As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

I love the ability to add specific tasks to any card and organize things down to the detail.
I would love if there was the ability to stack my cards rather than them all be in line with each other.
My team is able to take each weekly sprint and divide them into different tasks, put them in order, and break down micro tasks within each card. We can put due dates and times, and then check things off as we go allowing for excellent accountability and discipline.
This great tool contains a list of features that I like, one is that it is very easy to execute which I think is a good option to choose this program, something else is that through it I can organize my travel and business projects of a In an orderly way and so I can execute them without problems and in this way save time to make triumphs about my projects from day to day. I can easily enter, create a project and then locate them to execute it.
This wonderful program has a factor that I liked before but now it causes me some disgust and it is that previously the cost of this program was very accessible but now it has become very expensive which in some way or another generates additional expenses. In addition, this software in its free version is very limited which should give you more freedom so in this way it will be possible to try the program and thus choose with confidence whether to buy it or not. It would only be to solve these problems and it would be a high quality software which will give the user a great experience of use thus giving good recommendations to new possible users who need to run a program like this.
This great tool has been very helpful, I use it to organize my projects as well as daily, weekly and monthly. Since this project organizer was recommended to me, I knew that it would be what I needed for my use, as it has worked perfectly for my colleagues, so it has worked for me and I have thanks to it an order in my projects.
Trello is super easy to use, and its nice to see where people are in different projects across the board. Trello is great integrated with other programs as well with Slack and Microsoft.
Its not meant for big companies, so if you are bigger than 10-15 people it can get kinda of crazy.
Was solving problems to see what story board was doing what.
Trello is a great project management tool that allows my team to cohesively organize each prioritized task by assigning each person and each meeting to the individual cards. We use not started, in progress, completed, and review to be able to see how each project has come along.
I do not have anything so far that I dislike about Trello.
Trello has greatly impacted by work by allowing my team to logically organize tasks in a manner that helps us keep each project on time and ensures that each is operated effectively. Trello is very technologically advanced, allowing us to work quickly.
The most simple app for project management. I am using Trello with my team over 5 years as project management tool. We want things simple, and we plan our projects tasks by week. It doesn't have much things to do, but if you can use wisely you can do anything with Trello tools. We also use Trello for our team knowledge base, and best practices. Any team member can see those informations.
I feel that mobile app is very slow for me maybe it was because of my phone. I don't know but I think it's not a big deal for project management tool. Everyone can access it easily via browser. But I hope Trello team is working on their mobile apps.
We create a board for every seasons, create a list for every week and we create cards for every projects with checklist, progress, deadline, attachments and comments. And we use color tags for different departments, and assign tasks to team members. Each project has it's checklists and deadline. If the tasks are not finished within the week, we copy the tasks to the next week, we don't delete previous week's accomplishments.
I can organize every project with trello
Boards organization can get a bit confusing
Organizing projects for clients
Basic version is free and very easy to use. I shared a 4 minutes tutorial video with colleagues and they started adding their tasks on Trello. Also their mobile app helped me stay updated on the go.
If there were any chat option between team, it would make Trello perfect
Task assignment, tracking the status, assigning deadlines, organizing the tasks
I love being able to organize my tasks into various folders and create sub tasks in each task. I like being able to share my tasks and boards with other users.
I wish there was a way for Trello to synchronize with my iPhone reminders app.
I’ve been able to communicate with my team about what we need to do and how to prepare for meetings and stay on the same page.
I like that it's really easy to use. It's very simple but has so many features to add on.
There's nothing i really dislike about it. Maybe having to format my text on the cards. like to do something as simple as bolding something. there's not wysiwyg editor.
we use it as a project manager using the SCRUM methodology.
the simplicity of the view, the low effort to keep things organised, perfect for kanban , also very good as repository of ideas
the form to add details to the tasks could be better, nothing major that i dont like
simplicity, keep work organised , team up to date,
It is easy to use with cards and you can see how the project is going
If you are an advanced project manager maybe you need to install plugins and pay the subscription
We improved the communication of our team members.
I love the set up and how you can color coordinate notes and add people and lists to view and edit as well.
I wish you could add more people to the notes and personalize colors to match branding exactly using color codes.
It keeps me and my coworkers organized and allows us to brainstorm even more because it’s so easy to add to the lists.
Remind us to finish the given task while we work on some society.
Earlier I don’t know about the Trello , So I learned from my friend about how to use Better if there any onsite tutorial
We worked according to the timeline. Never missed anything and did it very well
I love that I'm able to move things around and manage them however I need to. I love being able to add documents, comments, etc. and being able to manage projects on my own or with a team.
I wish there were a desktop version instead of it being only on the web.
Project management is easier with Trello.
In addition to the cost (free for basic use), I really love the layout and ease of use of this system! I can easily create boards, track tasks, and create reminders in a cloud-based system. This means I've been able to access it via any web-enabled device, including their app on my phone. It is super easy to navigate between cards, boards, and tasks, and it has done wonders to my productivity and task management. I use it for both work and personal task tracking now, and I've gotten my family members hooked on it as well!
It would be great if some of the premium features were available to all users, but it's a very minor complaint. I actually had to stretch to find something to dislike about Trello!
Trello has solved a ton of problems for me, but specifically... * Tracking training requests from outside facilities; * Personal to-do list of office tasks (keeps my timetables accurate and updated); * Reminders for household chores and weekend tasks...
its a great app to organize your work and workflow, is great to have this in my tools to be sincere, we're using it to organize our works, and I've use it to organize my day 2 day and other personal projects
Would love that they add more features, like more types of views and some more project views
we organize everything with trello, it's easy to use and easy to keep things organized, and our team is evolving with it, so we manage every task there, I even use it to organize my day 2 day and my personal projects, from the littlest one to the biggest
Setting up tasks, distributing them to various people, keep track of task progress, etc.
Very little. Everything works well. Can't think of any problems
Working on collaborative project either at work or at home.
The simple design and pretty much easy to use interface, so simple to create a project and add a team
There is not a schedule time viewing dashboard, or some analytics for completed tasks
Task and support management, we let the client to add support tickets in Trello
Trello allows me to stay on task and keep track of my ideas and thoughts. It allows me to receive and delicate tasks amongst co-workers.
I do not dislike anything about trello. It is amazing.
How to dish out tasks and allow myself to stay on my tasks as well. It is easy to see you plans visually.
Trello is a very useful tool for all your organizing needs - be it managing projects or to-do lists. It's easy integratuons save a lot of time by including all the necessary tools inside your boards. Trello calls them "Power-ups" and that's exactly what they are. - you can integrate Google calendar and sync deadlines right in it, or you could enable Google Drive power-up and automatically backup and link files to your projects.
Pricing is my only issue. Free plan only offers 2 power-ups and it's not nearly enough. Other than that, it's well-polished.
Trello helps me organize and track every project I'm working on right now. Adding teammates as collaborators allows me to easily manage progress and give out important updates to my teammates. Trello is used by nearly every department in my company, so it also allows us to do joint projects. It is very easy to pick up for everyone and helps with saving a lot of time and cuts back on the costs of logistics and organizing.
