They are excellent. I've been employed as EOR by Remote for a year and a half, and just offboarding now. Onboarding was extremely quick and easy, any issue with payslips was solved super quickly, and their customer support is super friendly and helpful. No problem that was not solved in a couple of days. Their App is great to keep track of payments, and I use it every month.
At no point during my journey working with Remote as EOR I've seen any problem. Nothing to dislike!
They allow companies to hire employees from other countries as full-time employees with all the benefits this implies. I've benefitted as a "foreign" employee to be treated as a full-time employee in a company that's outside my country.
Most HR platforms look and feel from 20 years ago, but not Remote, it looks and feel as natural as using any modern app on your phone, easy to find and provide information.
From my experience until now, I don't have complaints.

While I am pleased with Remote's services and client support, I found a point of dissatisfaction, when my nationality was mistakenly identified as Angolan.
Remote solves several problems about contractor payments and management, such as: Accuracy of payroll calculations. Timeliness in payroll processing. Compliance with local regulations in various countries. Ease of use for payroll administration. Overall satisfaction with the payroll processing.

Being able to work from the place I call home! My company is situated in The Netherlands, but my home is in Spain. Being able to work from the location where you feel best and at home is just unbelievable. To me this is the future, I want to build a future in Spain and Remote makes this possible.
