It's very user friendly, and great to see all the information and communication(internal&external) in the same place. Talent Pools are nice for saving potentially interesting candidates for the future. Recruitee team is very active in responding to questions and product requests.
Unfortunately it still does not support mobile. Another drawback is that it does not save your email or comment text as a draft and can be lost when you leave the page.
Keeping track of large amount of vacancies&applicants while calloborating with the team.
I really enjoy having the filters and fingers - that is very helpful
Sometimes I may be lost in the filters :) But I believe I just need some time to adapt
As mentioned<, the info is really well sorted and thus saves my time as I may all the needed filters once
The UI/UX is very user friendly and foolproof. Besides, using Recruitee let's us focus and helps us with an excellent candidate journey and saves us time.
It sometimes feels like Recruitee is made for smaller businesses, with over 150 vacancies we sometimes lose the overview a little bit.
Filling in our vacancies, it spares us a lot of time.
Repetitive tasks in the hiring process can be done half-automated It's great for getting an overview about the current status for an open position It's easy to filter out spam applications and focus on the relevant ones
Sending of automated emails is not always working After updates the UI sometimes changes a lot and it takes time to get used to it Video calls are currently causing issues and we often have to switch to 3rd parties
We could get rid of external recruiters and save lots of time though the automated emails Each team member automatically has access to the applications he needs to access
Easy review functionality. Easy linkedin connector
Search fonctionality and working with different pools/phases
Better view on candidates
Great chat support, nice layout, very easy to use
Some functionalities like scorecards, "add custom fields" for the whole jobs and some more which I wrote in emails
Thatnk to recruitee we are in contact with all applicants what is good for our employer branding.
• Recruitee's roadmap is public which allows you to see what's coming and they frequently add new things. • Recruitee has built-in actions to automatically do things like request reviews or send messages as candidate move through your pipeline. • Recruitee allows you to schedule emails to candidates, which can be very useful as you're processing messages. • Jobs site looks good and is easy to add to and customize. • Built in Evaluations are easily customizable and allow for great structured interviews. • You can easily share candidates with anyone using their "Sharable Links"
• Permissioning is not granular enough, to make full use of all of Recruitee's features everyone must have an account, however, you cannot control access enough to hide certain fields from certain users - a must for us. • With thousands of candidates, Recruitee can be exceptionally slow to load. • Its UI also makes it slow to navigate and use, particularly when it comes to managing candidates. There are no hot keys, many things are buried in menus, and the menus all act differently. • API is unstable. The API will frequently silently fail. Lookups don't always work. Response payloads are inconsistent. • Reporting is hard to understand and the data Recruitee uses isn't necessarily clear (so you're never sure if a report is telling you what you want). • Candidate search & filtering isn't super advanced, you can't have things like nested booleans. • Sharable links have clear and unresolved security vulnerabilities. • Pricing has dramatically increased in the years since we first signed up with them and now it's on par with more developed platforms out there. I might consider Lever or Greenhouse or another market leader at this point.
We use Recruitee to hire for our internal team and have used it to evaluate our pipeline of tens of thousands of educational fellows. It's made candidate management much easier and faster. It further allowed us to quickly create our application flow and process our fellowship applications.
I used to like Scheduler before you started to offer this just in the Scale plan. I like Recruitee support. Always helpful.
Many things - unfortunately now. Currently, we have 10 slots with you, but still not enough for better features. Your plan is made just for big companies - corporates. I don't know what made you think that small companies, startups don't need big features like you offering in the Scale plan currently. Startups can not afford to pay that amount of price. Your sales plan before was much better. You paid for slots with all the features. Now for this pricing, I can go smw. else with the same features but less money as we pay with you. I also don't like "Hiring roles" I understand that without the Scale plan you can not add any other role, but not be able to change the setting with current roles f.e. who can see this, who not, who has access there... these are basic settings of the account!! Then you can as well removed this roles because you can not set them up as you need. So why to have it there. Notes - I am missing notes, currently, you are able to write in a little square some note, but I miss a proper page for it, like Evernote or smt. I am getting lost in this small square. PROMOTE JOBS - you can switch them on, but not off?? We had an issue that we started to receive absolutely irrelevant CV's so I tried to turn it off from one job page, but it was not working. If you have a button turn on there - there should be off as well, or please write a note somewhere above that once you turn it on, you can not switch off. I spent quite some time to google it.... then your support helped me.
