I've been using remote for a year now and I absolutely loved it from the smooth onboarding process to the payslip system and the time off request I would totally recommend it! The team have also been of a great help and answered astonishingly fast to all of my questions/administrative requests.

I believe it's the limited possibility of using banks in my country, I had to make an account with Wize, but that in any case ended up being something that helped me in the long run, since its rate is lower than that of many banks and the transfer is immediate when the amount I receive drops into my account

Remote Dashboard covers everything a remote worker needs from beginning to end. Onboarding, contract signing, uploading your country documents, making any edits and communicating with your new company is very smooth. Afterwards, you can access your work information from anywhere and you can download your documents on the go. Really easy to use for employees!
I think Remote still needs to work in a couple of details for specific countries, each has very local laws and nuisances. But all in all, I'm super satisfied.

They are clear when communicating and helpful when you have any questions or doubts. Furthermore, they are always on time regarding the payments and necessary documentation to work wherever you are.
It is hard to find information on the platform or the internet about contact details based on the location you are working from. So in that case you have to open a chat with a real attendant or request those details from email support.
Remote is solving the problem to be hired from a different country and overcoming all the barriers involved in hiring someone abroad. And they are solving this problem smoothly.

Onboarding on Remote.com was quick and easy and in the rare occasions I've had to deal with paperwork, the support team has been responsive and helpful. It was a particular delight that the accounting team at Remote reached out at the end of year to help me with claiming tax deductions for parents which I wasn't previously aware I was entitled to get!
This isn't strictly about Remote, but about the health insurance provider chosen by them - Allianz. I've had to claim insurance once and the payout took a long while to process (by Allianz) and ultimatelly was less than I expected with no clear information about the process they used to determine it.
I am employed by Remote overseas in order to ensure my company deals with less overhead when it comes to remote workers. The primary benefit is not having to deal with local admin and accounting as much.

What I like about Remote is how they assist users with concerns. I've reached out to them a couple of times regarding some documents I need, and I can tell, they're Customer Support Team is pretty responsive! Also, the user interface is very easy to use! Some documents are made available in a few seconds after submitting the request!

Payroll and Tax problems, definitely! I no longer have to compute and file Income Tax myself. Remote does the job, which makes it easier for us. They process all deductions and takes care of remitting them to the respective agencies.

It would be great if Remote would allow off-cycle pay runs. If someone needs reimbursement for an expense or needs, they have to wait until their next monthly payroll. We can't run any off-cycles, and that is a bummer.
They solve the problem of not having an active entity in multiple countries worldwide. We don't have to have those entities, but we can still tap into world-class talent worldwide. It's so beneficial to the success of our mission to have a diverse team and employees around the globe.
