Recruitee is very easy to use. With the possibility to customize the whole tool, we find a certain comfort in our automation, which considerably improves our processes. Moreover, the team is very reactive when we have a question and helps us when we encounter any difficulty!
It's a complete tool, but I think we can improve the automation. Not to mention some RGPD issues that has already been brought up.
Recruitee has helped us above all in centralizing our processes, but also in automation and speed. The big problem in recruiting is the time we give to each candidate; Recruitee has helped us with this problem.
The UI/UX simply works. Easy to post positions, track candidates, communicate in-app
LinkedIn integration (e.g., posting a job) requires a one-off process

Would be great to add vacacy request from hiring managers to recruiters, also possibility to change users' emails by admin
Easy to understand for new users (I don't need to write manual how to use ATS), managing comments, evaluation and scheduling events via one channel, integration with job boards, analitycs from job boards, analytics of requsition.
I like the features, lots of automation, and a nice searching section for candidates. I also like the possibility of jumping between many cars while "surfing" through the system.
The reports section should be improved. Combing two interviews in one "interview" stage by the system is not functioning well. Also, very often, data gets messed up.
For example, the recently implemented option to limit the number of meetings during the day or add buffer time between the meetings. That is super useful, and since I have used a recruitee for more than two years, I have been waiting for this option very much.
Usability, email templates, job pipeline and automation of the recruitment process are excellent and make the process very smooth and easy. Collaboration is essential and nice.
The preview of job applicants in Modal is somehow too small. I didn't find a way to send rejection emails without including my name, so in a way to reject an applicant using the team footer (HR Department, Engineering Department ....)

While we were choosing an ATS system, we contacted a lot of different ATS providers. Recruitee stood out in particular for its multi-page Career Site Builder, high level of customization, effective meeting planner integration, and data coverage. Recruitee has an extensive range of options - from setting up pipelines, to creating a Career Site. Also, it's highly optimizable, so for a more prominent company, which knows its needs, it is precious. Moreover, the Recruitee team is very supportive, so you get your questions and concerns answered in a quick and detailed manner.
You also expect more when an ATS system like Recruitee has so many great features. I'm waiting for more templates for the Career Site, for more integration with different applications and other great features!
As a company, we want to have the recruitment process done with a lot of automation. To cover this need, we were looking for a highly customizable ATS system. The recruitee has successfully covered this need.
- easy job/candidate management - intuitive job creation - easy to learn about additional features - calendar integration - email integration allowing to see the conversation with candidate
- UI could be nicer - Reports sometimes show bad data/ Could be more intuitive - Lacking (for now) secret job creation/ giving access to view job only to invited people
- Candidate database search/sourcing - Complete information in the profile, about all activities taken with a specific candidate - GDPR clausula send - Referral program
Task management and task reminders for when things get busy - great being able to put it automation to help out.
Customisation options in general - can be tricky to manage
Speed to market, posting quickly with minimal effort to several places on the internet.
It is very easy to move candidates to another stage in the process. It is very east to add users and give them permission to review candidates It is very clear in use and also offers a lot of possibilities to directly place the vacancy on external websites
Nothing really. The system does what i want. It might be helpfull if the candidates CV could be judged already partialliy by Recruitee...but this would just be handy for a first rough selection
It solves the problem of having to email cv's of candidates to managers, it solves the necessity of creating an overview of vacancies and candidates in excel, it solves the issue of having to contact external websites for extra publications
