They should integrate an online conferencing solution like Zoom which will make easier to book and take calls in one go. It does not seem to have this function

Where should I start with? Let's put it like that, if it wasn't for Calendly, I would not be able to schedule 50% of the meetings that are bringing the cash for our organization. We're an SMB shop and efficiency is key to what we're doing. Like all SMBs we're operating within the scope of the very tight budget, yet we needed to optimize our demo scheduling process. After we've found Calendly, we were able to achieve the goal. And honestly, I don't want to go back to the old dark days when prospects were tearing us apart and the team here felt like our time doesn't really belong to us, and we are no longer in control of our own schedule.

The pricing is a challenge, especially during these times. I'd be even happier if they provided discounts to SMBs during the pandemic. A great example is MR (Marcomrobot.com) - they did not charge us a single penny.

The free plan of Calendly is great because it's free and lets me schedule meetings with members of my team, or prospects from other companies wanting my services. The free plan only does one basic email reminder, however, any type of reminder helps better than none. And the calendar invitations saves time.

I dislike how you only get 1 meeting type without upgrading. I also dislike how you can't do much reminders without upgrading.

I'm meeting with people using a DFY calendar scheduling software.

Whenever I am on a cold call and get interest, I tell them to go to my link and schedule a time. This way, they can choose a time they're actually available at instead of saying yes to a random time. It also makes it like a bigger event because it puts in their and my calendar.

It would be great if you could have it a different color like black, blue, red or something just to test the conversion rate. Only having white as a background means we can't test.

I enjoy the integration with google calendar and the ability to set my calls within the time frame I select. Rescheduling is easy and it is great that it organizes and saves your history.

I don’t feel like there is anything I don’t like about the software. The only thing is automating your scheduling makes it less personal.

Calendly saves me a bunch of time scheduling meetings with clients. I can easily send my link out a dozen times a day, and even include it in my signature block. My clients seem to feel comforted by the fact they can schedule time with me in a few clicks.

Sometimes I want to change the settings for all of my events, but there are not universal event features or a way to make bulk edits.

Calendly makes it a lot easier and faster for me to schedule time with clients. It saves me from the headaches involved in finding a mutually good time to meet.

I like that I can easily rsvp to an event or meeting someone invites me to and it instantly is connected to my calendars on my mobile devices and mail. I also appreciate how simple it is to view the time zones since I am interacting with people from all over the world using Calendly. Most of my meetings are on Zoom, so I am able to visit the Calendly invite and easily click the link to enter my meeting.

Scheduling is made simple! I used to miss meetings due to time differences more often than I liked. With Calendly, I always know when it is time to be there- on time!

Due to fact, that it's a static website generator there are some drawbacks. There are issues with creating the forms (like contact form).

Outlook plugin doesn't work at times. Need to restart the computer.

I like the email format of the scheduling requests for appointments to their time of preference.

I love that Calendly allows my clients to book easily and online with just a click of the mouse. I love that it's easy to change your availabilty and that the interface is simple to navigate.

There are times when the app doesn't sync to my Google calender properly. There have been a few occasions when a client ends up getting double-booked.

I am solving the issue of the back-and-forth of emailing. People select their spot without ever having to ask me my availabilty.

It’s UX and ease of use. It also loads fast.
