The auto matches helps me filter through and eliminate unnecessary postings. Saves me a ton of time and energy!

Sometimes the matches aren’t quite right but that is due to my job title... ex I’m a mental health therapist and am getting physical therapist positions....

Lots of job opportunities sent to you. Some are kind of random but the jobs become more Relevant over time.

A million emails. You need to take the good with the bad and I am ok getting more opportunities even though my inbox has a million emails.

I really like the one click apply feature. I can apply to dozens of jobs in a few minutes. Very nice and easy to apply.

I do not really have any dislikes. I would like some more color and maybe some good music.

I am able to apply to lots of jobs. I have realized the benefit of always trying to better oneself.

Lists more jobs that aren't listed on other job sites.

Might need to update those postings that have closed.

One click is one feature I like best plus getting notifications on potential positions I am looking for without needing to filter through all the job boards.

The down side to using zip recruiter is having to go back into my email and making sure i have been submitted for the position.

Zip recruiter ha been ideal to keep me up to date daily without having to shop job boards and up loading a resume to each job because it’s on file while I am on the go!

How easy and simple it is to find new posting. Zip literally emails you and makes it so easy with the 1-click apply feature.

Some jobs are spam. But that’s anywhere.

Not too many problems other than the spam. But multiple jobs I literally got my last job cause of Zip!

It lets you know as soon as there is a position available that fits your experience.

That sometimes when you apply it doesn’t go to a direct employer, it goes through a hiring agency.

Getting my name out there and average information about the employers.

I like that I get qualified candidates. I can manage them on my phone as well as the computer. I can communicate with them through the app, set appointments, etc.

The cost could be lower for a company wanting to use this on an ongoing bases.

Many new jobs listed daily. The ability of this app to filter and give you job alerts that are specific to your experience.

Not all the employees contact you back. But that really isn't ziprecruiters fault.

It was very easy to use and straightforward.

I didn't use zip recruiter very much so did not see it in detail.

I used zip recruiter to apply for a job.

That they show the salary range of each job opportunity

Nothing, everything about it is great. The emails are frequent and informative

Ziprecruiter has been a major player in my employment search. They only send me listings that are a fit for me and the application process is super easy!

Ziprecruiter has no features that I dislike. It is an amazing website and I will continue to use it.
