"Perfect for remote working people"
What do you like best about Remote.com?

I don't have to worry about paperwork at all, even for onboarding there's very little paperwork or documentation needed. It also handles salary and taxes perfectly and customer support always reponds within a few hours.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Not much, maybe just the downsides of working remotely I guess.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping employ people acorss geographies without worryng about local rules and regulations.

"EoR that feels like an enhancement of our HR Team"
What do you like best about Remote.com?

They are truly partners and working together with Customer Support feels like we belong to the same team and company. They are available any time and don't keep you hanging. I trust the legal experts of each country whenever we have an issue. The tool is in general very easy to use.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I still would like more transparency in the payroll/invoice tab. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what's included or not. It would be great to have an overview of all costs of hiring someone in each country (e.g. internet allowance, meal vouchers, or any other benefits that are mandatory). Some employee turn out being more expensive than initially planned.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some talent is scarce in the country were we are allowed to hire (Germany), so it's great being able to have a bigger pool. Legal expertise in each country.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

The things I liked best was the awesome support we received during onboarding. The dashboard is also very intuitive and easy to use, and everything that we need can be accessed directly from the dashboard.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I don't have anything I dislike about Remote at this time. Everything has been pretty seamless and straightforward.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote is my EOR and it's been a seamless transition so far, and everything was done correctly to get me registered as an employee for the company.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

I used Remote.com for one year, every time I had a doubt, the Customer Support team helped me in a few minutes. I used the platform a lot to check my payslips and my current emplyment status.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I liked everything in Remote. Nothing to complain. Just an advice that I already gave to the CS team, would be useful to have a button to bulk export all the documents.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was working for a German company from Italy. Remote solved the tax/legal/finance issues.
