Breezy is easy to learn. It offers so many automated features that save my recruiters time. It's great to be able for everyone to keep up in real-time with the candidates. It also integrates well with other software systems.
There are many downsides to Breezy. Ocassionally, the system will be a little slow uploading, but beyond that it is good. We would always love to customize a little more in certain areas, but overall it is a great system.
They are constantly adding new features, some of which we use, others that do not fit our business model. We clearly understand that they are making a product that works for different companies, so we know that not everything item will relate to us.
We love that there are unlimited users and how much is customizeable. You can't beat the price, either! They also have a great support team and it doesn't feel like I'm just talking to bots working off a script.
It seems like we get more candidates if we post straight on Indeed instead of posting a job through Breezy to be pushed out onto Indeed. I also wish that there was a way to refresh my postings more frequently.
We have a unique structure in that we are spread out over multiple sites and have hiring managers all over. Breezy allows us to streamline the process for the entire company.
Easy to generate reports to suit management needs. To move profiles across pipeline if wrongly uploaded. Share the scores, and use templates for mail, response forms should be much appreciated
Group mail of late with cc or bcc is not working. Reported. For safer-side sending only one-to-one mail I tried the bulk mail option too. However, discontinued it as I suspect it is not delivering mails.
I tried sharing the group mail not delivered issue of late. The response over both Online Chat as well as email was marvelous with logs of my chat conversation shared. Still I am skeptical in using group or bulk mail option
The ease of setup and implementation. The pricepoint is ideal.
So far, I do not see any downsides. The system is easy to use.
Breezy is helping us streamline the recruiting process and candidate experience.
It's easy to navigate and keep track of all your candidates. The pipelines make it easy to remember what stage each person is at and what to do next.
I sometimes have trouble keeping track of the different positions open and mixing those up. Not a huge downside though.
Breezy HR is solving a critical issue by taking the stress out of hiring in an already hard-to-hire work environment.

It's great to have everything in one place and not have to worry about keeping track of which job sites I posted to, where candidates are coming from, etc.!
Set up is kind of tough, it isn't intuitive. It took me about 20-30 hours to set up Breezy and learn how to use it. The guides could be improved.

Once action steps and templates are in place the process flow and ease of use is great, even with multiple users!
Creating offer letter templates is something we've yet to fully figure out
Communication with applicants is great and visible to all users and everything is in one place. Tracking applicants progress in the pipeline is great as well

Ease of access to talent. The talent search is a super helpful tool, not so much for entry level candidates
I love that we can go from zero to 100 very simply. We often have to recruit large amounts of people very quickly for quick turnaround projects.
I wish I could bulk send template text messages to candidates instead of one by one.
In our specific use case (recruiting large numbers of people very quickly), Breezy has all of the right features and integrations that allow us to do this at scale.
