible.
The UI is very intuitive. The best thing about them though is their account managers and their CSR's. They go above and beyond to supporting their end users.
The integrated video could use some upgrading.
It's light years better than are previous ATS. It's increased our reporting and productivity as a whole!
Breezy auto-posts open positions on the major job boards taking hours of time out of the process.
Only the top pricing tier allows for scoring beyond the basic question and provides the ability to compare scoring across candidates. This is a basic function in a hiring process and should be offered at a lower pricing tier.

The most user-friendly ATS I have used so far in my career! We all know those ATS required for you to put the great-grandmother maiden name of your candidate, super long and tedious and honestly useless well, Breezy is the exact oppositive. The most beautiful design user interface allows you to have excellent visibility on how your recruitment process is going and keeps everyone in the loop.💖
Nothing is perfect but honestly is understandable that they need to make some updates and that the system is down for a couple of minutes. I would appreciate it if we got a notification, but since its such a minor inconvenience, I don't mind😁
Keeping everyone in the loop and organized. Honestly, the amount of visibility that the design on Breezy provides you. You literally cannot lose or forget anything.
I love that Breezy is so customizable & user-friendly. Not only can you utilize as few or as many features as you'd like, but you can also customize those features, so they work best for you & your team. It's easy to do so, too!
I wish I understood better how to use some of the features, as I'm missing out on using some things only because I don't know about them! I want to learn better how to use the parts of Breezy that I don't yet understand. I think some sort of virtual seminar or more "how-to" videos would be helpful for this.
It's easy to keep potential employees organized & move them between stages. It's nice that your whole team can use the platform, so it's simple, organized, & integrated! Very easy to use & helpful.
I love that Breezy gets all of the leads from every site we advertise with and brings it to one spot where we can organize them into different stages. It is all clean and easy to understand.
Not a lot to say here some time, people who apply more than once can get confusing, but there is probably a way to merge them that I have not found yet. Keep up the excellent work Brezzy
