Data analysis and insights: Certain calendar software programs offer data analytics and insights, such as time spent on particular tasks and in meetings, which can help users identify areas for improvement and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency.
Following are the dislike about Calender: Limited integrations: While Calendar.com does offer some integrations, it may not integrate with all of the tools and platforms that users need, which could limit its usefulness. Basic features: Calendar.com's features may be too basic for some users who require more advanced functionalities. No mobile app: As of now, Calendar.com does not have a mobile app, which may be inconvenient for users who rely on their smartphones or tablets. Limited customization options: Users may not be able to customize the calendar's appearance or settings to fit their specific needs or preferences. Pricing: While Calendar.com does offer a free version, some of its more advanced features are only available with paid plans, which may be a barrier for some users

Plan and prioritize tasks: By scheduling tasks and deadlines in the calendar, users can plan their work and ensure that important tasks are completed on time. Increase productivity: With a clear overview of their schedule and priorities, users can work more efficiently and stay focused on their most important tasks. Improve communication: Calendar software can help facilitate communication by allowing users to share their schedules with colleagues or clients and schedule meetings more easily.
I use the recurring events a lot on Google Calendar, it helps me organize my weekly and monthly schedules. I also like to change the color of my events, it provides an easy-to-read timetable. But adding reminders that will pop up on my smartphone is the best, along with sending emails. Another great feature is the auto-import for flight and hotel reservations from Gmail.
Importing external events (.ics files) is not that easy, I would like a better UX, for better interoperability. I would also like a feature to sort events based on colors (vacation, work, health, etc.).
Calendar helps me save time daily and keep track of my schedule, the interface is well designed and everything is synchronized to my Google account, on my phone and laptop. Recurring events are good to help me be rigorous, for Dollar Cost Averaging in investment for instance. I also used a lot calendar within my university, to keep track of my classes and exams.
We don’t double book appointments and we don’t have issues with booking meetings with any of our clients. Calendar recognizes time zone differences and it’s been a joy to use for both us and the clients who book meetings with us.
Calendar takes a bit to see just how useful it is. The more you use it, the better it gets, so you may not see the value after just a few days of use. However, after a while, you will find it irreplaceable.
A couple of our team members use Calendar for work, including myself, and I have to say that the experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Before, we used Google Calendars, but nowadays we get so much more done with Calendar.
