ZipEecruiter has a good variety of job listings in lots of areas. Much more than other job aites. The one tap apply makes applying for jobs so much easier than other sites.

It seem to me that the same job is listed more than one time. Which makes it a little confusing when applying for lots of jobs. I never know it it is the same job I just applied for or a different job with the same company.

They are helping me solve wanting another job. They have a wide variety of job listing in many different areas which gives me a choice of where I want to work.

Zip Recruiter is user-friendly, and their suggestions are relevant to whatever career you are seeking.

I haven't had any dislikes for Zip Recruiter. The site has worked for me for years. I can only suggest sending jobs applied to to our personal e-mail.

I'm looking to start new career in Houston. Zip Recruiter is helping me find what specific area I'm wanting to be in.

I like the fact that it recommends posts related to your profile, which increases your chances of getting the opportunity.

The downside for me is that it's not available for all countries, otherwise I find it very useful.

It converted my CV to my profile, that feature is mind blowing for me because it saves so much time of filling in your details.

I love the notifications I receive making me aware that my profile and/or application has been viewed and how many times. Its fun!

Sometimes it is difficult to find the information you need to reach out to possible future employers.

The jobs are real,so many sites are not up to date or do not have real jobs ZipRecruiter has jobs

Zip Recruiter is specific to my search needs. They show you only jobs within your search requests. They show you how well your qualifications match up with the job you are applying for, which is tremendously helpful!!

There is no downside!! As stated above, the site recognizes if you are a fair, good or great match for the job you are applying for.

If you use it to either hire or search for a job, it lets you know how good the matched qualifications are. It makes you more productive by saving time

Easy to use and easy to understand , this tools really helps me to create a better resume and be aware about the requirements of a good one . Now I am more confident

At the starting , I was asked too much information to fulfill and it can looks tiring for the new user , kindly try to improve the design of the website which is too simple for me

Zip Recruiter guides the seeker through the complete process and offers links to educational services that are beneficial. I have not viewed another site that compares to Zip Recruiter.

I have not noticed a downside with Zip Recruiter.

I am gaining assistance with resume construction and what employers desire in a candidate, which gives me more leverage. The Zip Recruiter site allow me to be more efficient because everything is at my fingertips.

User friendly. Direct targeting based on qualifications and/or search efforts. Customer service is stellar.

At this point, I have not encountered any downsides. I have utilized this service from both the perspective of a job seeker and an employer.

Job Seeker: identifying jobs matching my skill sets Employer: Provide data on talent to include assessments that aid in discerning qualified talent.

What's helpful to me is being able to apply and get messages from employers, The side is the quick apply button. Its fast and easy.

The downside is some employers don't respond to your application, and you only find out the job has been filled when you go back and look at the job .

I was looking for a specific career, pay and benefits and the job I have now I found on ZipRecruiter.

Zip Recruiter is a one-stop shop for all recruitment activities. It helps one create a profile quickly. It has a kick-ass AI job assistant called Phil. And the one-click apply makes it super easy to apply to needed job advertisements.

Nothing. After using LinkedIn, this seems like a very easy and intuitive product.

ZipRecruiter is by far the most effective job posting tool available in the market. It gives you result matching to your needs withing no span of time and that too with a quality. One must try this if he is into recruitment and staffing domain.

ZipRecruiter fee structures hits hard on pockets. Small or even medium like mine find it hard to afford. Wish they could really work out on their "Tricky" fee structure.

ZipRecruiter has been a great time saver for me. It gives you instant results and makes your work easier. Overall a nice experience for the short span i used ZipRecruiter.

I get a lot of emails. My inbox has a bunch of spam from ziprecruiter.com

The jobs that they are sending me are getting better, and better. So it's improving that way

The thing I like the best is the one-click apply option. It makes it easy and fast to move through the application process. Answering a few questions on the back end is simple and functional.

I hope that the algorithm for jobs that match my profile gets better. I'm not too particularly fond of the way it only gives results on traits of an applied job

The ability to swiftly and efficiently make changes on the fly that would better interest a future employer is the change I've seen in the last few months that has been a great benefit
