What do you like best about Remote.com?

I totally recommend Remote, very user-friendly dashboard and a very responsive team ready to address any matter emerging throughout the work journey.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

There's nothing I dislike about the use of the platform.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

The work-from-anywhere challenge and the long paper work on the employee's side.

Live support always helps me, people in that chat are really easy to talk to and always answers all the questions.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Sometimes, email questions take a while to be answered.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to work with an employment contract, instead of as a contractor, and Remote helped me with that.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

I love that they always have a response for me. If I have any questions regarding anything I'm confident that I'll get a response within an hour and if it wasn't what I was expecting we can always resolve it together. Also, their onboarding process was the fastest I've ever experienced and time tracking, requesting PTO, and using my benefits is very easy with them. I only need to log in once every week to make sure everything is in order.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I don't really dislike anything about Remote, but as a growing company, I see that they are still developing some areas of their dashboard. I'm really excited about all the benefits that their new sections will bring to the users.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote help me with my payroll, since my employer is from a different country.

"It is easy to use and fastest way to get or transfer money"
What do you like best about Remote.com?

The easy way to get money from your contractor. I use it frequently. I can use this anytime, anywhere. The team is always there to help you. Everything in it is easy to implement. The team is supportive and always there to guide and follow up if you have difficulty.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

It is smooth and I haven't found anything to dislike about it.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was getting my payments late from my contractor. I contacted one of the supportive team members and they immediately followed up on my request and the money was transferred. I loved its transparency.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

* Very smooth onboarding process. * Excellecent customer support. I was stuck at on of the onboarding step. Customer support chat unblocked me and the issue got resolved in couple of hours * Intuitive platform. Very easy to use features. I think most of things are clear from the dashboard only. Implemation of the platform is good. * And if they are not, great number of support articles are there.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

* Nothing in particulare. I think with current customer support chat, it takes around hours to resolve. In some of my queries it took days to resolve (for a health insurance query i had). It's not a critical problem, but I thing remote would be able to solve this easily by improving it's support faq

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because of remote, i was able to be hired by a company who doesn't has a physical footprint in my country. I am grateful for the oppurtunity i got because of remote.

Remote has made it possible for me to be employed from Mexico. Incredibly user friendly web portal makes everything very straightforward. Great customer service.

Sometimes there aren't all the comms I need about payroll details.

I am employed through remote so it solves the problem of me not being able to be contracted directly by my employer

It is super easy to check all information about contract, payslips, customer support and onboarding-offboarding processes. Payments are super well done on a timely manner

What do you like best about Remote.com?

It helps US companies to hire offshore employees and avoid the litigious process and requirements of a BPO company. It also give employees hired through remote more than their BPO employee counterparts earn.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

The requires documents and the slow update of the Employee Agreement from the company.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well it allows us to work directly with US companies and remote facilitates the required employment document of the user's country.
