I like the way the software is laid out. I find it is very easy to use and the features are easy to find. They have made it easy to implement. Other software programs have atendency to overdue the layout with buttons and options that are really not necessary but look good. The Calendly lay out is simple and super easy to use.

I really do not have anything negative to say about Calendly. This software is very helpful and I do not know of another program that is so easy to use to accomplish the goal of coordinating calendars.

Calendly gives me the option of putting my calendar infront of my prospects. The program also is very useful to my clients when it comes to sacheduling meetings with clients/prospects.

Calendly integrates easily with my website, is quick to set up, reliable and looks professional. It saves so much time going back and forward on email to find a date that suits.

I don' thave any downsides using Calendly.

It saves me time setting up appointments and all the associated follow up emails and admin.

They are doing really well but there are some points where they can improve. - They can improve their cost structure as many other providers are providing the same service at an affordable cost. - Notifications can be improved a bit

I love how easy it is to set up different events, and each can have their own schedules and additional options such as how many meetings can be scheduled per day, and how long each meeting should be.

The only negative I could think of is it seems like when you need to reschedule a meeting, it's not as intuitive as I'd like it to be, but that may just be me needing to become more familiar with that process.

Helps me easily schedule meetings and have them automatically add them to my Google Calendar. I can send a link that includes my availability so clients can see exactly when I am available for a meeting.

The Calendly platform is very user-friendly and intuitive. I was able to get up and running with a free account in under ten minutes. Not only is it quick and easy to set up, but it also makes the scheduling process so simple when I'm coordinating with people outside of my organization.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I have a very basic use case for Calendly, and it covers my needs completely. I've never had problems using it, and neither have the people I share my Calendly link with.

I work in marketing and part of my job is to interview people in our customer base to gather quotes to be used in marketing testimonials. To schedule these customer interviews, I have to coordinate with other professionals who are usually very busy so it can be difficult to find a time that works for both parties. Calendly makes it really easy for me to schedule interview calls with customers. I simply send them a link to my calendar and then once they schedule, it appears on my calendar. I really don't have to think about the scheduling process at all beyond just sending that calendar link.

I love that I can sync Calendly with Zoom and my Google Calendar. Updating my availability as needed is also quick and easy. Calendly software makes for a seamless experience when booking meetings.

There are many different settings in Calendly that allow for customization. I do not see any downsides at this time but will update my review if I do notice any restrictions in my workflow.

Calendly syncs to Salesforce which is the primary software that I use for work. Getting set up was quick and easy. Calendly also syncs with Zoom and Google Calendar so I'm able to log in from anywhere and see what upcoming meetings have been scheduled.
