Compare Recruitee with other popular tools in the same category.
Recruitee is erg eenvoudig in gebruik.
Everything is clear and the customer service give you a nice experience being friendly, kind and they explain it very well.
Can't really find downsides right now at the moment.
Recruitment process + hiring process
I can create as many pools as i need (with each stack/programming language) I can add any tag i want and then search for various combinations of candidate tags I like the synchronization of information to the account from the uploaded CV Ability to create a branch from a comment
When you sort through the pool of candidates and delete an unnecessary candidate, you are thrown to the very beginning of the pool In Qualified candidates, where Adjust columns, I uncheck unnecessary columns every time, and they reappear
Quick search for candidates by various tags Ability to leave comments (thereby interact with other managers inside the recruitee) Ability to store a CV All information about the candidate is clearly visible in the candidate's profile
I have been using recruitee now for more than a year and have come across various situations in which I needed help from the support team that was extremely helpful. Apart from this, I would say the Automation functionality (emails, scheduling, disqualifications, tests for candidates etc.) is seamless and allows for a lot of hands-on work being offloaded. It's also very easy to share the candidates with teammates, hiring managers, and interviewers. The chrome extension that can be used to add candidates from LinkedIn is a great help.
So far nothing really as I have never came across any frustrations while using the application.
Recruitee helps keep all the candidates that have applied or you're nurturing in one space - organised and easy to find.
The software has beside well designed and userfriendly expected features around job creation, promotion and hirements also quite some advanced workflow features for optimizing collabortive recruitment processes across teams, regions and even on global level
The tool has some limited usability when working across two instances with SSO and also some recurring cache issues for editors switching between the backend and the frontend, although all of that is solvable
We are regionally acting across 8 countries with misc languages but a joint recruiting, having further other global offices where we partly coordinate recruitment too. With this setup, Recruitee is the ideal partner for providing job ad creation, promotion and recruitment coordination help.
Recruitee allows us to track multiple open positions at the same time, gathers all the candidate info in one place, and, most importantly, gathers the feedback and communication of all involved in the recruiting process in one place.
There is little to dislike when it comes to using recruitee in our processes.
Recruitee helps us with our recruitment process immensely; it allows us to keep track of multiple opened positions at the same time as well as collect general job applications.
I like the design and usability of the cards for each candidate, it helps to see all the needed information I also like comfortable boolean search via the tool
I need to set up the main dashboard with needed columns with candidate info each time I enter the tool, but not one time and changing it back when it's needed
I like the option of Fair evaluations, help to stay unbiased
It's been two years since we moved to Recruitee, and initially, it was the tool we were most pleased and impressed with. However, over the last year, the real added value has come from our Customer Success Manager and Recruitee's overall desire to make the life of a recruiter easier, not just via the ATS but also through conferences, their blog and all sorts of other added value. We continue to be loyal customers!
There are a few other things we would love to have as part of Recruitee (offer approvals, multiple careers pages etc.), but all of our requests are logged in the functionality requests tool, and we can see as they do or don't become part of the roadmap moving forward. While it's a drawback when you find a missing feature in the ATS, it's still not a complete drawback of the system, as the opportunity is there to influence future evolutions.
Recruitee is great for global collaboration on candidates and integrates really well with Google for business which makes it an incredibly efficient tool for us. The Talent Pools function has been a huge benefit for us and really done away with a lot of the ad hoc spreadsheets that we had floating around!
Once you get the hang of it, easy to use and covers all that is required.
The recruiting domain hosting management - we had some issues when using recruitee under our domain from security scanning tools regarding hsts and other like wise configs.
Easy to use DB for managng recruiting.
The tool is extremely user friendly. Doesn't take much time to get to grips with it, and is just generally very intuitive and makes candidate management a breeze.
Bugs. It's natural for every SaaS tool, but honestly we've had at least 5+ cases where event schedulers weren't working as intended for HMs and had syncing issues. Also, platform sometimes just lags. It doesn't happen often, but it's always annoying when you're stuck on a loading screen for 5 minutes. Once again to reiterate, these are in no way dealbreakers, it happens with platforms like that and is totally a natural occurence, customer support has been great at helping out when issues came up, and I'm positive that moving forwards one day these issues will be resolved.
Naturally management of candidates. That's what the tool is for, and that's why we use it. Posting roles, having all candidates in one place, automated and templated e-mails, etc.
