I can easily pull contacts and love the integrations that is has with other platforms like LinkedIn and the abiity to export contacts to upload to Apollo and Koncert for outreach.
I wish that you could bulk upload names and get all of the contact information.

There are so many helpful things to do with ZoomInfo. I love the capability to monitor intent words to see what companies are searching for something to do with my product. Also, the tracking of which way to reach them that they are most likely to answer is a great new feature. The email reports are great as well.
Honestly, there is not much to say about ZoomInfo in a negative way. I guess the only thing would be to make sure when you integrate into Salesforce or Salesloft that the fields transfer corrently. That is more on your company's IT side I belive during implementation. But, CS is great and can help with whatever you need.
ZoomInfo helps my company to find new accounts and leads that we didn't previously have. The amount you can filter down into you specific ICP is fantastic.

There are not many downsides to SalesOS. If I was to mention one, I guess it could be a tad easier to navigate beetween SalesOS, Engage, and AdminPortal. More training arounfd the functions of SalesOS could be uesful also.
