BigContacts is a simple tool that has streamlined contact management for our sales team. For a long time, our sales staff have been struggling with managing data in spreadsheets, Google Drive, and emails. With this tool, we have been able to steer our way out of the chaos and bring more clarity to our sales process.
We have just started using the tool, so it’s too early to identify the negatives.

BIGContacts was easy to set up. The onboarding assistance offered by the support team helped us significantly. Maintenance of the CRM tool is uncomplicated and quick as well. We can easily pull the necessary information from the CRM system using the reporting module, which helps us make better business decisions.
Searching for specific contact records can be made more intuitive and easier. Currently, you must enter the exact search query to get the results.
Unlike other CRM tools we have previously used, BIGContacts is pretty straightforward and intuitive. The pricing is quite affordable too. Integrations such as Mailchimp and Quickbooks work quite well.
The support team is responsive and efficient. They promptly address queries and provide satisfactory responses. BIGContacts helps us personalize emails for prospects based on where they stand in the buyer’s journey. The competitive pricing of the tool is an added benefit.
Some integrations are not fully functional and only offer a limited range of features.
BIGContacts offers an exceptional quality of customer service. All our queries so far have been answered within a 24-hour time frame. The CRM tool has helped us ensure that no opportunity is missed out on. It effectively organizes all quality leads and helps store data in custom fields. All in all, it has been a valuable addition to our business and has helped our sales team significantly.
The customer support team is quite prompt in answering queries. It was easy to set up BIGContacts with its extensive knowledge base and helpdesk support. I find the tool’s pricing to be quite affordable too.
Some integrations have limited functionality. I would like to see more direct integrations in the future.

There are three staff dedicated to serving our clientele. Having their photos makes it easy as well as their face page showing the last contact and a summary of next steps needed without having to change pages. Large company, however we use it in our particular department.
The ease of navigating and accessing info without complicated menus.
Should have an app for smartphones and tablets.
Ability to track all aspects of contact with customers; especially like the fact that emails from customers can show up in the history. When customers realize that we are up to date with all their info when contacting them, this helps to improve our image.
