"An unrivaled application in work management."
What do you like best about monday.com?

This application is truly unrivaled when it comes to work management. It effortlessly combines powerful features with intuitive design, making it not only a robust tool but also a joy to use. The layout is simple, the options are easily accessible, and the user interface is pleasing to the eye. One thing that stands out is the ease of use. The learning curve is minimal, and even if you've never used a work management tool before, you'll find your way around in no time. The functionality is straightforward and logical, which significantly enhances the user experience. But what truly sets this application apart is its integration capabilities. Whether you're using it in conjunction with other productivity tools or customizing it to fit your unique workflow, the process is surprisingly straightforward. This is not something you see often in other apps, and it certainly adds significant value. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this application. The combination of work management, easy usability, and simple integration makes it an exceptional tool that can undoubtedly boost productivity. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into designing it, and the result is a product that truly stands out in the market.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

While I appreciate the features of the application, such as its work management, usability, and ease of integration, there is one criticism I have: the pricing. Specifically, when I want to use the graph module, I have to purchase a higher plan. However, the cost of this plan is quite high relative to the economic conditions of my country. This is a significant factor that prevents the application from being an ideal choice for me. The graph module in the application allows for the visual representation of tasks and projects. This feature aids in a better understanding of workflows and processes. However, to use this feature, I am required to pay a high fee. In my opinion, this negatively impacts my ability to use the application more effectively. Despite seeing the overall benefits the application could provide, the pricing serves as a major barrier for lower-income users like me. When my access to the features of the application is limited, it disadvantages both me and my work. Not being able to have a complete experience due to high costs is quite disheartening. I hope that the developers of the application consider providing more flexible and accessible pricing options, especially for users residing in developing countries.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Our line of work requires careful monitoring and tracking, which can be quite challenging to do while out of the office. However, with this application, this process has started to become incredibly simple. The task of entering upcoming jobs and their respective due dates and keeping track of them has become so straightforward. The nature of our work often has us on the move, conducting business out of office, sometimes in different cities or even different countries. Traditionally, managing and tracking work progress in such conditions can be quite a task. The usual challenges range from the lack of access to essential files and information to the difficulties of communicating with the team. These obstacles can seriously affect productivity and work progress. But since we've started using this application, it has been a game-changer. It has significantly simplified our work management and made it easier for us to stay organized, no matter where we are. With the ability to input tasks and their due dates, it gives us a clear view of our schedules and deadlines. This visibility, combined with the ability to check off completed tasks, has made it incredibly easy to track progress, keeping everyone on the same page. Moreover, the convenience of being able to access this tool from anywhere has proven to be a major advantage. Whether we're in a different office, working from home, or on the move, we can check in, update our progress, and stay connected with our team. This continuous accessibility ensures that work never stalls, regardless of our location. In essence, this application has made managing and tracking our work incredibly easy and efficient. By turning a typically challenging process into a simple and smooth operation, it's helped us maintain productivity and stay organized, no matter the circumstances. As someone constantly juggling different tasks and projects, I can't emphasize enough how valuable this tool has become for us."

"Misleading product & pricing strategy. Woeful product."
What do you like best about monday.com?

It has the potential to be very powerful. You can customise it to work for any company and my dealings with their support have been very positive. I can't think of anything else I like about monday.com

What do you dislike about monday.com?

Their pricing & marketing is misleading. It's advertised as a project management tool but you only get their basic 'work OS' included and have to pay extra for their Projects app, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the site. On their site, they advertise it as a complete project management tool but when I queried this with their support team, they said you get a basic project management template for Work OS but that's not how they advertise the platform. When you look at their pricing, it sounds like you get everything for one decent price but then you have to pay extra for CRM & Projects (there are more). For just these 2 products (+ the work OS, which is like a to-do list) it cost £90 a month for just 3 seats. This isn't mentioned ANYWHERE on their pricing table. We would gladly pay that amount if it meant having everything on one platform and having all tools talking to each other but you have to manually implement a load of automations in order to get this to work. This sounds fine on the surface but what happens if one of the automations breaks down? You might have 10-30 live projects. There's a really good review on Reddit by an agency owner who almost lost his entire business thanks to all the automations failing and a whole host of issues https://www.reddit.com/r/productivity/comments/t2n12k/mondaycom_review_its_almost_ruined_my_business/ We've gone back to Asana because it's simple, yet powerful. Monday.com just feels like such a lot of hard work and needless complexity just to get it to work.

"Monday.com is a game changer for our business"
What do you like best about monday.com?

