Ease of use and it's popular so you rarely encounter someone who doesn't know how to use it. I love that it integrates with various meeting platforms.

It's not a dislike, it's a glitch that even though my calendar is set up for 15 minute meetings the link I was provided to send out still reads 30 minutes. Maybe there's an easy fix I haven't discovered.

It removes the back and forth of scheduling, thereby saving time!

No more back and forth with customers. It always felt like i was berating them just to get the meeting set up. Now i can focus on the agenda and what is important content for that meeting!

There are not many downsides. I don't like that i get 2 emails in reply to new apts getting set. Clogs my inbox. Also, i would like for the name and emails to be visible in the invite when i have multiple spots available in a session.

The expense of the software each year. I wish I could find something a little less but it is a necessary software.

This helped me solve several problems I was having. It allows me to send a link to prospective clients I'm speaking with to set up a free session. It also allows me to send a different link to those I want to network with so they can chose what time matches up with mine.

i could just share the link with people and setup a meet with proper gaps in between and esit the slots very easily

as such there is nothing as the platform is very easy to use

Once set up and synched with your preferred calendar application, Calendly eliminates all the guesswork and back and forth associated with making appointments. In my recruitment business I conduct phone screening calls with suitable candidates. Before Calendly this required major brain damage to set up a time. Now, I send the applicant a link and they pick the time that suits both of us! I recently had an issue with this app (it was my mistake) and was able to access exceptional customer support that fixed the problem very quickly.

I don't think there are any downsides of this app for me. It just works. At the start there was some hassle getting my iCloud calendar to synch but it's now been rock solid for years.

Problem solved: Setting phone interview appointments. Benefits: No longer to I have to call or text someone to organise a time. I send them the Calendly link and they pick the time that suits them (and me).

Easy to configure, you have many very useful functionalities, attractive cost and easy to use for the use.

It has opportunities for functional improvements, for example that the participants of an event can be configured in the future, even if today they belong to a different event. Being able to attach a document to the forms, among others.

Time Management is the most important aspect that Calendly solves. Its integration with Google Calendar makes it the best app there for scheduling meetings.

I teach Calendly to my clients because it has the free option. I save so much time using Calendly for my own business (I have a paid account) My business model involves clients who work with me to book their 121 business coaching slots and so I add thr link for them alongside the training and once they are ready they can book to suit them. I also love thr reminder emails!

The last update wasn't great. I occasionally have the need to send options to clients outside of normal 'available hours' I can now not see how to create a one off at anytime I choose...

Calemdly saves me time getting those appointments booked as my clients can do themselves, also the reminders ensure I have no no-shows.

Gives me updates and sends me to my zoom meetings on time. I think it's great!

I've never used another scheduling platform, so I can't say why it is better, other than, I have never needed something different. Calendly is great.

Adding a physical location to an appointment type. I meet with a lot of people in different locations so we have to manually add a physical location every time we meet at a new location.

Elimintate the need for an assistant to remind people of their meeting date, time, and location.

Its an absoloute game changer! I work in executive search so I am constantly arranging times to speak with people. I cannot believe the amount of time it saves me on a daily basis not having to go back and forth on email/messaging arranging a time.

Sometimes the platform isn't as user friendly as I would like and I would also like to have more control over the title that appears in my diary on the diary invitation.

The biggest problem of them all.... lack of time! I am also a huge fan of using tech to make our lives easier!

I love the way I can manage availability between multiple personal and family calendars as well as business calendars while still allowing customers to directly book a time with me.

The Apple Calendar integration needs some work to allow for more in-depth preferences for shared Apple calendars. Outlook and Gmail calendars work just fine.

Fantastic and feature-rich mobile app -- I can easily manage my event types and client bookings with my iPhone. The workflow routing form is easy to build and helps guide my clients to the right event type when booking a meeting with me.

It is a challenging to book 2 or more clients at the same time. I am an attorney and sometimes book multiple clients at the same for signing documents so that they can each serve as witnesses for each other. This requires a special event type and a little manual work to coordinate because I haven't had luck allowing clients to self book these kinds of meetings. With M365 Bookings, I could manually book as many clients for one time slot as I wanted, but Calendly requires a little more work to get it setup.

Ensuring my clients can find a time to meet with me when I am available and that best suits their schedules. The online workflow routing form is incredibly flexible and easy to setup, and super easy for my clients to use.

It is easy to use, easy to set up, and is very simple to make changes. I use it every day for scheduling on multiple calendars. I also integrate it with Stripe, Zoom, and my Google Calendar to make it easy to use.

There is sometimes issues with Google Calendar going to spam. This seems to be more of Google blocker than a Calendly issue.

I really love the simplicity of this tool, Calendly has been a life saver for someone like me! (Who can’t manage their own calendar!!) I use it mulitpule times in my work day! Sending a simple link of your calendar to the client and giving them the privilege of booking a meet themselves and the integrations with other apps like google meet, zoom or Teams and many more. The timezone integration is super useful too!
I can plan my schedule months in advance and I don’t have to worry about missing out on any of my appointments, I can not imagine my work without this amazing tool.

To be honest, i really love this app and i truly believe that the team behind Calendly is heding in the right direction, i just would love if we can have Calendly integrated with Apple FaceTime as well, since now we have links for FaceTime meets too!

I like Calendly's user interface best. The site is easy to navigate and makes scheduling fun. I also really like the copy and paste link feature.

I genuinely don't dislike anything on Calendly. Each time I've used it, I have only had good experiences.

I have several meetings each day with several different people. With Calendly, I can easily copy and paste a link to each person instead of trying to wrap my head around a bunch of different schedules.
