The app is intuitive and provides so many ways to complete tasks regarding recruitment. Besides, you can let it working for you founding and searching candidates
It could capture data from LinkedIn, but this resource is not available on the platform, and LInkedin could be more cheaper in Brazil to use the Artificial Intelligence resources
We have more time and agility in the process, we can do tasks easilly, such as schedule meetings with different kind of apps (teams, google, zoom), besides, and our clients are more satisfyed in following the progress of the process on time
System is easy to use, comfortable, nice looking. I love pipeline, email templates, how i can manually add candidates etc
Reporting options could be a little bit easyer to understand. GDPR options should be more flexible because all countries have different rules regards of that.
Pipeline and email templates - i can see every canddiate where he is at in the process and i can communicate with " just 3 clicks".
I love everything about this ATS, I got previous experience of using other ATS's and this one has been the best one so far.

Recruitee makes my job easier as a recruiter. I am able to source all of my candidates and visually see each candidate's next step. The department manager has access to Recruitee as well so that I do not have to communicate where we are in the process. This saves me time and makes both of our jobs more efficient.
I have only been using Recruitee for about 6 months but as of right now there is no negative.
We are a small start up company so using Recruitee has been a valuable, inexpensive recruiting tool for us. Having the links attached to our website for candidates to apply and automatically collect in Recruitee saves me time and energy sorting through potential new employees.

With a lot of different open positions and team members working on it, it sometimes gets a bit messy and challenging to keep overview.

Recruitee is an amazing tool! It has well-thought UI/UX design. It utilizes automation, scheduling, and encourages collaboration. It even has a CMS for web portal.
The only downsides I have is that it is purely an ATS. It should include onboarding as well. While this isn't necessary, it would smoothen the hiring process even more! Finally, when blocking a candidate, they get blocked from Recruitee and not only the company which makes it hard to block candidates during misbehavior.
Productivity, following up, reduction of human error, and even a well-designed CMS to design the career portal however we deem fit. This really simplifies things.

Regarding the tool, nothing came to my mind. The only thing which surprised me not positively was the change in the pricing policy. Many features I had been used to using in the basic version are not available anymore and you have to pay for them.
1) The overview of all open vacancies and their progress in terms of their fulfillment. 2) All communication and data in terms of the recruitment with related stakeholders in one place. 3) Involvement and engagement of the team from HR, hiring managers/subject matter experts and colleagues, and management.

The job posting goes live in 48 hours. It takes another extra day to be able to push to other job boards. I am sure you are working on it but, If you can reduce that time to a couple of hours, it will be valuable!
1. Customising the code to reflect remote jobs 2. Enhance the coding to enable location search with resumes for any given job listing 3. Improving Boolean search in the search panel in the job posting.
It's all working exceptionally well, but had a nice surprise when I saw I can schedule emails right within the platform. Notes, reviews, kanban like board... it all has made us advance faster in reviewing profiles.

I like the fact that the dashboard is really easy to understand from day 1 of using the platform. It really helps me do my task really quick and have the desired overview of the available candidates for my company.

I liked the UI especially the pipeline to show the candidates under different stages and the movement of them to the next levels is pretty easy.

We were using an old legacy system before we started using recruitee and we found it very handy and easy to use for any person who is in charge of hiring. There is no need for learning required on how to use the system and its features.
The concept of the ATS: it was made by recruiters for recruiters. By using the tool you have actually a friend on your side, an ATS what makes your life easier and your work way more efficient. Recruitee is solving the old problem of interview scheduling with a built in scheduler and a video tool. It helps to automatise your process and since it is very intuitive it helps to engage hiring teams and hiring managers as well.
Candidates cannot change the interview time they have booked, the recruiter has to do it manually.
- saving enormous amount of time with using the interview scheduler link, not only for me, but also for the entire hiring team, making the process very smooth, and making sure that candidates move really fast from one interview stage to the other - the kanban board like pipeline overview is providing all the necessary information about the current status of the recruitment process for everyone - it is 100% transparent - Hiring Managers love it - the scorecards make sure that all the hiring criteria has been tackled, gives a very good structure to interviews, it is easy to fill them, saving a lot a time and making sure a proper interview documentation has been done by all the interviewers
Recruitee is easy to use and allows for straightforward communication, reviewing, and assessing applicants. We use it when looking for any candidate for our job openings. The interface is simple enough for anyone to understand but still gives recruiters the tools they need to manage applicants behind the scenes. As a tool it is flexible and fits perfectly into our organisation. The company operates at a large scale and so hiring candidates happens frequently. Recruitee allows us to hire on the scale we need.
In the capacity that I use it, I can't see any features that I would add. Using it is easy, and the interface allows for a quick overview of all the available candidates, as well as looking into individuals in more detail. The thumbs up/thumbs down feature can sometimes over-simplify the candidate into a "rating" that might not reflect that candidate's performance or suitability for a role, particularly if they have been bounced around different job openings while people assess them. I would probably recommend ignoring the thumbs up/thumbs down percentage and focusing on the candidate's assessments and the opinions of the users. Sometimes it can be challenging to go back and forth between candidates, and some way of comparing them directly and viewing multiple candidates simultaneously would be great.
We have used Recruitee to hire many candidates, and it provides a quick and easy way to assess applicants. When we have a single role available, with Recruitee we can apply multiple hiring stages to filter out candidates and then process them through different stages of interviews. The app allows us to schedule meetings with candidates and integrates with Google calendar easily. We have hired many new employees through Recruitee, making the hiring process easy. Many of us can assess the candidates and communicate easily and securely through the app. Our company has so many new hires that it would be impossible to hire people without a tool like Recruitee and it does it as well as I could hope from any tool. The app is great for assessing many candidates very quickly, without feeling like you're simply looking at a spreadsheet of potential hires. I would recommend this to anyone easily. The application is a good souce of andidates.
Recruitee is so straightforward & easy to use. It doesn't take long to get hiring managers/teams up to speed on using it. It makes my life much easier because I have a clear overview of my candidates at each stage in the process.
The reporting could be better for sure, I know that is being worked on. I also don't love the careers page. I know there are ways to play around with it to make it look better, but I don't find this to be the most straightforward function to use.
I don't need to send CVs to hiring managers individually. I can set up phone screens through Recruitee which means I don't have a back and forth with candidates through email.
