What do you like best about Remote.com?

Remote works flawlessly the possibility to receive an amount directly into our local bank account without involving any service like stripe etc is something nowhere to be found.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

UI for mobile need optimization. I can share screenshots of the UI being broken on mobile. Its was better than it used to be 2 years back in 2020 but still needs lot more polishing to be able to lure customers to use it on mobile. Me personally never open it on mobile.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

The people in Remote really cared about my particular case and were supportive all the time; they looked into my case and found a solution that was not in the original case.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Sometimes the communication took too long and was slow, but the CRM they used helped us to keep track of my progress among different service agents of Remote and other agencies they work with.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help you to work for companies that do not actively have subsidiaries in a particular country and even help you with the visa process and other minor problems that the person might find when moving countries.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

I love the clean user experience. The love the ability of being hired by a US company in Canada easily. The customer support was really fast in helping understand the legal matters.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Not that I dislike but would have loved to get more clarity on some legal matters. I was concerned if I was doing the wrong thing. Also, didn't wanna hire an expensive lawyer for a question.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to easily work for a US company and getting excellent customer support from a dedicated team. They have a great system with payslips and requesting time off which syncs with my company's backend.

The Remote teams are very cooperative, and services and support are very nice. Payment and all legal activities are very easy and well-handled.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I am fully happy with the Remote support and service, don't have anything which I dislike.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had an issue with EPF, and name correction, it was handled very nicely. A couple of more issue which was resolved quickly and clearly like, Mediclaim and tax declaration, etc.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Fairly easy to get started. Some problems setting up payment methods but they were resolved quickly. Now it just works. It is very easy to manage as the employer, and employees seem to get everything they need in most cases directly from the Remote interface.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

There were a few steps that required contact with Remote support. Would have been nice if they were in the application and didn't take so much back and forth. But those were one-time steps.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Customer service is fantastic. Any additional legal or regulatory questions are always answered quickly. The process for onboarding employees is quick, and I have also found that Remote of the best-priced options for employers of record on the market.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

It would be great if Remote could supply us with the employees 'estimated costs' living in the country in question so that we can have a broad overview of how much they should be paid.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are finally able to hire wherever we would like, with ease. We have also started using the platform to pay contractors, which so far has been a quick and easy process.

I find this service extremely helpful when scaling teams internationally, onboarding process is very transparent for both, employees and employers. The Remote.com team is very helpful and responsive, I rarely give a rate of 10 to any app but here it is well deserved

It's a bit expensive, but still deliver great value and it is worth it's money

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Remote.com allows companies to hire people from many countries without worrying about the specifics of each place. Their hiring process is easy to follow, and the product/support people are kind. They helped me a lot while onboarding my new company.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

When I was onboarding the company, I never received a call from remote.com to help me get onboard. However, I should say that I received a lot of emails and stuff to read that was equally helpful. That being said, a call would have been nice.

As an employee is really beneficial, it allows us to work for foreign companies as an actual employees instead of having to do annoying stuff like being a contractor.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Getting all the information needed to work remotely has been extremely easy. Several times I needed some help understanding Italian bureaucracy, and they helped me extremely fast.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Sometimes it can become difficult to get direct and specific information for your country, but the guys from customer support are highly supportive, and the waiting time is short.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me working remotely in Italy for a company from the Netherlands, managing all the bureaucratic aspects of the job, such as payslip, sick leaves, holidays and so on.

Support, notifications, manage of true government information, platform available 24 hours. Platform is the best thing, easy to understand with all my personal information.

The period of time that I have to wait to receive a solution, I think the main problem is the difference of zone time, try to have a person to answer emails in the night.

Remote is a very professional company. The staff reply promptly and get things done swiftly.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Support has always been very helpful and I haven't had any problems during my 9 months of use. I'd say it was all pretty easy and user-friendly to use.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I think the only thing that could be considered a cons would be the fees, but it's not something that affects me directly so apart from that, no other problems

The possibility of working for a foreign company in the Brazilian work regime and with the security that it contains is very reassuring. Considering that this was my first international experience, I think Remote was a great ally
