Zoominfo has leads that I have not found on other platforms, not only that but they a lot of the information is actuallly accurate. Not to mention searching based on Intent is a huge plus knowing that the company you are prospecting is looking for your service.
The only downside I can even fathom is the price, however you are paying for a service that is a leader in its space.

I also really like how ZoomInfo integrates wirth LinkedIn and I don't have to leave that platform to use it.

Since I know end to end about Zoominfo. Yes there are couple of suggestions I can give. 1) Now a days companies started using AI dialer and Zoominfo is not compatible with those dialers. 2) There are many features and filter that are of no use at all. If you remove those interface can be more interactive and intuitive. 3) Cost is the major factor for Zoominfo, only companies can afford those have good budget, so price can be major factor.
