As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

I love Trello. It is truly unique because of its ability to make your life more organized. Whether you're organizing a daily list, for a presentation, for a project, or more, it is a great tool to use. You can manage your information within sections, on cards, and color code the information. Additionally, you can create lists, checklists and use emojis!
There isn't a whole lot about Trello that I dislike to be honest. It's a great tool to use.
I have created and run a business with Trello successfully, and you can do the same too! The benefits with Trello are endless for one who is interested in creating, leading, and staying organized.
The simplicity of the interface. The ability to click and drag cards around is nice.
Sometimes labels are a bit clunky, especially when you have a lot of them
Keeping track of all the many changes we need to make to our products
Trello is very customizable and easy to understand for everyone.
The free versions have limited the available features.
Project Management for our small projects through Trello boards.
Trello helps you to better organize all your different tasks in a very easy way. I use it on a daily basis.
The maximum weight of attachments (up to 30MB).
At the moment all that we're currently facing with Trello are benefits. We're very happy with this useful tool, specially with its friendly use on a daily basis.
Its whole management system I like. especially searching function and checklist and other options for the board management
Most of the functions I like. But they can improve like the set reminder function.
I have used this for my client management. This is really helpful and free to use.
Trello has been one of the most useful tools not just in my current role but for years in different jobs and freelance opportunities. It allows you to segment tasks into different categories and it is so efficient and useful when working with remote employees. It allows users to put tasks into different lists, we have: To Do, In Process, Done, On Hold, and a Label Guide list to help prioritize. It also lets you add deadlines, attachments, comments - all you would ever need!
I think the least helpful thing is the attachment size limit... but if you upgrade to the paid version, that is no longer an issue!
With remote work becoming more prevalent, Trello has been extremely helpful with managing and assigning tasks. It has made communication much easier and workflow through the pandemic much more manageable. Without Trello, I'm not sure how we would even manage our remote work!
Simplicity and versatility is what I like the most. You can make lists of what really comes to mind. You can make some of them public, others private, others just to share on your computer. It will really be very flexible. In turn, you can create lists, within the lists, connect cards, lists, blackboards, etc.
When one wants to use it for something serious work but still does not have enough income, the payment (per user who participates in the board) may not be the most appropriate, nor what reflects the use that one gives. Indeed, it is not very expensive, but this methodology does not seem appropriate.
In Trello I organize my whole life. Family and Home, work, church service, notes, Medical History of my children. Absolutely everything.
Trello is indeed a highly versatile and simple application, used for managing projects, yet could be used as a work organizer, teamwork supervisor, and much more. I enjoy the concept of working as a team. I appreciate that when I take specific corrective tasks, I could optimize activities and make rules, which reduces my time by allowing me to concentrate on my work and my outputs. The upgrades they regularly execute are dependable. It offers an extensive capability for interaction with multiple systems.
When compared to others, the layout of this system is not particularly trendy.
With this program, our operations are handled wisely, and everything is planned to be implemented and managed by specific timeframes. It is undoubtedly a highly relevant program for project growth.
The simplicity. You don't need to set up a lot of stuff, just create a board, add the right columns and you are good to go.
Sometimes there's not a lot of features out of the box and you have to add power-ups
Mainly task tracking, and pipeline-like tasks (i.e. interviewing candidates).
Great tracker of to-dos. Allows you to share files with teams. Fair pricing.
I love Trello.it helps us to stay organized all day.
Helps us to plan effectively when working with teams. Setting priorities using color labels. Keeping track of to-dos.
What I love about Trello is how versatile it is. It's great for a solo entrepreneur as well as a massive team globally distributed. It is infinitely customizable for both tracking projects -- as a pure project management tool -- and just keeping track of information that needs to be referenced frequently. The free account works really well, and the paid accounts add substantial tools at a great price. There are plenty of integrations with other popular tools to extend its efficiency. Trello can handle any kind of project from simple vacation planning to complex software development. It's a tool that literally anyone can use to be more productive and organized.
The free version does have some limitations, but as long as you can afford it, the paid plans offer just about anything you need.
Trello keeps me organized. What I found most helpful is being able to add a task from anywhere. It's really handy to have the app on my phone. Instead of my tasks being written down on little pieces of paper and getting lost, every task goes into Trello so I can make sure it gets completed.
kanban cards and the easy way of navigating through them and updating them
lacks gantt chart and overall project management planning capabiities
it really helps organise workflow and people
Lots of things I like about Trello, First of all, it's a web-based platform and works smoothly; Trello has some beautiful templates to get started instantly with your project or task management. You can go creative with Trello as it has lots of customization options such as adding cards to the board, changing themes, and so on. Each card has the data of each task with the progress status, which you can change as your progress with the task. Trello is extremely useful for teamwork and collaboration. Each card can be assigned to each team member, and they can change the status on their end. All I can say is Trello has all the main features that complete project management and online collaboration tool must have.
If there were an option to create a separate workspace, it would have been better as sometimes our team members get confused with lots of cards at the same bord,. We do expect some features to deal with the mess. Rather than that, Trello is the king in the market for project management.
We use Trello to manage and keep track of every project and task that we do daily. It's a great way to keep track of them and collaborate online with all the members. I do assign separate people for separate task cards, and it works like a charm. Card management is very easy too. Lots of customization options in Trello to make the workplace more beautiful and focused.teamwork in Trello is accurate and works flawlessly, I can also attach a document or file in the card so when I open I card to complete the task, I know what to do exactly and where to work on. It's just in one project and task management tool for me.
I like Trello because it allows me to be in control of my responsibilities, to be more focused and organized in each of the activities that I have to do.
Trello has excellent performance and I have not had any functionality problems.
With Trello I can be more focused on my projects, its tools help me establish priorities and fulfill my work with greater organization.
It is one of the best free zero-budget tools to use for project management and collaboration using kanban method.
Honestly, there is very little I dislike about this. I may wish that the mobile app can be better, but I seldom use it on mobile
I am using it for project management but also to keep track on personal items.
I love that trello is drag and drop and easy to use
Nothing in particular, I would like to be able to create mood boards as well but that's a whole other thing
I've used to trello to plan multiple events with co-workers, particularly sharing ideas, creating to-do notes and list of providers or possible product purchases
Its simplicity. Allows for tracking of task efficiently.
Perhaps the interface could be more slick.
Shared ticket management system.
I used Trello PowerUps to automate Trello do tasks on my behalf, such as Gmail in Trello, view and attach boards to email without leaving Trello. Collaboration with Trello Boards everything becomes clear.
I only wish there could be Trello boards for defining Kubernetes Manifest files. So that I can integrate it with GitHub without leaving Trello. Who knows, we can call this TrellOps ;)
Prioritizing Tasks and following through is a difficult thing to do. I'm more organized than before with Trello boards. Moreso, it makes collaboration natural.
I like that it's easy to create a card and also that moving this card from "in progress" to "done" gives you a sensation of fulfillment.
When you "delete" a card it's quite hard to find as it's hidden, but once you know where it is is not a problem. But this could be a drawback to a new user.
We're developing our SEO Strategy as programming and creating content.
It's easy to use interface and can keep on track with all that's going on.
The colors used could be more appealing.
