Sourcing candidates
I have been very impressed with Ashley and how quickly she has responded to our questions. The follow-up has been excellent and friendly. After using the tool now for a few months I can honestly say that the team enjoys the ATS even more now that they have spent more time becoming familiar with it. In my opinion, it's an excellent ATS option for smaller and medium-sized businesses. It's simple in terms of making adjustments to the process and easy enough for most recruiters to get comfortable with if they put in the time to learn the system. Building in some automation is simple and easy to do. I like how easy the integrations are.
I would like automated messages based on the disposition reason selected. While you can in theory do this, you must expand your pipeline with additional "decline" buckets and to me, that just isn't a great option. To be fair, this isn't an enterprise system meant for very large businesses.
It's helping us while we continue to grow as a company and determine next steps. It's a solid ATS which allows us to use other job boards and expand our candidate pool.
The platform is very user intuitive and makes our hiring process a lot more manageable.
I cannot think of anything I don't like.
Managing the pipeline of applicants.
I like that there is a free version which is great for someone like me who runs a solo recruiting department in a 600 million dollar company. We will grow, but now.
I would like to have a generic spot and a spot within each job/candidate for note taking. If there is already, I must have missed it.
Organizing all of the candidates we receive for a given job. The way you have it set up is great. I can use the free version for just about anything but the paid version will unlock crazy benefits for me and is a huge selling point in the future when I am really going to need it. I can manage without for now but not much longer.
Breezy is a highly intuitive and easy-to-use platform. The support team is always available and, most important of all since they have a flat fee, you can add members to your teams dynamically. All around it is a fantastic tool and affordable to any sized business.
Integration with platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn will be a nice addition (they are in the works for what the team told me!)
Breezy provided us with an efficient and affordable to receive candidate applications and have our entire team collaborate. The platform is really easy to use and its automation allows us to maintain a dynamic recruitment process for all of our clients.
Lots of candidates are supplied to us - keeps us busy sorting them out

Intuitive UI, and just the amount of functions we needed from an ATS! Rigth Google Sheets replacement for the right price :)
The calendar seems to be a redundant part of the product :)

I love that I can keep all prospective employees in one spot and switch them between statuses.
The only downside of Breezy HR is that you can not export those prospective employees into an excel spreadsheet.
I do not have any problems with Breezy HR besides what I mentioned above.
I will recommend BreezyHR to anyone who needs an efficient, cost-effective way to reach applicants. The staff is responsive and helpful. I'm a fan! I have used other, much more expensive software, and BreezyHR is better.
I haven't seen a downside. It is easy to use and effective.
Breezy has stock job descriptions that I can modify to suit my positions. Posting an ad is very fast and easy. I have gotten great results. I also like that I can cancel anytime if I don't have any hiring needs.
The candidate's search engine. Simplicity.
I would need to have an option to follow the employee's evolution, psychometrics and the rest of the analysis that the usual HR management software does.
I have more opportunities to hire qualified professionals, and we did already. From searching to hiring done fast enough. I like Breezy.
