"Trello is the collaboration tool that productive people use every day."
What do you like best about Trello?

Of this tool I like its scheduling flexibility - (scheduled or unreserved meetings). Trello is perfect for organizing work projects, household chores, trips, among other things. The truth is a tool that is very fun for me ... You can attach photos, icons, comments ... and also divide the task into subtasks that as they are completed appear in a percentage line until they are completed.

What do you dislike about Trello?

With trello everything is magical ... you can work as a team through whiteboards, in which each member can collaborate in real time.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

The great benefit Trello offers is that it provides a means of communicating with clients and other professionals without leaving the office. In addition to this benefit, there are others that entail the use of this at a more practical and professional level: 1. Cost reduction. One of the obvious advantages to using video conferencing is the reduction of travel and travel costs. Undoubtedly, many meetings can be held remotely without the need to use time or money to travel, something that any company values very positively and contributes directly to the income statement and productivity. 2. -Better monitoring of projects with collaborators / employees. The same is the case with projects carried out with company professionals who are relocated to other places than the headquarters. The possibility of being able to meet with them through videoconferencing solutions allows for better collaboration with the professional, more adequate monitoring of the project and a feeling of greater proximity to the project.

"Powerful software to manage projects and workflow."
What do you like best about Trello?

I think Trello is very easy to use with an easy-to-navigate interface. I love to feel intuitive once I get the hang of it. Creating boards, adding cards, moving cards, etc. is very easy. This is a great way to organize your lists, set up a project overview, and take snapshots quickly. Where are the things? I also like the ease of customization, drag and drop, and email onboarding. I like how easy it is to manage your workflow, such as creating different stages, setting deadlines, providing feedback, and tagging specific people. This tool has greatly improved the process of managing in my role.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I wish some of the Chrome plugins were just ordinary Trello choices, and that the Power-Ups didn't come at an additional expense. I also think the "Archive" option, which lacks a delete button, is a little uncomfortable. On the main page, I'd want dashboards to be simply dragged and dropped into the overview you want to see within each workspace. It can't always handle high-quality photos, and we use it for our graphic design development process, therefore our designer sometimes needs to send designs because they can't upload them to Trello.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize a vertical dashboard to manage broad information about that business sector, and then we use other dashboards to track where we are in the sales funnel for every individual project. Trello enables me to prioritize projects and visualize their burden, as well as know where we are in the process for each project, and it creates an excellent feedback loop. It has made my life as a Sr. Project Manager so much simpler, and I appreciate the notification mechanism since it reminds me to check Trello for updates if I don't check them myself. You may also customize your notification settings, which I appreciate.

"Making project management a cinch"
What do you like best about Trello?

Being able to run multiple boards for both personal use and professional team-based projects whilst assigning roles, creating deadlines, and hosting all relevant information and files is incredible.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Some of the features that are linked to the premium version feel like they should be included in the free one. The pricing structure for teams on premium memberships becomes pricey.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working cooperatively with multiple team members on multiple projects utilizing multiple devices, and doing so within a user experience that is intuitive and well designed.

"The King of time management"
What do you like best about Trello?

I love how user-friendly Trello is; no instructions are needed. For those with more specialized needs, additional features and integrations are available, which make the experience customizable. Also, you can invite colleagues to your board and get access to their Trello gold upgrades for free! Lastly, I appreciate enabling quick task rearrangements through simple drag-and-drop activities on my dashboard! The auto functions help get tasks done quickly, allowing me to transfer them rapidly into designated columns.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I prefer a different cost structure from Trello. The enterprise version is pricier than many similar competitors, while the primary option is available at no charge. Furthermore, since only a subscription plan exists, smaller and mid-sized businesses can need help justifying such costs to their management teams. Additionally, unlike Jira from its own parent company Atlassian, it does not include ticketing features either.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I initially used Trello to manage our team's study and practice schedule. Then, later on, I utilized it as a central platform for exchanging ideas through virtual communication concerning the same project.

"Great tool for simple workflow and doing tasks"
What do you like best about Trello?

The price tag is nice! It's free. Plus really easy to use after a brief education. Great features like drag n drop of attachments and files, tagging, commenting for other users, and dragging cards from column to column to progress your workflow or mark things done. It's a visual way to collaborate and manage work together. Trello is good for tracking feedback, reporting bugs (not as good as JIRA), and allowing our product, ux, and customer teams to work independently and also collaborate. You can easily move cards from one board to another as projects hand off from one team to another. Every card tracks a full feed of comments so you have a timeline of communications and decisions for given tasks.

What do you dislike about Trello?

The only option for organizing your tasks and projects is in the wall/board view. So not a lot of customization there. Plus it doesn't have the best way to see calendar views. Lastly you can add checklists to a card but there really isn't a way to assign subtasks to users. Asana is definitely better at that.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trello has allowed our teams to stay connected and up to date on each others' projects and priorities. We now have great transparency and an increased ability to work together faster and easier. We now have greater flexibility and are using it to roll out our product features faster and even for personal use.

"A classic for start ups and freelancers"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello is the application that every entrepreneur, freelancer, StartUp uses or ever uses to organize work in teams collaboratively, manage workflow tasks, and even schedule. Its key is its ease of use and the variety of functions it has, even in its free version (something that few can boast). It is an excellent option to a much more complex ERP or CRM, in addition to being oriented to work in an agile way, improving communication, productivity and reliability of the projects carried out.

What do you dislike about Trello?

Trello is not a super complete software solution, so paying is not worth it, the price-quality ratio is only valid when using its free version. Of course, when using a free version, the support is very unhelpful. If you need something more complex for diverse projects and larger groups, maybe you should think about a more robust software (and paying a fee). It all depends on how you manage your projects, your budget and whether it is worth investing in a paid solution.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trello allows us to control and order the workflow in each project visually and very intuitively. The Kanban board style helps improve productivity in small teams. Another important information is that Trello replaces the large whiteboards that we use in the office, since it is handled in a similar way, although now any employee or contractor from anywhere in the world can see and share their information through this virtual board.

"An amazing App to organize your activities and your teams"
What do you like best about Trello?

Trello surprised my expectations. It is effective for organizing daily professional activities, priorities and can also be used to manage project activities in an agile manner. Some of its functions, such as the possibility of creating votes within cards, allows the team to feel more valued and part of the development decisions.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I am not a big fan of the subscription fee per user model used in Trello, but this is the industry standard and it is possible to use it in a limited way with unsubscribed users.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Throughout my professional experience I used several tools to organize my flow of activities. From paper notes, calendar software and spreadsheets. Trello contributes a lot to my productivity, besides that it is possible to synchronize the lists on different platforms and manage or have access to the activities and the fulfillment of schedules of other developers and partners.
