It has a very simple interface that everyone can easily comprehend. It gives a vibe that you won't mess up often in the values your're putting in and the stages you are currently working on.
There are intergration limitations. Some other marketing apps we're using can not be intregrated two way with this CRM. If that happens to you just try their recommended applications.
Pipelines stages workflow. Automation for reports extraction such as sales pipeline. Also tracking communication thread and easy to note and tag people within the company. J
It is a simple and easy-to-use CRM. The pipelines make it easy to keep track of our progress in client admissions.
Not too many downsides. I do wish it had a built-in 2 way SMS feature I could link to our Twilio account.

The interface is intuitive and doesn’t come with the often steep learning curve associated with other CRM solutions. Honestly, I can't imagine a better software for us at this stage of our journey. While no software is without its hitches, the few areas where Bigin can improve are vastly overshadowed by its benefits. Hence the 9/10 rating. For all the young startups out there seeking a CRM that aligns with their nascent stages, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Bigin by Zoho a try.
Although Bigin by Zoho offers an intuitive interface, I did wish for a bit more customization options to cater to some specific needs we had. It's great for starters, but a few more advanced features would be a cherry on top

Limited design in forms, I think that could be more effective to export the entire html code for the forms to customize it.

BIGIN is very easy to use, has lots of functionality and a competitive pricing. The best thing I like is the ease of use. It compres very well in terms of pricing and features.
What I do not like is that the integrations are all splitted between apps and you do not have a single point of control. On top fo this pricing when using more features and apps can become very complex.
BIGIN is helping me on keeping my pipeline on track and have the necessary kpis in mind. On top of this is helping me with lead generation and ZOHO forms. A great product.

Bigin CRM is a compehensive sales tools to maange a good lead DB to efficent communication.
It would be nice if we could have training session during the trial period.
We were using excel to maange our sales leads and pipleine. Once we crossed 200 in our DB things went for a mess. Using bigin for me and out team has made our live simpler. The team has a good collabrative understanding and there no backlogs. Bigin CRM is a recoomend CRM for all SaaS and tech B2B companies.