The ease of organizing all different types of information and the ability to collaborate with different people on the same boards. We went from having so many different spreadsheets that we were manually updating to having one cohesive and user-friendly system. We've never been more organized.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

One thing I dislike is it does carry an expense - while it is well worth the price, as you add more people to your team, the pricing can be considered high for smaller teams where the company may not cover the cost.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using monday.com as our CRM platform. We're able to make comments and keep information organized and up-to-date with everyone's input rather than communicating at meetings, via email, or in person. Monday.com keeps us moving quickly and keeps us organized.

"Monday.com made it easy for us to manage customers through each project"
What do you like best about monday.com?

One of the most important elements when choosing Monday.com is the customization of the website. Each gaming table can be adapted to the particularities required. Other tools used by our organization are impervious to change and are difficult to use. Monday.com is simple to set up for those with a full license or free access. Everyone has the capacity to see the position of duties and components, and also collaborate on a single program. It can be as easy or difficult as it needs to be. It is very straightforward and, if needed, a spreadsheet import can be done and it transforms into a Cloud solution instantly. If you want a very simple entry with a few connections, you may be able to do that. If you need an extremely complicated system that spans many boards with automation, then you can do that.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

While the capability may be ready and I am simply not familiar, I would like to be able to look at more user information.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday.com is ideal for those who require a platform that can be easily customized and implemented to keep track of things. Collaboration is highly blended, this makes the platform an exceptional one-stop shop for job management. Other tools we valued were immobile and required tons of information and input that we didn't feel were important at all. If you already adopted and enjoyed the legacy approach, this is probably not the time for you. possessing just one unified tracking system has eradicated the difficulty of jobs and consequences being left stranded. Of course, this relationship is directly tied to the consumer's billing account. Monday.com is a very economical shopping website with many price strata. We were able to choose the right value and not pay for services we don't need.

"Keeps our work team productive and up to date on all the latest department news"
What do you like best about monday.com?

I feel that the design of monday.com is very engaging and allows me to actually get excited about checking out all of the latest team information. I like being able to share data with other people my department in one place. It's a great way to keep everyone accountable and have everyone's tasks listed along with their corresponding deadlines. The price for using monday.com is actually quite reasonable and a solid value for the fees we put into it.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

I haven't run into too many issues using monday.com. It usually functions the way that I expect it to. However, I think that all the different scheduling tools can be complicated for some people at first, but I do think people can easily get more comfortable with it over time.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday.com helps me to stay organized and have a solid understanding of all the work tasks and deadlines going on in my department at any given moment. I can get tasks finished faster and have a more effective means for getting assistance with my work. I can send messages to my team in a more streamlined way than using text messages or emails.

"Excellent Platform"
What do you like best about monday.com?

We use Monday's CRM and the Team Management. The integrations are amazing and I have many favorites, but my top is that my work is kept separate from email and text. We communicate through the platform and it is stored. No more hunting from that email that has that one file attached.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

We are a nonprofit but we do not qualify for a discount because Monday decided we propagate religion. We raise up women to know their worth and authority as beloved daughters of a King. So, we understand their decision. But, it feels like a form of discrimination because of religion. We do support women through faith, but we welcome ALL Women and women NEED this support. The cost (without the nonprofit discount) is high, but I have done 60+ hours of research and tested multiple applications and none could compare to Monday. So we bit the cost.

"monday.com Review"
What do you like best about monday.com?

You can use monday.com to create project plans, set deadlines, assign tasks and resources, and track progress. t works well as a Visual management aid. You can also think of it as a digital whiteboard with color codes.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

I feel better pricing could be offered.Per-user pricing limits: Monday uses tiered, per-user pricing, and adding users with complete collaboration permission incurs additional costs.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It also works well for smaller user groups that have other task manager tools at their disposal. These can help team members to be able to analyze tasks that they may need to work on and build a good workflow.

"Excellent User Experience"
What do you like best about monday.com?

Automations make our lives so much easier, and the user interface is beautiful. Our President and Chief Rhetorician describes it as "exquisitely pleasant." The option for add-ons is cool, too.

What do you dislike about monday.com?

The price for Enterprise is much more than what is cost-effective for our very small company. Ideally, there is a sliding scale based on the demands of the team. Add-ons are also frequently an additional cost.

What problems is monday.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday.com is helping us to organize projects, track progress, communicate contextually more effectively, delegate, and gauge our productivity. It has become our one-stop location for Sales, Client Projects, and Internal Systems.
