It is very intuitive and has great features around finding accurate details about leads and learning the hierarchy in the company. The implementation was easy giving me a easy way to implement the data from my CRM. I ahve been more and more dependant on how finding customer details frequently. I have not had to use the customer support as the features have been seamless for me.
Sometimes I will not be able to find information around smaller companies where most of my leads come from.
ZoomInfo is currently solving my problem of not having sufficient data to go after a lead. The extra edge I receive from this really helps me understand business structure and find the right contacts in the company.

The fact that you can get all the details in just one click

What I like the most about ZoomInfo is its up-to-date contact information for the contact that I am looking for. There might be a slight delay on the update but that's reasonable and normal. But still the best one out there.
It has been my primary tool for completing my tasks and I can't think of anything that I dislike about ZoomInfo.
Adding and updating our CRM for contact details. This benefit our team the most as we are assigned to add and update contacts. It pretty much do most of the job!

UI is so straightforward and easy to use
The hubspot integration could use work, but I heard the saleforce integration is quite a bit better

There are times when you are searching company it does not shows any recommendation but available in D&B. Some of the contact details are not updated

Buying comittee helps to target the right audience. Accuracy rate is 99% which helps me in achieving my sales quota. ZoomInfo's integrations with salesloft and salesforce are seemless and work very efficiently. I use ZoomInfo daily for LinkedIn research. This tools is very easy to use.
There is nothing which I dislike about ZoomInfo.

There are quite a few things I love about ZoomInfo. First being the simplicity of usage on the site. It's incredibly easy to implement & integrate into our daily practice, and open new windows and browse a variety of account intel at any time. I've been able to access thousands of people's contact info in order to reach them efficiently. Additionally, I love the mobile app. It is user friendly and so helpful when I'm away from my desk. I've benefited greatly from the information made available on ZoomInfo. I use ZoomInfo every day for work and frequently access new info.
The only thing I have an issue with regarding ZoomInfo is that some of the contacts who are out of date/not correctly updated have been challenging to identify prior to contacting them. Especially if they're not utilizing LinkedIn properly or are very closed off on LinkedIn.
The issues ZoomInfo solves for me are updating outdated CRM data on my end, and helping identify new targets in the marketplace with insights. I have gained 5,000+ new contacts within about 100 accounts since getting ZoomInfo.
The fact that I can import contacts/prospects directly into my companies CRM is a game changer
The main search bar can be a bit touchy. For instance, a small typo will completely throw off what I am searching for. I also wish my searches would save in the search bar

Zoominfo's UI could be better (ability to change and move columns, export to excel) and there are some updates that can only be made by my organization's Salesforce, IT, or Zoominfo Admin. I understand Role-Based Permissions are important would be great if (at least) Sales Reps had a way to "suggest changes" for their Admin. Small "complaints" but would have a big impact.
