Workable allows you to be in sync with all of the candidates from different position very easily. It's user friendly platform helps you navigate through all of the stages of the process with a quick glance. And you can connect other tools that you might be using. We did it for our assessment tools, and the process went very well.
We can't send bulk emails of the assessment tools to candidate just yet. Hence a lot of clicks are required to contact every candidate with the link for the assessment tool.
We're saving a lot time!!!
I love the ease and the flow of the hiring process.
It's very simple. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not the prettiest thing to look at.
Like i said, very good flow. great communication system and I love the automated responses.
We were wanted to start hiring and going in person or go though a sea of CVs was out of the question. Workable seem to fit our cause. From writing the job post to posting it and getting the first responses is a few hours time. Everything was in front of us and we could collaborate and choose applicants with no issues.
Sometimes the UI is a bit confusing as we were trying to understand the pipeline. After the first times though this was better.
I used it for recruiting and not having to do anything by excel sheets. The time to start having CVs and looking at candidates was really small.
The timeline and emailing feature really keep us organized
Timeliness of background checks can be a bit long.
Workable saves us time! It also gives us a much more in depth look at candidates.
The layout is so simple. No directions or instructions are needed. You can just jump right on in.
I dislike the delay from when I send a job posting to be published from when it's actually being published.

Workable is a great recruiting tool. It keeps your pipeline organized and it is very user friendly
I get most of the traffic from Indeed job boards, it would be awesome if I could get candidates from other job boards as well
I have noticed an increase on the skills level of my candidates after working with Workable
I like being able to manage multiple jobs and seeing them on one dashboard. I also like how easy it is to move candidates through the stages of the hiring pipeline, efficiently, and also customizing pipelines according to specific hiring needs. Email templates are also also a great tool, and I'm able to organize them according to departments.
There are a few technical kinks, but I assume it's from new technology that's added. Some examples of this are connecting Outlook being able to schedule interviews on behalf of certain interviewers. There have been a few minor issues with regards to connecting Outlook calendars canceling, and rescheduling appointments.
We're able to streamline the hiring process through Workable. Additionally, were able to track how long it takes on average to hire a candidate, which are keep performance indicators that we use at our company. We're also able to share responsibilities of the hiring pipeline as well as hiring managers are able to view and or contribute, depending on their roles and their needs.
They stay on top by consulting and listening to their clients.

It was really easy to use. I liked the fact it gave space for me to include why I believe my friend is the perfect addition to my workplace. I also love the fact I can follow the process.
Theres not a lot I dislike, possibly adding more filters than just location so you can pinpoint exactly what you're looking for. For example; specific areas in a company or salary.
It gives you loads of new opportunities at your workplace. Also, helping my friend gain employment in a place of work that benefits them is an amazing feature!
The way iot is very user friendly and the detailed analytics tool it comes with. Also,the plugins that enable you to link it to your social media also makes it super cool.
At the moment I am yet to discover aspects of it that I dislike .
It is helping me solve the process of acquiring high caliber human capital and also helps in somplifiying the recruitment process.
I love the feature that hides each reviewer's evaluation from the other reviewers until they've written their own evaluations, to avoid influencing them. I don't know if competitors have that. I also love that reviews are editable - I use that all the time.
The format of the evaluation text isn't very readable of the evaluation is long. I have to leave several empty lines between paragraphs to make the different sections easier to tell apart.
I haven't used competitors' products, but Workable makes it easy to track applicants per job opening, easy to review candidate CVs and their answers to preset questions, easy to discuss with other reviewers, and easy to evaluate candidates after interviews.

