Calendly is fitting our needs for customer meetings. It is a great feature that I feel is extremely intuitive to our needs as a business.

I feel like it can,sometimes be a little touchy. There are so many different options and features that often time if I have the wrong item clicked it can mess up the entire process.

I enjoy Calendly's integration with Google Workspace so that all my events are on one calendar. I also appreciate that I have a lot of control over when (and how often) people can schedule meetings with me.

Not much at the moment. Calendly is intuitive to use and integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar. I would like a feature to "lock" particular meetings behind a wall of some kind so that prospective students can only book one type of appointment with me. They must have had an initial meeting with me to book a different kind of appointment (for example, New Student Orientation). This should open automatically based on meeting attendance, and I should not need to manually open and close this meeting type.

Calendly enables me to focus my efforts on students who prioritize meeting with me versus those who show less interest/ownership of their educational aspirations.

I can connect with anyone and anywhere! I am able to work remotely and connect with people from all parts of the globe and meet them online with Calendly working all the magic behind the scenes.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Calendly. The only room for improvement is also offering a payment option, to avoid making multiple calendars of the same event just to accommodate payment option.

I just appreciate the overall convenience factor packed in Calendly. The integration, intake forms, user experience is amazing!

The ability to customize my availability for each day and each week. I can change just one day or all of them. I also love that I can set up my calendly link and share that with others via a text or email for them to schedule. As a result of using it, my bookings have increased. It integrates easily with my iCal.

The ability to coordinate with others' calendars more easily who are not within in company so that I"m scheduling things at a time when it works best for everyone.

The problems Calendly has solved is getting to the appointment faster. It takes only 1 email instead of several back and forth just to get something scheduled. Therefore my business performance has increased.

Big fan of calendly - as it integrates in my/the customers calendar when used for booking. The fact that everything can be done in one page on my customer's side is great! Also, in the back end as a user I love the availability customization by event types.

The fact that it is a hyperlink in my communication as opposed to the times popping up directly in the email is the only downside.

It's making the overall meeting process so much faster and easier, removing friction with our customers, but also our internal team. Also a big fan of the ability to have round robin meetings.

I like how easy it is to use and set up Calendly. It's nice to set my avaiability and know that I don't have to worry about double booking customers. It is also nice for the reminder and easibility to change times if the customer needs it.

I don't dislike anything. It's great for personal use, business use or anything in between.

Calendly is a quick and convenient way for people to share their calendars, set up meetings with colleagues and clients, and make sure their time is accessible to people they manage.

I wish there were more options for recurring and multi-person events. Specifically, group events that would include people who are not paid users on the group plan would be nice.

It streamlines scheduling meetings with leads, clients, and colleagues. The round-robin feature is also very helpful. Having everyone's Calendly links in email signatures is also extremely convenient.

It helps me connect to clients in a way that is convenient to them, rather than sending 10 emails back-and-forth figuring out scheduling.

Calendly is an easy and efficient way to schedule meetings with people and have them schedule with you. I like how it can integrate with Zoom so I don't need to create new Zoom meetings manually. Additionally, the user interface is very customizable.

The features that come with the paid membership are quite useful, but I find the annual fee slightly expensive. It's still worth it to me, though.

I used to spend too much time scheduling via back-and-forth emails and then creating calendar invites and Zoom links. Now, Calendly takes care of that and I can spend my time actually getting my work done.

I love how Calendly integrates so well with my tech stack. It syncs automatically with Google calendar, Zoom, Stripe, etc. Amazing!

It is expensive for a calendar integration. Also it is not possible to have just one calender interlink to your website. There needs to be more flexibility.

People have the ability to find a time that works for them without me having to write tones of emails till we find the right time.

Sometimes I forget to block out time on my calendar, and Calendly sets a meeting during what I had hoped to have a blocked out time. Not Calendly's fault though

Allows you control over what type of meetings are booked, locations, etc. You can modify and adjust it to your liking. And you can also create your own link name.

Requires you to pay if you want to remove any logos or create any automation. Can also be a little confusing for the person booking the appointment as they get sent multiple copies of the meeting.

Allows me to give my customers the freedom to pick and choose their own time and needs for a meeting with me, without them having to email me back and forth, or call me.

The best thing about calendly is they have a free plan.

To be honest, till now we have faced any issues in calendly.

It is helpful for us to schedule a meeting with our clients.
