Once you have your resume uploaded ZipRecruiter helps with most of the hard work by filling out the application form
With most online job sites it's the competition of other job seekers. The in person interview is always best in my opinion. Other than that I don't have anything negative to mention about ZipRecruiter
Well most importantly solving the issue of finding a job would be the problem ZipRecruiter has helped with the most. And finding and getting a job is how ZipRecruiter has benefited me more than any other sites that I have used in the past
Constant job applications available based on previous applications or job searches.
Too many emails.I enjoy constant communication, I guess I should probably edit my preferences to say no I don't need an email every time my application is viewed.
It shows my profile to people that want to hire me, which is who I want to see it.
Zip is highly intuitive; ACCURATELY matching my skills & search history to potential employers alleviating the stress of scrutinizing job recommendations to see if they meet my criteria
There is nothing I dislike about ZipRecruiter; I prefer it to ALL other sites
Zip matches me with "good fit" employers & clearly shows relevant info & if the job is remote.
Easy to use. Brief, concise, and to the point. When I filled out my profile, I began to get skilled jobs to apply to.
No downsides, in my opinion. I uploaded my resume and my work experience got populated incorrectly.
Compared to previous versions, ZipRecruiter is really on point regarding job searching tailored to the applicant's profile.
The best part is knowing that of my previous 4 jobs were found using Zip Recruiter. As a user for some years now, I've NEVER had to deal with any customer service reps, app/website hasn't force closed or not responded. There are too many words to describe the benefit of this company. Indeed claims to be the best, but we'll see where they are 2 years from now. To sum it up, the best is my own gratitude for finding a career(s) at any time in adulthood. It's comforting knowing that with my skills and experience, ZipRecruiter could easily find a perfect fit for me. Every time. Thank you for helping me find a career and support my family!
The least helpful I would say is that it seems as though some job postings are a bit vague, but that is all I've experienced. It's hard to say what you dislike when you have no reason to complain about it! Overall, I'm very happy with this company.
I currently do not have and have never had any problems with ZipRecruiter or needed any kind of technician / representative to assist me. That has to be one of the top reasons why so many people love this app!

ZipRecruiter has done a fantastic job making Job searching a lot easier for me since I do not like calling businesses, through zip i didn't have to make phone calls; everything was done over messages and emails :D

I love ZipRecruiter because their sight is easy to navigate and always has the best up-to-date and current jobs being posted for job seekers just like me. I refer everyone to this sight first then Indeed second but ZipRecruiter is always my first choice.
Nothing, I find everything helpful. Communication between the job seeker and the employer is most important to me and ZipRecruiter has all of that. They are excellent with keeping you updated as well like if your profile or application had been viewed by the employers you have chosen.
They are not resolving anything as far as I know I love ZipRecruiter if they are then they will master that obstacle as well best innovative tech on the market not to mention the AR they have Jarvis
I think finding jobs based on your match is helpful. The information and legitimacy of the jobs are what makes me come back. I'm actually at a job now that I found on Ziprecruiter.
I think assessments would be a good addition. I don't think it's not unrealized.
