To be honest, I found all the features are very useful in Workable, Everything has its way of working and feels like everything is curated well to help a recruiter to run his interview process very smoothly.

Workable is helping to maintain candidates' Databases very efficiently and also helps us to be more productive while data is managed by workable so we can focus more on recruitment without missing any information related to the candidates.

There seems to be a lot of clicking. Sometimes it appears rather busy.

workable is extremely easy to navigate. Very user friendly. I especially like the reporting capabilities that come with the system.

As a new company with an initial high volume of recruiting, Workable was a great plug and play option that required little training and understanding. We were up and running with little to no effort.

User-friendly, it prompts you with what it needs, the templates for job descriptions/adverts are so helpful, and I use them regularly.

Can be slow sometimes - not allowing for the questions to be changed once candidates have started applying. Doesn't work the best with Indeed - we have to go into our Indeed account separately to manage the job

It keeps everything in one place; the whole team can provide excellent service as we know what is happening. It saves time for hiring managers; they can go on and see interview feedback/cv notes and any other details at all times.

This program allows you to keep all of your candidates organized and it makes follow up very easy. They are constantly looking for ways to make the program better and more integrated. This program has made it to where I can get twice as much done each day as I used to.

Sometimes the system runs slow but other than that I have no complaints.

I have been able to free up a ton of my time because of Workable. It has made keeping the candidates organized so easy. It also has allowed me to keep track of my calendar in a more efficient way because it is connected to my google calendar.

Workable makes it really easy to track which candidates have applied as well as source candidates. I love the template features; it's easy to add in codes that will replace each candidates name and move them to a new cadence.

The only complaint I have is that when you disqualify a candidate sometimes they stay in the same queue so you have to be mindful when you're going through so you don't accidentally reach out to a character you've previously disqualified.

It's helping me recruit for my startup! Without Workable I would be way behind my goal. It's affordable as well so it's not increasing my startup overhead by too much.

Workable gives you all the data and information you need from the individual. The tool gives you each events and details he/she underwent and feedback gathered for each. Giving you a glimpse of what experience and capabilities the applicant has.

Nothing as of this time - I can see all information I need to decide and preview the applicants' competencies and if he/she would likely fit for the job.
