I've never used another scheduling platform, so I can't say why it is better, other than, I have never needed something different. Calendly is great.

I can't think of anything to dislike about Calendly.

Clients can schedule themselves, saving them and me tons of time going back and forth via phone or email.

Its an absoloute game changer! I work in executive search so I am constantly arranging times to speak with people. I cannot believe the amount of time it saves me on a daily basis not having to go back and forth on email/messaging arranging a time.

Sometimes the platform isn't as user friendly as I would like and I would also like to have more control over the title that appears in my diary on the diary invitation.

The biggest problem of them all.... lack of time! I am also a huge fan of using tech to make our lives easier!

I love the way I can manage availability between multiple personal and family calendars as well as business calendars while still allowing customers to directly book a time with me.

The Apple Calendar integration needs some work to allow for more in-depth preferences for shared Apple calendars. Outlook and Gmail calendars work just fine.

Calendly perfectly combines multiple calendars and shows my availability.

It's very easy to use and can manage my schedules while adjusting my working hours and gaps between the meetings

I don't think if it works fluently on Mobile experience

It is helping me to manage my internal and external meetings with the clients and the candidates from the interview queue.

The best thing is one can decide on time slots and the availability in days.

The fact that sometimes it is hard to track meeting via calendly and without calendly in google calandar.

Fantastic and feature-rich mobile app -- I can easily manage my event types and client bookings with my iPhone. The workflow routing form is easy to build and helps guide my clients to the right event type when booking a meeting with me.

It is a challenging to book 2 or more clients at the same time. I am an attorney and sometimes book multiple clients at the same for signing documents so that they can each serve as witnesses for each other. This requires a special event type and a little manual work to coordinate because I haven't had luck allowing clients to self book these kinds of meetings. With M365 Bookings, I could manually book as many clients for one time slot as I wanted, but Calendly requires a little more work to get it setup.

Ensuring my clients can find a time to meet with me when I am available and that best suits their schedules. The online workflow routing form is incredibly flexible and easy to setup, and super easy for my clients to use.

I really love the simplicity of this tool, Calendly has been a life saver for someone like me! (Who can’t manage their own calendar!!) I use it mulitpule times in my work day! Sending a simple link of your calendar to the client and giving them the privilege of booking a meet themselves and the integrations with other apps like google meet, zoom or Teams and many more. The timezone integration is super useful too!
I can plan my schedule months in advance and I don’t have to worry about missing out on any of my appointments, I can not imagine my work without this amazing tool.

To be honest, i really love this app and i truly believe that the team behind Calendly is heding in the right direction, i just would love if we can have Calendly integrated with Apple FaceTime as well, since now we have links for FaceTime meets too!

I like Calendly's user interface best. The site is easy to navigate and makes scheduling fun. I also really like the copy and paste link feature.

I genuinely don't dislike anything on Calendly. Each time I've used it, I have only had good experiences.

I have several meetings each day with several different people. With Calendly, I can easily copy and paste a link to each person instead of trying to wrap my head around a bunch of different schedules.

Ease of scheduling, integrations with Stripe, Google Calendar, Zoom and more. I use it every day for scheduling 10+ appointments. It's very easy to implement.

Sometimes there are issues with invites going to spam and requiring to say "known sender"

It makes it easy to schedule people on my calendar and saves a lot of time in back and forth.

Nothing causes me more pain than going back and forth about what times people are available. Instead, I include my calendly link in my signature and people book their own time. They prefer picking what time is convenient for them and I don't have to worry that I'm getting double booked. We all have this fear that people will take an inconvenient time on our calendar, but Calendly allows you to only open the times that you want to make available. I often find that prospects have signed up for a meeting all on their own. That helps me find and close more deals much more quickly.

I'd like if Calendly was natively integrated into more email applications, but it works well in the ones it supports.

The pain of the back and forth of scheduling a meeting.

We use Calendly on a daily basis. It was easy to implement and is an easy-to-use system and the Chrome integration makes it even more easier to access. Calendly allows customisation of forms while booking activities which provides helpful information about the customers. It provides amazing workflows and automation. How it sends emails and text messages to hosts and attendees for every activity is helpful. Calendly's customer support bot and team are also very quick to respond and helpful.

So far, Calendly Pro is all that I wanted.

Calendly makes it easier to schedule appointments and events. We use it for online appointment booking and it syncs the events in linked Google calendar. This makes it easier for us to just share the link with customers for booking and have them select their desired date and time slot.

Calendly has helped me and my team to organise and set up meetings with clients and investors all around the globe. Working with much different time zone, we can book sessions without stressing about the time zones everyone is on.

What's not to like? its free, its customisable, and it's SOOO easy to use. I honestly can't think of anything to say. I've used it for over a year now, and it's been one of the best additions to our work system.

Calendly solves many different things for us, especially with booking meetings with clients from around the world with different time zones, and it helps with integration with other applications, like gmail and google calendar.

I love that I can send a link to someone, and they can select the best day and time to meet with me. I like its integration with my calendars and how I can add payments for my consulting clients.

There is nothing I currently dislike about calendly. Its interface is very user-friendly and so far, I have been able to use it without any issues and always finding everything I need.

Whenever I receive a request from someone to meet, I don't even have to open my calendar to check my availability. It is as simple as clicking on the link I send them, and they can choose the time. It saves so much time!

Calendly, unlike many other tools of this kind, lets you decide if you want to send a link to your calendar or if you want to send a one-off-meeting. This is by far my favorite feature since you can select specific timeslots that would not show up in your "usual calendar". On top of that, you can let the invitee select the platform they prefer to use for video calls. This is the 15$ per month that helps me the most! The link to my calendar is in my email signature. So my clients will use it daily. You can also create multiple events that will have their booking page with their specific language.

The only downside, to me, is that the free version of Calendly is very limiting. You need to invest in the paying plan to get basic features. Worth all the money though.

It helps me save time. No need to send emails back and forth to find a timeslots that fits both mine and my client's schedule.

I like that it sets a time, place, and calendar invites for me, my meeting attendees, and anyone I want to invite automatically. Super easy to use. Saves me a ton of time and back-and-forth emails with students and clients.

The only downside is the initial setup of your calendar. Otherwise, super easy to use.

Sharing when I am available with people outside of my organization. Also sets up Zoom rooms so I don't have to deal with Zoom anymore!

I love that I can make my schedule and send out information at the click of one button! It is easy to work with and very user-friendly for clients! I will never go back to other products! Calendly has changed my work-life balance in the best way!

I do not care for the new update for scheduling.

It is allowing my clients to choose a time and day that works best for them! I do not have to chase people down for meetings because they can make it work on their schedule.

Love the ease of doing business. As a recruiter, candidates can easily book meetings on my calendar which takes out the back and forth of when they can meet. I use Calendly more than 25 times a week and it easily integrates with outlook for easy implementation.

I use Calendly to allow students to schedule appointments with me for advising. I save a tremendous amount of time by having them access my calendar directly. The reminder emails also cut down on students missing appointments.
