Their support is good and fast. They pay on time and all employees queries are answered on time. Their onboarding was quiet fast.

It acts as a local employer and makes sure all the local labour laws are in place on my contract. It makes sure that I pay my taxes and easens that budden for me. It makes sure I am paid on time as well.
I like the fact that they have 24/7 customer support available for your questions and concerns — and the fact that they don't use pre-packaged responses that are tone-deaf. Also, they use common language and clear communication in relation to your salary, benefits, any issues, etc. I like that it has all my documents and payslips in one place.
I wish it had a feature to remind my manager of pending requests — perhaps a 'ping'. It would have been ideal to have a section dedicated to my tax situation and when I'll get the annual breakdown.
I'm the employee currently working for a company not based in my country of residence. So far so good, I want to see how things go when I submit my tax papers.
- Great support team and swift response time: you have a fully dedicated team to support both yours and your employees requests, that would be analysed and replied to in less than 72 hours. - Intuitive application with all the information and option you need to manage your team (expense requests, timeoff requests, personal information, etc.) - Continuous improvements in the provided services, such as the new Remote App that is a major plus to request expenses and time off.
- The expenses reimbursement process could be a bit more agile. It usually takes a whole payroll cycle to get that reimbursed back, which can lead to delays sometimes if you miss the cutoff dates. Also, those expenses are not super clear in terms of taxable vs non-taxable ones.
Managing my team's EOR employees is so much easier using Remote. I can easily see their expenses and time off requests, as well as see their personal contract information. Approvals and reviews of thoses items are super intuitive and fats to achieve, so I can definitively say that it saves both mine and my team's time while sorting those things out.
I appreciate Remote mainly because they handle my working Visa in The Netherlands. I am Brazilian, and I found an excellent job in Germany. Remote gave me the possibility to stay in the Netherlands. They help me with all the Visa process. Communication is efficient, and the website platform is easy to work with.

Starting a partnership with Remote.com was relatively smooth, with the only challenge being the scheduling of a health check before finalizing the employment agreement. It's important to note that this challenge was primarily due to a third-party involvement and not a direct issue with Remote.com itself.
