Everything in one place and ability to track each applicant and where we are at in the process
The way to sort applicants by position they are applying for is tricky
One site to post job openings on several sites
The UX is simple and intuitive. It's easy to host open jobs with a look and feel of your own company, while the entire process is managed through Breezy
Not easily integrated with Linked In or other places where you are likely to post a job for reach.
Helps me manage my interviews and keep track of status.
Breezy HR is a very helpful tool to organize our database as we have almost 55 hotels to work along. its efficient, convenient ATS system to use.
Actually the downside of Breezy is its not bolted together with or other systems like payroll & background screening.
It helps automate administrative aspects of the recruiting process. It makes it effortless for head-hunters and hiring staff to track the procedure and exchange feedback. It assists you in locating qualified candidates through job postings and sourcing. It encourages a better candidate experience. It facilitates the maintenance of a searchable applicant...
Usability and workflow, resume pairing, candidate stages
Not enough stages for pipeline lots of clicks notes are not centralized (team and individual notes)
Centralized database for candidate information/organization
The ability to be able to see all the positions on one screen, and move candidates around between stages.
There is a learning curve and a lot of different things to learn at first, but once you start getting your way around it's pretty simple.
It's providing a platform to keep all information and communication in one place.
Breezy handles all what's needed to consider when hiring applicants.
The app is thought to work on a single job application, cannot open multiple links in order to achieve a parallel resume checking. This is unless you copy paste the starting link on other browser tab. It also lacks of a way of expiring applications so the list of resumes to check is only build from recent ones.
Receiving multiple resumes for a job application and keeping track of every single step from a single web application is a must have. Doing the same by hand can be hard to handle.
I like the access to all candidates that have applied.
There was minimal integration functionality unless using the more expensive plan.
Allowing small businesses a platform to hire/track candidates.
The user interface is easy, and elegant. Good customer service.
Not too much. I would like to see a LinkedIn integration.
Great visibility among the team on relevant candidates.
I liked all of the automation! It makes putting in work and then having the system help you so easy!
The UI made it a little hard to train our own new users, so we had one person specialize in using Breezy and people assigned him tasks externally.
We are solving the problem of having a small team that needs to grow fast without a TON of work to hire. Breezy makes it easy to automate and move forward with getting the right people on the team!
Reporting/reports; easy Pipeline moves and changes; easy Candidate search; Job Position status; Email Templates and sending of emails to Candidates.
Biggest complaint: 1. The active screen/page does not refresh after making certain updates. Have to always manually refresh the application to see the changes I just made. Wish some features of reporting were available for the level of Breezy subscription we have. 2. Editing a current job description can be challenging regarding the formatting of font and font size, etc.
Overall management of our open positions and associated hiring. Being able to track and send messages or provide feedback on any candidate we have an interest in.
The UI is great, easy to use, very simple to create pipelines, workflows, etc. Auto posts to alot of job boards as well, and you can pay within the platform to boost the posts.
the reporting isn't amazing, but it will give your HR team what they need.
Easy to use for our hiring managers. They don't typically know their way around an ATS, so Breezy makes it easy.
- Easy and simple way to do job postings on many different job portals - Reads candidate's info (ex. name, phone number, etc.) from their resume - Can manage and edit pipeline easily - Can communicate with candidates using the email platform
When clicking one of the positions and going back to the previous page (list of the positions), the settings/customs would reset. Would be nice if it remains the same to save time from setting the customs again each time you go back to the page.
We are an outsourcing company which makes recruiting the most important thing. We utilize Breezy HR to collect and manage candidates for recruiting and instead of posting to many different portals, doing one through Breezy HR saves a lot of time.
It is a good cost\functions balance using the app.
Nothing major. Maybe better UX would make the app even more comfortable to use.
All recruitment activities cycle
The user interface is simple, easy to use, and easy to understand. Everything is pretty streamlined, and it the proper steps in setting up a new job post.
I wish there were "a la carte" features to add to the lower plans. We are a small company that does not need the "powerhouse" plan but would like to see the Developer API feature available at a reasonable cost.
Breezy HR is helping to streamline our hiring process and organize our resumes submissions. It's easy to see the stage of the resume submission and what needs to happen next.
We got it up and running VERY quickly. Not a lot of work to set up or integrate, pretty straightforward platform.
I wish there were more custom fields, the options for items we track are limited.
We tracked applicants on a spreadsheet before so this is a big upgrade as our first ATS. It sends communication updates to all hiring stakeholders instead of having to rely on spreadsheet notes.
I like that I can save all interactions with the candidates to easily remember each candidate and interaction.
I don't particularly appreciate that it's not easy to get in contact with customer service. We had to get an upgraded account to be able to get better communication. And still, we don't have a number to call--they make you reach out through chat, and they aren't exactly fast at getting back. The reports are also not accurate. If you accidentally move someone to the wrong pipeline stage, you can't undo it for statistics purposes. For instance, if I move an applicant to a "showed to 1st interview" Stage, but it was a no-show, then I have to move it again. Now on my reports, it will count for a Show AND a No-Show. Because of this, we have to track our KPI's manually
We no longer have to keep a paper trail of resumes, interview notes, reasons for rejection, or status of interview. It's all in one place. We can create reminder tasks so we don't forget to follow up with candidates. I also love that you can schedule interviews right on breezy, and it connects with our google calendar. Refreshing job posts on multiple platforms has also never been faster because you can do it for all of them on breezy, except LinkedIn. There are more benefits, but these are my favorites.
How easy it is to upload resumes from other sources. The ease of collaboration with other hiring members is also excellent.
Wish there was an integration with ziprecruiter + more integration with Google products (looks like you're adding some though- awesome!)
Keeping track of the stages and communication that has occurred with all candidates. We've hired about half our team using breezy as our main candidate management system.
interface is convenient.automation system is very good.
Sometimes when there is a mistake it is very difficult to fix. once there is a candidate going to that pipeline, the automation there does not work again
I was sending too many emails. my biggest helper
We love, love, love the functionality that Breezy provides to use when we're recruiting. The integrated texting and email so that you can track communication with all prospects, the tidy organization overview and individual job pages, and the notes and contact information sections. We also love the slack integration. From our perspective, this is a well-designed piece of software that has been designed to anticipate pretty much all the functionality we could ask for.
The pricing structure is hard for us - it jumps from "bootstrap", which is free, to a startup plan at $143/month. We don't recruit year-round but also can't afford to spend money on software we don't always use, so we have to consistently toggle functionality on and off -- it's more expensive monthly than marketing campaign, design or team productivity software. If there were a less expensive option for organizations under a certain number of employees, like ours, we'd be consistent customers.
We've been able to have everything organized in our hiring process so that we aren't copying and pasting information about who we've emailed or interviewed into one tracking spreadsheet or another. We also love the slack integrations so that nobody misses a communication from a prospective candidate. We also use Breezy as our default "careers" site.
I like to categorize easily the departments
There are a lot of things in different colors (like members of each departments showing every screen with small symbols.
Managing rejections for some candidates.