Referring people for my organisation and getting a reward incase the candidate is selected.
Ability to share roles quickly and easily with Recruiters. Reporting function is great for internal and supplier reviews. Great online support and training. We know it can do so much more.
Jobs auto archiving is a frustrating feature but only a minor gripe.
Workable is our dedicated sourcing platform for direct hires, recruiter supplied candidates and referrals. Being able to track candidates and roles online with a simple and smart hiring process makes the job so much easier.

im not sure if you can clear old jobs from your account, ive tried but maybe im doing something wrong.
it helps to keep all my job applicants in one handy portal. it saves me time and effort keeping candidates sorted in other files.
The best features this ATS has are the integrations with LinkedIn and Outlook, various activities automation, default and customized templates, hiring team members and roles to customize to have different access and involve during different recruitment stages etc
There are glitches when candidates apply from LinkedIn and their profiles are not correctly generated and showed on Workable (wrong picture or sometimes even the people search option is not showing the relevant candidate LinkedIn profile at all) reporting is not perfect and needs further improvement some very useful tutorial videos on Workable were deleted

Workable is a tool that can be easily used and has a lot of AI integrations that allow you, for example, to exchange and received candidate emails through the system, with a notifications page that works a bit like a cellphone (spectacular!).
Reporting and some more complex functions are a bit limited on Workable, being it is still a new ATS that requires updates and a bit more work. Overall if you want to have a tool completely customizable, Workable might not be for you.
Workable solved a few problems I really really liked. It has already integrated into its own system Online Video Interview and Online Assessment Test services, which is outstanding, and this was probably one of the major improvements to the tool. This allows us to have both services for free when you buy the ATS.
- Easy to learn, implement and use - training is provided to new customers, there is a variety of online resources and whenever we've used online chat/email they've been very responsive. Set up including integration with outlook and zoom was a breeze and so was the set up of the customizable careers page. - Allows for complete automation of our hiring process including offer letters which has resulted in a more effective process and positive candidate experience. - Offers a variety of interview, job descriptions, and customizable communication templates. - Allows you to post to multiple free and premium job boards at the touch of a button and to proactively source candidates. - All correspondence, testing, interviews notes become part of candidates profile record. - Allows for easy uploading resumes received outside of the Workable application. - Multiple reports are available to monitor efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process. - You can do everything from your mobile device with the Workable App. - Overall Workable has been a game changer for our organization.
- Interview notes should automatically save to a candidates record. - Improve how candidates can apply to talent community when there are no job openings. Right now those candidates have to email their resume. - Scheduling interviews when multiple people are involved needs improvement (doesn't allow for multiple schedules, or specific blocks of availability). - More AI to help in the identification of candidates that best meet job requirements. - The ability to set standard application screening questions that are used across all job postings without having to add them each time.
Has fully automated our hiring process resulting in a more effective process and a better candidate experience. The benefits far outweigh the things that need to be improved.
Workable is a really helpful platform for the recruietrs. It is one of the good ATS platform available in the market. The complete history for theapplicants are stored and easy to acess when required. We can search the applicant details with their name or email ID and also workable is useful in identifying duplicate profiles.
There are a few bugs in the workable. At times we won't be able to view the feedback from the interviewers. Instead, a question mark sign will pop up on the left side of the candidate's name. In such cases, we have to move the candidate to any other stage to view the feedback. This bug should be fixed.
I've been using this ATS platform for the past six months. It is beneficial and makes the work easy. The best thing about workability is to identify duplicate profiles. We can link workable with several job posting websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. In such a situation, lots of resumes will come to the ATS. Thus workable identifies all the duplicate profiles. Even if we try to upload the duplicate resume, workable suddenly detect and stop uploading. We can see the entire history of the candidates. Workable is an excellent app for recruiters.
I love the collaborative features it allows for when reviewing candidates. I also love how it so easily integrates with Linkedin etc. Compared to other tools we've used, this is far superior. I also love the one-way video feature.
Nothing comes to mind at this point. I haven't played around with the workflows yet. That feature would be really important to teams wishing to scale up their hiring process
Having a single source of truth for candidates was the main problem we needed to solve. With Zip Recruiter, we were still pulling in our top candidates into a Monday board to manage the funnel. Now we can do all of that so easily in Workable.
