It's clean and simple to use. Instead of stuffing with a bunch of different features, they have only included ones that are super crucial and laid it out in a very intuitive way.
Nothing specifically. I believe the automations can be made more robust also more personalised. For example, being able to tweak it whichever way possible, that would be great.
The primary problem Bigin solved for me was the fact that most CRMs are designed for big and small teams alike, while smaller teams don't need as many features but want something that is intuitive and easy to use. This was the primary benefit we gained.
We love the ease of use with this software. Our team has been able to onboard easily without needing a lot of support. We look forward to working through the different tiers to add features.
The email toppers system makes it hard to have a role based email that multiple people are using. Each team member had to have their own email account, and we dont love the way incoming emails work for new contacts, but we have figured out how to work with their system to make it work for us.
We needed a very simple and affordable crm for tracking our sales communications and splitting pond leads. This was a good solution for our small company, and the pricing is good for us as well.
