I have been using Zoho Bigin for over a year now. It's very simple and easy to use. Though there are no advanced features like Zoho CRM, it's best for SMBs as it's less expensive than Zoho CRM.
The colour is very dull. Fonts can be better. Overall, the design can be improved. They should provide some basic functionalities like restricting the users to edit the custom views and deleting the fields even if they are used in the custom views.
Maintaining the Sales Pipeline from Lead to Closure. Accounts & Contacts Management. Keeping track of the engagements with the accounts like Calls, Meetings and other activities.

The deal pipelmanagement feature in really awesome. The workflow automations are great features too. At this price point, Zoho has packed wonderful features inside Bigin CRM.
Not at all. But if Bigin CRM had provided a few more number of pipelines to create in their pricing plans, that would have been fantastic.

There is no Leads tab, there is only customer tab so both leads and customers need to be entered in the same section. But it is not a big problem as you can customize customer category.
We are using it for customer management, project management, project pipelines, an overview of sales reports, team collaboration and so on.

Nothing really, only the integration with Linkedin would be missing

Ease of access for all the leads and managing their status is extremely efficient.
Sometimes the calls don't work properly which is a big let down

Zoho Bigin is saving my time and showing sales analytics of my company like how many opportunities I am having, how many deals failed, deals won, so on. Free Version is mostly enough for proprietorship concerns and even though private label companies too. Just try this tool and use it daily for at least 30 days. Initially, my mind doesn't fit for this tool, but after I make it a habit this tool is increasing my revenue. Thank you zoho and sridar vembu

I find there are a lot of categories that are not useful.
I solved a problem that I could not find in other CRMs: customizable access rights We can define to the letter what each user has the right to do, see etc ... That's great!
