"Great for New Appointments"
What do you like best about Calendly?
It is easy to set up and implement as well as integrate.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
The expense of the software each year. I wish I could find something a little less but it is a necessary software.
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped me solve several problems I was having. It allows me to send a link to prospective clients I'm speaking with to set up a free session. It also allows me to send a different link to those I want to network with so they can chose what time matches up with mine.

What do you like best about Calendly?
Easy to configure, you have many very useful functionalities, attractive cost and easy to use for the use.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
It has opportunities for functional improvements, for example that the participants of an event can be configured in the future, even if today they belong to a different event. Being able to attach a document to the forms, among others.
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect an internal service with our clients, being able to route the assignment of said work based on various parameters.

"My personal assistant in one click"
What do you like best about Calendly?
Calendly, unlike many other tools of this kind, lets you decide if you want to send a link to your calendar or if you want to send a one-off-meeting. This is by far my favorite feature since you can select specific timeslots that would not show up in your "usual calendar". On top of that, you can let the invitee select the platform they prefer to use for video calls. This is the 15$ per month that helps me the most! The link to my calendar is in my email signature. So my clients will use it daily. You can also create multiple events that will have their booking page with their specific language.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
The only downside, to me, is that the free version of Calendly is very limiting. You need to invest in the paying plan to get basic features. Worth all the money though.
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time. No need to send emails back and forth to find a timeslots that fits both mine and my client's schedule.

What do you like best about Calendly?
Love the ease of doing business. As a recruiter, candidates can easily book meetings on my calendar which takes out the back and forth of when they can meet. I use Calendly more than 25 times a week and it easily integrates with outlook for easy implementation.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
Calendly has been very easy to use, I dont have anything that I dislike about using calendly.
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes booking meetings quicker, I can send out my calendar link and candidates feel like they have more control of booking the meetings.

What do you like best about Calendly?
What I like best about Calendly is that I have control of my availability and how I also can make myself available to my connections.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
I don't appreciate that on a Free account I only can set up 1 event. I feel I should have the option to at least have 2-3 before I have to upgrade.
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem that new candidates/business clientele or anyone who does want to speak with me about a job or me to Staff for them can now have an option to connect with me in a quicker process and a professional look for my being more reputable.

"Calendly is a time saver!"
What do you like best about Calendly?
In my field, in higher education, Calendly has saved me so much time, in regards to making student advisement appointments for me. Before using Calendly, the student and I were emailing back and forth, at a minimum of 5 emails, prior to being able to manually schedule the appointment and provide them with the Zoom link. Now, I do not have any back and forth emails, students schedule their appointments via the link found on their admission letter and my website. The fact that they recive reminder emails is amazing, too! I no longer need to send reminders, manually. The reminders do come from my email; however, I did not physically have to send the emails. The system is super easy to use and can constantly be updated to reflect changes instantly.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
I, honestly, do not have a dislike! I have not been dissapointed.
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and ease! Our students feel more comfortable on making their appointments when they are ready and able to view the availability. Plus, if they need to make a change, they can do so without having to reach out to me.

"Affordable, easy to use scheduling software"
What do you like best about Calendly?
I have been using Calendly daily for scheduling tasks since 2019: one of the best things about it is that it removes the annoying back-and-forth of trying to settle upon a mutual time to schedule a meeting - for free! It is super easy to use, too: it's deceptively robust, seamlessly integrating with video messaging platforms of choice as well as calendar software of choice. User onboarding has been relatively painless, I've found. I have been able to implement it for dozens of users with no issues. With the paid accounts, there are super helpful features, like workflows to automatically send reminders and follow up emails. This is helpful for me because I administer accounts with small business consultants and volunteers and I want to ensure a consistent client experience. It also has great reporting features so that I can see at a glance how many meetings my groups have scheduled and track how many they've held. I also love the various extensions: browser, Outlook, and LinkedIn. It saves me time and makes the experience better for our clients: win-win! When I have needed customer support, Calendly's team has been helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about Calendly?
As of now (10/26/2023) , you can't add workflows to Managed Events. (Example - I assigned an event type to my staff who are in "____" group, but I can't add a workflow to that event type to automatically send a thank you email with a survey after event completion.)
What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendly has solved a few business problems for me. First and foremost, as I said in my initial review, it saves time by cutting out back-and-forth around scheduling meetings. The amount of time saved easily justifies the cost of a paid Calendly account! But we've also used Calendly in other ways at my organization, too. For example, my organization needed a shared calendar that we could use to set up appointments for guests on a podcast, and Calendly made it very easy to do that. We also use it on our website to allow our (nonprofit) clients to book time with volunteers. Once again, it saves time because volunteering scheduling would be laborious and manual without Calendly!
