I'm really impressed with everything so far but it would be great to give start-ups the option to tailor packages as they grow. I enquired if it was possible to sign up for 15 job slots instead of 20 but this isn't supported. I

Im Umfeld von DSGVO gibt es gerade in Deutschland viele Vorgaben. Recruitee hat ihr zwar mitunter Lösungen rund um Cookie-Banner-Handling und rechtliche Themen, allerdings kann hier noch nachgeschärft werden. Der Support zeigt hier schnell Möglichkeiten, mitunter workarounds auf.
Mit Recruitee bekommen wir eine Vielzahl an Bewerbungen. Vorteile liegen darin, dass die Bewerbungen übersichtlich aufgeführt sind und man darüber mit den Bewerber*innen in den Austausch gehen kann. Besonders relevant ist für uns die Möglichkeit des Kommentierens innerhalb der Bewerbermaske, sodass sich Kolleg*innen zu Bewerber*innen austauschen können.
Recruitee is a well thought-out and therefore structured software. The basic operation is easy to understand and the setup is relatively straightforward. To be able to use all the functions to the full, however, you need a little time to understand everything - but they are worth it. The ability to maintain data globally, so that it is automatically available anytime and anywhere, is a major advantage. This greatly reduces the maintenance effort and the number of potential sources of error. If any questions remain unanswered, the support team responds quickly and easily - feedback is recorded and transparently documented and in some cases also implemented.
The list of negative properties is short. Unfortunately, there is no global pipeline view. A pipeline is available at job level, in which you can see the progress of each individual applicant, but unfortunately this is only shown in a list view. If jobs are edited and they are still not live, this uses up one of the limited job slots - but these are both rather negligible factors.
Thanks to Recruitee, we were able to significantly simplify and automate the entire application process. Thanks to a suitable interface, we were able to integrate Recruitee into our website, which means that all applications automatically end up at Recruitee, where they can then be processed. Thanks to the ability to synchronize email accounts, emails can be sent automatically from Recruitee, but are still visible in the email account.
We love the one way video feature in recruitee and ATS piepline flow. It makes sharing candidates amonst the team and clients easy, and the videos provide valuable insights for our clients.
It would be nice if Recruitee had a VOIP or phone calling integration capability, and I think it would be highly valuable if Recruitee integrated with CRMs like hubspot, so data would parse and update automatically.

And when it comes to data, Recruitee's analytics are solid, though we wish we could communicate with Hubspot, helping us make smart, data-driven moves. Customizable pipelines? It's like tailoring our recruitment strategy to fit like a custom suit. In a nutshell, Recruitee isn't just a tool; it's our behind-the-scenes partner, making our hiring hustle sharper, smoother, and more effective.
I find Recruitee to be quite user friendly. I come from an agency background and have used most of the systems out there and would want to implement recruitee if I changed firms. Data is displayed clearly and the system ticks all the boxes you would expect as far as functionality. I quite like the options to automate scheduling as well as implement email templates and have used these quite extensivey to automate parts of my work stream and save time. The support team has always been super responsive when I have come across technical issues.
I have encountered a few issues with the system. Specifically, the event scheduler can become disconnected from Outlook calendars and needs to be periodically refreshed and checked on. Also, the option to 'refresh' jobs (ie move them back to the top of lists on job boards) is a bit wonky and requires, essentially, taking the role down and reposting which makes it difficult to track the data (I know they are working on a long term fix for this though.)
Recruitee has been quite useful in streamlinig and tracking our recruitment process. I also appreciate having the ability to collect all of the feedback in one place as well as to create customized evaluation forms to provide to hiring managers for use in interviews.
Intuitive pipeline management Standard dashboard provides good insights, however I always make sure to customise it to Management Requirements which leads to more data driven recruitment
There were some pricing vs function changes last two years, but now it seems they have found the perfect Product Market Fit.

Setting up a work-by page is still very limited and could be more comprehensive.
