Zip narrows my search and puts my resume and cover letter in the forefront which keeps me from having to submit it every time

ZipRecruiter seems to be used more often by employers offering a plethora of job opportunities. It is helpful to be able to apply to more than one position at a time.
Although it is great to quickly be able to apply to multiple jobs, however, I think it is important to tailor your resume for the specific jobs you are applying for, so some job seekers may use the same resume for every job they apply for.
I am able to search for certain roles at specific companies and it is helpful to be able to filter results to save time and search with intent.

Ziprecruiter has a great market of jobs. Very easy to apply, sometimes only 1 click is needed to apply to a job!
No major downsides, maybe search tool can be more specific.

Great job listings as well as the match to my skills, very easy for use and implemetation. The customer support is always at hand for frequency of use is awesome. The number of feaatures and the ease of integration make it unique.

ZipRecruiter has many tools to assist with your job search and land you perfect new job.
The only drawback is entering in certain criteria to tighten your job search.

My search through their eyes took me places that I would have never looked or even consider. They compiled all my skills and previous jobs and matched me up with jobs I was qualified for.
Sometimes it took me a while to get through some of the jobs offers from other job links.
Made me realize how many more jobs I'm qualified for.

It's hard to find employment. ZipRecruiter is precise. Sends job that fit you profile.
The one click apply, it is so easy and convient because I don't have to attach my resume or anything. Also my AI Phil is super helpful in finding jobs for me to apply.
What I don't like is the email based communication, there are too many and fills my inbox.
The problem Ziprecuiter is solving is hw likely I woudl lie the job based on my qualification. The rate has different levels and match me with the jobs that fit it.
