I really enjoy the process and layout of the website, it shows multiple different features that allow me to utilize it to the very best ways. I use it all the time.
I currently have no complaints with ZipRecruiter. It's been amazing so far!
ZipRecruiter is top knotch when it comes to showing job postings, it posts a wide array of jobs that makes it easy to find my next job.
Has a huge collection of job openings and stays up to date. Also the Email alerts come all of the time.
Some jobs don't match my experience or salary requirements.
Helping me with my job search after a layoff.
How easy the application utilizes your resume to fill in your profile details.
Not as many people use it as I would like
Hopefully the problem of finding a good job
The easy 1 step apply. Where you can just click once and it applies for you.
Alot of descriptions about the related jobs seem the same and not individualized.
Solving looking for jobs instead they send the notice to you.
They really matched me with some great employers. The jobs are within my requested distance and the rate of pay was also compensated to meet my request. Great job assisting my request.
Some jobs farther away than requested but really not a big deal.
The ability to get out and apply for employment.
It's simple and effective website. There are a lot of potential opportunities which can be nicely split according to the region.
The choice for remote should be added as an option
My skill set is kind of niche. Possibly ZipRecruiter is the only site that is able to identify what's best for me.
There are lots of jobs to choose from, and that is really helpful.
I like most everything about it but sometimes the suggested jobs are not very good options.
I am finding a lot of positions that I would be interested in.
The one-click apply and ability to track application views. I also really appreciate the match feature that shows how much a job matches my profile. I've applied to a few great match jobs and those seem to be the one most interested in me. It helps waste less time.
The filtering system for recommended jobs needs work. I'd like to be able to filter by experience level. Also I specificied that I only want remote work yet I keep getting recommended jobs that aren't remote and 100s of miles away from where I live despite specifying no relocation. Also, while the profile match system is great, I wish the recommendation feed would show more higher match jobs
I am not a business, I am a person looking for work using ziprecruiter. Ziprecruiter is hopefully solving the problem of me not having any employment currently
Very easy to use, looks cool, fast simpl
spam too many jobs somties need a firewall
It is helping me to find a job, help me make money to help me support my family and helps me be productive
ZR gives a great opportunity to connect with the best candidates available in the market. It is one spot for all requirement needs. One can easily access the target audience using very basic search string, all thanks to the fabulous search engine of ZR which takes out the best results. ZR's profiles' relevance is up to the mark. Almost 8 out of 10 profiles are relevant. One gets a good number of connections using this portal.
Although ZR has great filters to make the hunt easier, it lacks the filter of experience. After putting a search string, it shows a great number of relevant candidates but sometimes it also includes some super experienced candidates and sometimes junior profiles. Adding this filter could help a lot of recruiters to save time. Also, the resume view part is quite annoying. One has to open a different tab every time you want a full view of a resume.
Considering the urgent requirements that we work on, ZR is a go-to tool. Using the freshness of profile option, one can target the available audience and connect with them easily. ZR gets the best number of call connects and the relevant profiles on it is a big-time saver. It also has my reviewed resume option which which is very helpful in keeping track of the profiles that could be used later.

Hiring is too easy and getting the right candidate with good skill is not a struggle so far.
most of the time if required big quantity hiring, it isn't possible since preferences are kept with the limitation of individuals .
currently, the problems are the least since the initial stages of hiring have already helped a lot. Thanks
Like the segmentation of positions and the amount of information available in most cases...
Unfortunately receive too many "hey we think this job fits you" that don't. The ability to fine tune doesn't seem to be there even when you reject suggestions.
Allows me to sort opportunities much faster...the time savings is wonderful.
You create a profile like many other job boards and will receive emails or updates that suit a task. You are provided the opportunity to apply one-click to ZipRecruiter, though. It is a great feature that makes life easier and can be used for numerous jobs in a short period of time. The way your account is set up is straightforward and it lets you get there. This also provides you insights on how you can stand out.
What I don't appreciate is that you're going to get many jobs without anything to do. Or that you are told that a position is very desirable and you may not meet the conditions. It sometimes occurs in a couple of days, and it is impossible to determine what is and is not a suitable match However, I have no other ZipRecruiter grievances.
Several of the issues with ZipRecruiter was job search. I realize it might sound easy, but if you don't look in the right places, it's hard to find work. It was easy enough to find ZipRecruiter, rather than just a list of jobs. I didn't know what to look once I began job hunt, so ZipRecruiter fixed this for me.
It is a very easy way to look at a lot of jobs that I put in my description. Does not show jobs out of my field.
There has not been anything that I found that sticks out at the moment. Nothing realley
I have applied for many jobs and awaiting responces.
I like the amount of opportunities on the website. I also like how the site pairs you with jobs you're a good match for.
I dislike the amount of spam on the site and companies that aren't established. How could you all screen jobs for legitimacy?
I've been able to see what jobs are looking for and it allows me to further develop my skills. This is also a great way to find like-minded employees that are passionate and dedicated to a common goal.
Lots of applicants when posting a job and the search engine is easy to use for low level recruiters
Not being able to use Boolean search strings and seeing the same resumes over and over on job postings
I have filled multiple low and high level positions using ZipRecruiter for clients in multiple industries.
