scheduling
It's easy to see the date and different views of my scheduled meetings
Sometimes it glitches and you cannot see all calendars
Having my schedule at my fingertips
Calendar is very easy to use, intuitive, and integrates with nearly every add-on I need to keep me on schedule. It is the first thing I check every morning and I use it across personal and professional.
Overall, there is not much to dislike about Calendar. Frankly, the only issue I have is with recurring meetings. For whatever reason, recurring meetings tend to not be recurring. This is probably user error.
Calendar keeps me on schedule, helps me schedule meetings and calls that do not interfere with personal life (ie soccer practice, matches, concerts, family gatherings). I put everything in the calendar and keeps conflicts though.
My job would be so much harder without calendar. It's easy to use, helps keep me organzied and integrates with several tools I use daily. Would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
Nothing at all! It easily lets me see my colleagues' schedules, serves as a reminder for various tasks, and helps me stay on top of everything. Absolutely love it!
It's easy to use, helps keep me organzied, and integrates with several tools I use daily. I work with prospects in multiple time zones and the ease with which I can navigate through times has been a life saver. I use zoom for all my meetings so being able to link zoom calls through the calendar app is big!
alerts, times you can add to remind you of when the meeting starts.
I wish it integrated with google a bit more seamlessly, but for the most part, it does, and it's nice to see all alerts in one place.
showing up to meetings on time, reminders, driving alerts to get to your next destination. meeting setup
Organising my schedule Adding important details and information to specific time
Nothing bothering , except that there is no customization for each user
Time problems , I add specific reminders to time for any day to do my tasks
Being a teacher and having several meetings a day it keeps me informed at all times. I like that it warns me ahead of time that I have something coming up that is important.
Not much that I don't like. I use so much that I don't feel there are any negative about it
Getting to appointments, meetings, lessons in time. With distance learning it really was a huge benefit with time management.
My favorite thing about google calendar is the fact that it is accessible across an endless number of apps. It makes the witch from my Android, to my iPhone, to my work computer, to my laptop so easy. I can always see what’s next on my agenda.
I don’t like the fact that I can’t switch off certain events that are automatic to the calendar such as particular holidays. I also wish it was easier to prevent duplicate events that spawn when you sync multiple calendars. I also wish there was an easier way to add events to the calendar from texts and emails.
In general calendar helps me to avoid overlapping in my scheduling for my personal life and my work life. The color coding mechanism and also the set up is very useful. I’ve also realize the benefit of having some events automatically sync from my interactions via email and texting and other apps that sync with google.
Helps me and colleagues manage our day, I use this to ensure I never miss a meeting.
To be honest I can't think of any bad things about calendar
It helps me keep a track of meetings and appointments throughout the week whilst linking emails and contacts.
Calandar.com is a game changer. I'm now in control of my time/day plus it's super reliable and intuitive to use.
I have not found any issues - so far so good
Time management. The alerts are reliable and cut through.
Super clean interface, schedule is beyond easy, and it's fast
Took me a little bit of time to get used to it but that's to be expected since I had just been using Mac Calendar for years.
Saving tones of time with my calendaring and scehduling needs
I love the simple interface of calendar and the data that we get back from it to optimize meetings schedules
Nothing at the moment. I have really enjoyed my experience
With Calendar we are making our work schedules smart. We are finding ways to decrease meeting length and frequency from the data we get back. This has helped us to greatly increase our productivity
I was tired of having too many calendars to look at and so I was happy that this tool connected them in one place. It also lets you schedule meetings with different calendars and that’s very helpful as well.
Not too much to say here. This really saves time and energy.
It takes less time to set up meetings now. I hated having too many calendars competing for my attention on my laptop.
Review it’s helpful to remind us to do and plan
Google calendar is better it’s not as good
Keep track of time lines
It syncs with other calendar apps to keep all your appointments in one place
I don’t really have anything I don’t like about the app
Compiles all appointments from google and other apps.
It’s interface and options. It gives me reminders if I need one. It’s became a part of my life nowadays.
It’s a bit formal and I think new features needs to be added.
It helps me to track down my daily life worlls along with business meetings, tome schedules.
Use of ease whether I am using a smartphone or am on my work laptop. Its interaction w/ Zoom calls also seems like a simple thing to integrate, but it works best w/ Calendar. There is a crowded market for these platforms, but Calendar again gets the job done where I am not looking into others.
Every now and then, it'll crash, although this is pretty rare and a non-issue. Sometimes I will look for a saved calendar event but realize I saved it on personal versus my work setup (which is mostly user error and a slight inconvenience).
Really helps me and colleagues hold ourselves accountable / be more punctual in terms of meeting attendance, scheduling 1 on 1's, and being aware of on-site events.
I enjoy the interface of calendar and how easy it is to use on a multitude of business platforms. It can be accessed from Justin about anywhere with such ease.
I do find it to be a little technologically advanced as the functionality is not as straight forward as traditional calendar applications
We use Calendar for a multitude of business needs including scheduling, meetings, finance check ins, and group responsiveness training
I love that I can message people invitation requests and it can be added to their calendar.
Sometimes.i have trouble.locating in the app. Also...sometimes.it.doesnt.alert.me...either because I didn't set it correctly.or my sound is off
Time management. I can compartmentalize my time better which allows me to spend more time with family.