As I mentioned above. Problems with Hiring roles Promoting jobs. I m missing Scheduler. We have to use Calendly links now - free accounts. It's a shame we pay for 10 slots, but not enough to have this. Before we had 4 slots with you with all the features. Benefits... well it's a big storage of CV's. I like that you can make a workflow. So it's easier to orientate around. It's very easy and logical. Very friendly to use. When I am scrolling down your questions from this survey I don't understand why you asking kind of questions: Scheduling - We have no scheduler - so plain emails with invitations for an interview are sent. Applicant Data Management. - Everybody needs to be an administrator to be able to have access or not because we can not change hiring roles settings rights.
The recruiting system is very user-friendly and makes it much easier to follow the process.
I cannot have my own idea regarding the final look of my career site because in a vast majority, it is impossible to set it up in my way. I do not mean brand new solutions. Most of them you can find on a different web pages. Unfortunately, there are so many requests on a road map that you need to stay patient while waiting to implement your idea.
Having the recruitment process is much easier than it was before, and what is more, it is easy to share with other team colleagues.
That agencies can upload candidates and the "team notes" are handy.
I miss a lot of features. I can't really file candidates. I need to put them in a pipeline or delete them . The invites are not connected to google calendar, the access options I can give people is limited.
I'm responsible for the recruitment of a scale-up
Recruitee is a simple to use and incredibly effective system to allow hiring teams to collaborate and hire quickly
There aren't many things to dislike. However, it would be great to see some additional functionality such as anonymisation features
We're able to hire at pace, collaborate more effectively on hiring projects and be more proactive with talent pooling/pipelining
The ReferralsHub are super useful in providing visibility for the organization and driving employee engagement while providing top class talent.
Not too much actually. The only item they could improve in the future is multiple locations for one job.
Traceability, approvals, visibility and reporting.
Very intuitve platforms that enable to manage candidates effortlessly and navigate through the selection process.
Not being able to adjust the careers page based on the compnay's branding assets.
Managing application effortlessly in the platform to provide good candidate experience.
I like Recruitee because it automatically posts jobs on different websites. It's very easy to use.
What I dislike is the fact that I get duplicate emails on my Recruitee account email and on my personal email. Even if I read and answered all emails from Recruitee, I still need to go back to my Gmail and mark those emails as read.
With a single job post, my job opening is posted on different platforms. We managed to reach candidates much more quickly and our work time on recruitment was improved.
I love that I can visualize my recruiting pipelines easily, and that it's easy to onboard new members. Everything is available at a glance. The automations make it easy to ensure that every candidate knows where they stand at all times.
If anything, I wish the reporting functions were a bit easier to use. I'm not able to track our outreach effectiveness or cost per hire as easily as I would like to, and some of the reports are a bit clunky to set up.
Recruitee allows the whole recruiting team to see what is happening with any given candidate and collaborate effectively on the hiring process. It has allowed me to keep in touch with candidates through automations and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Flexible, intuitive to use and great customer support. Simplified our applicant tracking process and quickly became the standard for all roles. Easy to use, and not overly onerous for hiring managers, interviewers etc.
That more software isn't like this! It does the job and none of our users have needed training. It was not always easy to get recruiters to use the system, although the email in feature helped.
We use Recruitee to manage our recruitment pipeline, including external recruiters, advertising vacancies and communicating with candidates. This made our recruitment process much simpler and more efficient.
Fast customer service Easy to use Always new features
Implementing job descriptions because there is always a big issue with using the right format (titles often do not work, or space/enter issue between paragraphs).
knock out questions - filtering the language skills
Easy to switch candidates between jobs, and numerous templates for every instance. Keeping evals and files all in one place.
It was frustrating to need to upgrade our plan to accommodate private posts solely for administrative use. This should be a basic feature.
Organizing multiple jobs and candidates was a challenge. The dashboard is easy to read and the platform is easy to use. It saves us a great deal of time.
That everything is easy to find in the system.
I don't have one now. Each time there is something that can be improved they already are making changes to include it and launch.
Recruitting is solving my hiring process and making is so much simplier. I love the integrations. It benefits me because I takes me less time in my day to day.
It is a very intuitive system, great for fastgrowing scaleups
not really something missing, very affordable and easy to increase or decrease the number of job slots
get inbound candidates. Ideally for companies that have not yet a strong employerbrand
