"Best on the market"
What do you like best about Remote.com?

It is quick & easy to set up an account and their customer support is very responsive. When dealing with contract extensions, the entire process is completed within a few days, to include registering the new contract terms with the local government. They process pay without errors and consistently transmit payroll on time. This may sound like a basic level of service, but I have tried multiple solutions for remote employment which have failed to deliver in these areas. Remote.com is the best solution that I have used, and I recommend them to all companies searching for a local employer solution.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I have not had any negative experiences with Remote. The CFO pushed back a bit on the monthly fee, but when provided a comparison to other services on the market, he quickly realized it was a fair price.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote allows us to onboard talent without worrying about local registration and potential tax liability issues. Payroll in other currencies is processed promptly and without issue, with the company paying Remote in our currency. Without this service, we would not consider expanding our hiring search to multiple countries , for fear that we would have to allocate a portion of our global income to the locality where we are employing talent. This allows us to hire the best people for the job, at acceptable salaries, without regard to their physical residence.

Nothing particular to note here. I would say that as long as we have our great CSM we are very well covered

"It just works"
What do you like best about Remote.com?

- They help you through the whole process of migration - The platform is stable and clear - They are easy to reach and eventually solve your requests

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

My only bad experience was that the support person in charge of my case was changed with no warning, and I had some trouble getting reassigned. Lately the support has been very slow, compared to where it was at the beginning of the year (same day vs 1week+ for resolution)

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company doesn't have direct presence in the country I am working on. Remote is filling the gap for them, allowing us to work without any issue.

I like the easy to use website and the quick responses from the team.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Not much really, I had one issue with some social secuirty form in Spain, but the admitted their mistake and fixed it quite quickly.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Everything is systematic. Remote has systems in place to ensure that employees have access to their admin, fiscal and hr needs. Customer support is prompt and is very helpful. They always revert with answer if they cannot, for some reason, provide immediately. All in All, it has been a great experience with Remote

None so far. My onboarding was very smooth and so far the exprience is great

"The best HR software I have ever seen"
What do you like best about Remote.com?

Customer support is very responsive. The interface is fantastic. I can see my payslips quickly, upload requests for time off, submit my expenses, and more. I have used other HR software before, and the difference is like night and day.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I want to see the numbers in my payslips without opening the PDF and zooming around. I want more transparency when my time off requests with my "arrêt de travail" are uploaded and sent to social security.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote is the global HR solution. You can employ anyone from any country legally, and Remote will take care of everything HR-related. I'm very thankful Remote exists; otherwise, I wouldn't be able to be an employee at the great company I'm at.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

The workflow is the best at remote. Onboarding a new employee is fast, efficient and the dashboard is quite user friendly. I have had the chance to talk to remote customer support and they are always quick, prompt in answering queries. They even escalate quicker to resolve the problems.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Nothing as of now. It has been a smooth ride as of now

Onboarding in different geography. It is making payroll easier along with the benefits it offers specific to the country.
