ease of tracking emails, calls in one spot. Can find employees that are not on linked in or any other google search
Occasionally, the information is inaccurate, or is for a spouse, or parent.
No longer have misdials easier to track how long a call lasts no need to use a third party to find a phone number
I like the intent and websights tools the most because they allow me to determine people's interests better.
I don't dislike anything, but I would love a feature that shows private companies that recently sold their interest in the business.
It is helping me connect with the right people in my business. Before having it I had a hard time finding people Accredited to invest in my Fund.
ZoomInfo is very intuitive for the user and I find it to have (mostly) up-to-date information on the available contacts. Features such as Intent, WebSights, Lists, etc are vital in my day-to-day outreach and aid me in reaching my quota.
For some accounts, there are many missing email addresses for contacts. I feel as though there should be some suggested auto-generated email address feature based upon the format of known email addresses in the account.
The problems ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving are: - Identifying the accounts that are viewing our website which allows better targeting to warm leads - The best titles to reach out to for maximum success potential - Tracking leads' moves to new companies - Saving searches for what I'm looking for repeatedly saves me time - The ability to filter features when searching saves me a lot of time and effort
My favorite is the extentension. It is so convenient!

The sheer relevance in connecting pain point with need through the vast array of insights available and using them to leverage impactful comunications with prospects that move the needle on sales.
That I cannot drill down more specifically to more focused regional targeting. The biggest flaw in ZoomInfo, from my perspective, is the limitations in granular geographical targeting. Our industry would greatly benefit by having more specific geotargeting, not just generalized zip code radiuses. I would love a feature that allowed for targeting specific regions.
ZoomInfo has provided the first cyclical pipeline with weekly distribution of leads to my team, taking us out of the self-prospecting equation altogether.
Quantity of lead info available and ability to export that info into CRM.
While mostly up-to-date, sometimes leads aren't matched to the right companies, but I do like how it's simple to Suggest Contact Updates.
Finding the appropriate leads for targeted sales campaigns and contact info for those leads.
Provides me with Specific Contact information, so I do not spend a lot of Time trying to find the right people to connect with.
Sometimes it is difficult to sort things, but it is still faster than other tools I have used.

The tool is great for lead enrichment and finding the right contact details. It is great for its intent feature as well and the features it offers in the advanced search to find the right contacts and companies. The UI is easy and integrates with our CRM which helps in mass uploads. I use this tool everyday and have not faced any problem with support so far.
The contact data especially phone numbers can be hard to find, specifically in APAC region for SMB companies
It helps in finding the right contact details for my reach outs as well as finding the companies who are showing increasing interest in our category.
ZoomInfo does a great job of showing org charts within my target accounts and providing me with up to date contact information for phone numbers and emails. I use Zoominfo everyday for prospecting and my job would be almost impossible without it.
Sometimes the information can be outdated, but they do a great job of updating to the most accurate information. Also, sometimes the server will crash.
It's solving the problem of not knowing the organizational structure of target accounts for my sales org. After viewing a company's org chart on your site. I know who's who and the hieracrchy to find the correct decision makers and their contact info.
It has everything needed to run a smart go-to-market program. Account intelligence, web tracking, intent data, contact information, sales sequencing, advertising.
It is pricey but it's worth it. I've used it for years at multiple companies.
Zoominfo allows our sales team to easily find accounts on our website or spiking with high intent, so they can focus their efforts on the best accounts. The integration with SFDC makes it easy for them to do their job.
The data and the org charts are vergy helpful.
Ther is a learning curve. If you step away for a few days I need to re learn a bit.
It helps me confirm leads and using org charts I can find others that I can reach out to.
SalesOS gives you all the search options and more information about individuals than you'd ever need!
Integrations with exterior apps are sometimes clunky. Workflows can be a bit confusing especially when working on a team.
We had no way to access research on what types of organizations were looking for solutions in our industry and Zoominfo has made that, and much more, possible.
I can sort and parse every business I'm looking for into one list. I've been using this for 3+ years now, and it worked OK. Now, the list and sort features are so much better I can create multiple campaigns and save my results for later.
Nothing. I only wish you had all these features years ago.
Leads and qualified contacts. Either I have a name, and no info as to if a lead is worth calling, or I have a great company and no one to call. Now, I have the FULL company info and multiple qualified decision makers to call.
Accessing thorough company details, such as contact information, revenue, and technology insights, is highly advantageous. The advanced search option streamlines the process, ensuring accurate results for companies and leads. The "suggest company updates" feature corrects inaccuracies, while scoop functions unveil current news, facilitating the onboarding of prospects with precision.
Occasional inaccuracies in lead details remind us not to rely entirely on the software. Monitoring daily ZoomInfo usage, accompanied by a friendly warning at 90%, can help prevent credit limit issues. Providing clear reasons for company inactivity would be greatly appreciated, sparing users from unnecessary efforts.

It solves the problem of accurate contact information. Zoom helps me find potential prospects' email and phone numbers, saving me tons of time I would have lost searching other forms. Also helps to protect finding using the intent feature which saves me a ton of time on prospecting.
My favorite thing about Zoominfo is the quality of the data. Great direct numbers and email addresses.
