- easy job/candidate management - intuitive job creation - easy to learn about additional features - calendar integration - email integration allowing to see the conversation with candidate
- UI could be nicer - Reports sometimes show bad data/ Could be more intuitive - Lacking (for now) secret job creation/ giving access to view job only to invited people
- Candidate database search/sourcing - Complete information in the profile, about all activities taken with a specific candidate - GDPR clausula send - Referral program
Task management and task reminders for when things get busy - great being able to put it automation to help out.
Customisation options in general - can be tricky to manage
Speed to market, posting quickly with minimal effort to several places on the internet.
It is very easy to move candidates to another stage in the process. It is very east to add users and give them permission to review candidates It is very clear in use and also offers a lot of possibilities to directly place the vacancy on external websites
Nothing really. The system does what i want. It might be helpfull if the candidates CV could be judged already partialliy by Recruitee...but this would just be handy for a first rough selection
It solves the problem of having to email cv's of candidates to managers, it solves the necessity of creating an overview of vacancies and candidates in excel, it solves the issue of having to contact external websites for extra publications
The interface and the design in general.
Sometimes the invites sent directly forme the platform do not go through.
Collaboration amongst different stakeholder and clear overview or the recruiting steps
What I like the most about Recruitee is that it is easy to use, very intuitive. I have worked with other APIs before, and Recruitee has a lot of options yet you do not feel lost at all. I also enjoy that Juul Maa, our customer success specialist, is so helpful and responsive.
I cannot think of big downsides of using Recruitee for now
Recruitee is helping us streamlining processes such as GDPR, referrall program. In one word: authomization
The features that the platform provides, and the easy interface
Nothing as of now, all of the features are pretty good and helpful
Recruitee is saving time for screening by adding the knockout question option while sharing the questions
Automation of emails and the automated buttons inside emails, Clarity in terms of seeing applicants in different stages, adaptability of the different stages, intuitive to learn how to use recruitee, being able to link it with a website
When trying to 'Save' an email for example that I am working on it is necessary to make sure to click the right 'Save' button, otherwise, the changes are not saved. Also the need to click 'Save' twice
Recruiting and prescreening large amounts of applicants. Standardizing the recruiting process (all stages from prescreening to evaluation forms). Keeping an overview and not losing track of large amount of data
I enjoy having a customer support specialist that is attentive to the immediate needs of the organization. Recruitee has been instrumental in organizing candidates for our internal team and keeping track of interview outcomes and the pipeline.
Nothing comes to mind at the moment! I have a unique situation that doesn't allow me to utilize the careers page to the fullest capability, but we are working on it. I would prefer to have troubleshooting done with the IT department via phone and currently, their IT personnel is not customer-facing.
How to best advertise job postings that will get the best result for response from qualified applicants. I have introduced the consulting firm that helped our organization enhance the operating company's websites. I want to move away from utilizing Indeed as much as I am directly because I can advertise from Recruitee.
The candidate pipeline is mapped in a visual way and the platform is very user friendly. Above all, the customer support is extermely helpful and quick in responses!
Not all tools and job platforms are integrated in Recruitee for all countries, but this is understandable. The legacy reports also seem to be more comprehensive than the current ones.
We have managed to streamline our recruitment processes with email and candidate evaluation templates and schedulings, as well as setting up our Careers-site in a convenient way.
Recruitee is designed well and easy to implement. It helps to prevent privacy issues (GDPR). Single SignOn with AzureAD was supported well.
Candidates are not notified when their application data is removed.
The complete process of hiring is supported. The central storage of data helps with compliance to GDPR.
I can see that there is a lot of thought put into the user experience. I like that it's easy to use, intuitive, responsive and in general it has a pleasant UI. It also has most of the features I need.
There are a few things I would like to improve. For example, I want to be as transparent as possible with my team when sharing information about candidates but some things like emails and notes should be private by default. This has cost me a few surprises where team members could have access to somewhat confidential information.
- Transparency in the hiring process with my team - Improve my ability to keep track of each person in each step of the process - Automate actions that save me a lot of time
The software is straightforward and can be adjusted to your preferred language. The same goes for the manuals and technical support.
From an IT point of view, the user section is called team members. Although a few roles are not necessary a team member like an admin. From the end-user experience, I totally understand the team member page.
With great success, we enabled SSO for our 365 tenant.
very user friendly, UI is good. Frequent upgrading of features. Fast navigation. Career site is easy to setup and good.
Pricing is on the high side compared to others. But still worth it.
Faster recruiting easy cooperation with hiring managers all hiring relates documents & info in 1 spot easy to setup careers site fast and easy job posting on a number of free channels.
easy, natural navigation; good look and feel for the obvious tasks around hiring people
Very complete package; perhaps making some kind of sticky notes would be nice, as in Google environment; e,g. on CVs of candidates
The process of reviewing candidates is really easy and fast now
easy to use and set-up good ux good level of configuration
push to other job sites didn't work smoothly multilingual was a pain to set up.
central and transparent platform templates for faster communication standardized evaluation process
It is easy to follow up with a candidate (funnel, comment, and automatization). I also love how we can personalize the recruitment funnel based on the profile or the process that we want to implement.
Sometimes when you find a good candidate who doesn't fully match, It's hard to save him somewhere on recruitee. If you re-open a position, it isn't easy to find back the excellent profiles quickly.
Finding the correct employee for our company. Recruitment is usually a struggle and in our growing company we can't miss it and Recruitee really helped us collecting potential candidate and following with the best one easily and super fast.
Ease of use. Even those that are technologically phobic within my company have found it nice and simple.
I would prefer some more linking options with some of the job boards, choices on length of adverts etc.
Its solved a lot of time and effort in recruiting. Easy and quick notifications, my time is saved not having to manually send cv's to people to review.
Event management, google calendar integration, preprocessing of aplications
I think UI is a bit bland, may be outdated
I am performing technical interviews. The biggest benefits are: information about candidates is in one place and is presented very well, event management with google calendar integration - I am informed about candidates and events happening.
I like how helpful everyone from their customer service/support team is. They are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. The system itself is quite intuitive anyway and does not require much assistance to use day-to-day. Using it to the fullest would take a while to set up (automizations for example) but it's a really great way of keeping track of everything within a team. The Indeed integration and all the customization options of the careers page are great too.
Mulptiple languages used to be available in the lower packages - later it was only possible in the higher-paying packages. There wasn't any warning of this as far as I am aware. I found that this happened from time to time: features which used to be openly accessible became a 'paying' feature or one needing upgrade relatively often. Now we have a more comprehensive package, I don't notice this as much but I always wonder what will change from one day to another. The reports are also sometimes slightly off - the system says it's due to deleted candidates but it isn't always the case. These are just small details as overall we're really happy.
We are able to coordinate many open posts with a small team in a way which ensures minimal information loss at each stage of communication and a streamlined hiring process. It's so important for us to be able to make decisions fast and act quickly on great profiles - Recruitee helps us do that by giving us a great overview of who is doing exactly what.
User interface: All the features are where you expect them to be Features: Got everything you would be looking for, especially for SMEs
It's still missing a feature to post the same job for different locations without using additional paid job slots. The feature is already on the product roadmap, we are looking forward to it!
