It is a simple online tool to schedule demos and any meetings being requested by other people looking for a day & time available in my calendar.

No dislikes at all. Calendly does everything I need for scheduling demos and meetings.

Calendly is well-known so it's something people trust when they go to schedule with you.

Not enough customization. Not enough freedom to link to calendars without paying more.

Calendly was a great way to quickly integrate my google calendar with zoom or google meet and get people scheduled without confusion.

The best thing I like is that Calendly allows me to arrange meetings with total control and professionalism. It gives the flexibility to both parties to schedule an appointment at their convenience. I often meet many of my clients with ease through Calendly. It easily integrates with my other accounts. Amazing app with a simple self-explanatory user interface.

Nothing to dislike. The free version easily serves our purpose.

Calendly is helping me to keep my meetings organized. I can meet potential clients, peers, customers, etc at their availability, avoiding overlapping and communicating in a better way.

I have been using the paid version of the product. My favourite feature about Calendly is how effortless it makes for my clients to schedule a session with me. The product has resolved my need for an assistant. My second favourite feature is the option to add a payment portal which further saves me the effort of keeping track of individual payments and handling the receipts.

I feel there is a lot one can achieve even through the unpaid version but to add a payment portal and multiple kinds of events at a time, I had to purchase a subscription. But in all fairness, it was good value for my money.

I don't need to make a monotonous website or hire an assistant to book my appointments and calendar. Calendly handled it all for me. By adding a direct link to my calendar, I have saved myself all of those hassles.

I like that it gives a lot of flexibility to set your timings and it also integrates seamlessly with calendars like Google Calendars and also Zoom

I don't like the way it manages group conversations, the experience for groups could be improved.

Calendly helps to keep the appointments sets with a large volume of people organized especially when it's for the same reason that you are meeting multiple people at different times

There is a calendar and you can choose a date and time for the meeting in Zoom.

I do not receive sms on the phone or sound message.

Calendly is very convenient to schedule meeting with my clients. It eliminates the back and forth email conversation or phone call to set up a meeting. It lets my clients pick the date and time and automatically adds it to my calendar and sends out an invite to the client as well. Calendly lets me set my working hours so that my clients can pick accordingly.

Calendly pretty much does what it is supposed to do, so no complaints from my end.

Calendly eliminates the need for elaborate conversations and instead provides slots convenient for both parties. It saves a lot of my time in scheduling meetings.

It can be easily modify and embed into the website.

It has recurring monthly payment rather then one time.

I love that it automatically connects to my calendar and it takes away the hassle of back and forth of trying to figure out a time to meet. It's been so helpful at work, I also use it for personal chats too. It's saved me so much time.

There's a bit of a learning curve to learning how to use all of the different features. A tutorial would be great! But once you learn how to modify it, it's incredibly helpful.

I work in a client-facing role and have to set up several phone calls per day, but I also need to make time for meetings and blocks of time for answering email. It's been essential in helping me be available to my clients but also make time for other obligations. I love that it knows immediately when I add items to my calendar and updates my Calendly availability.

As a volunteer trainer, I want to make scheduling training as easy as possible for my volunteers. Using Calendly allows us to choose the best platform, date, and time for their convenience. It saves back and forth on emails and the workflows help keep me on top of my paperwork.

Occasionally, if someone sends me a calendar invitation for a full-day event, even when I don't accept it, it blocks time on my Calendly making it look like I am not available. That can be difficult to track down but it isn't a big issue.

Working remotely, and trying to schedule training for multiple companies and hundreds of volunteers was a daunting prospect without something to help me organize. Calendly does that beautifully saving me and my constituents time and effort.
