At first glance, Zoho Bigin might seem like a budget-friendly CRM option – and it is – but it’s not lacking in features. In fact, it offers quite a robust set of tools to help you manage your customer relationships. Plus, it's priced attractively, making it a great value for smaller businesses or those on a budget.
One area where Zoho Bigin falls short is its limited integrations. While it does integrate with popular tools like Mailchimp and QuickBooks, it would greatly benefit from a wider selection of integrations to make it even more versatile and valuable for businesses. Hopefully, Zoho will continue to expand its integrations in the future to make Bigin an even stronger contender in the CRM market.
Lost cost crm
One low price for the entire organization. It is simple to use and no learning curve. Some of the other CRM systems that I had used in previous companies (Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc) were powerful but just too complicated. One other benefit is that everything is included in one price. I wear a few hats so need to contact clients various different emails such as sales@, support@, billing@, etc. I can do this without incurring extra fees.
The only think that I would want is to be able to order the custom fields (or even mix them with the fixed fields) in a way other than alphabetical order. More integrations such as Google Calendar, Tasks, etc. But for the low cost, I cannot complain at all. One thing I would like added is a simple first letter search for companies. Just have A, B, C at the bottom which takes you to a list of companies starting with that letter.
It is easy to keep all my accounts and leads organized. The biggest problem that I am solving is budget. I do not have to worry about paying more every time I add another users, contact or company.
The pricing! It undercuts most of the CRMs out there. I was browsing for a good CRM for less cost and couldn't find a better fit that Bigin, it offers most of the basic features of a good CRM for the fraction of cost.
There aren't too many integrations with other apps as of now. Also can't send mail merges for leads. But given the pricing, I can live without these. But the moment I break the budget barrier and want to scale up, that will be the last day of me in Bigin.
For anyone who wants a good CRM without costing a fortune, Bigin is the one.
Bigin has the best in class User interface out in the market, when you take the small business CRM. It is a breeze to use and it a simple, no-nonsense experience product to use. The UI is well arranged and showcased and it has a clean and intuitive interface and it feels great to use. You can also use the CRM from the get go. It has some of the best small business features with less complexity. More importantly it has affordable pricing with no hidden costs. Pricing plays an important role for the small businesses and Bigin did a great job on that front. The subscription can be cancelled at any time and you will be refunded for the remaining months. If someone is on Zoho CRM, it will be easy for them to migrate into Bigin CRM and that is an added advantage. Bigin also offers free trail.
Since it is a new software, i dont have much of dislikes right now and i have to explore a bit to understand its cons.
We maintain our real estate clients using this CRM. Since our company manages the landlords and tenants lease documents, we use this software to maintain our customer relationship with all our real estate clients and we are planning to add more in the future.
It's positioned as a cost-effective solution, making it accessible to small businesses with limited budgets
Its pricing is high for more than 100000 Leads
Bigin's focus on simplicity, affordability, customization, automation, and integration addresses the pain points that many small businesses and individuals face when managing customer relationships.
As a young startup, standing on the threshold of our business journey, we found Bigin to be tailor-made for our needs. The interface is intuitive and doesn’t come with the often steep learning curve associated with other CRM solutions. It offers just the right balance of functionality and ease of use, making it an excellent fit for startups like ours that are just beginning to find their footing. Honestly, I can't imagine a better software for us at this stage of our journey. While no software is without its hitches, the few areas where Bigin can improve are vastly overshadowed by its benefits. Hence the 9/10 rating. For all the young startups out there seeking a CRM that aligns with their nascent stages, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Bigin by Zoho a try.
Although Bigin by Zoho offers an intuitive interface, I did wish for a bit more customization options to cater to some specific needs we had. It's great for starters, but a few more advanced features would be a cherry on top

Bigin’s intuitive interface ensures that even those with minimal technical proficiency can use the CRM effectively. Benefit: Reduces the time and resources spent on training. Users can get up and running quickly. Lead Management: Tracking leads and ensuring timely follow-ups can be a challenge without a structured system in place. Pre-defined templates for each business type. Ours is an educational organization, and it seems very easy to implement.
We're downgrading from Zoho CRM Plus; hence, some features are missing. The email parser doesn't actually pick up attributes from email.
It is helping us use the CRM features at a cost-effective price.
