As a Web Developer, Bootstrap has hundreds of classes and media queries which have been already made. This saves lots of time when it comes to building a website. You already have the fundamentals and foundations to get you started.
The downside to bootstrap can be the restrictions to the classes. Having containers, fluid containers and the various col widths can restrict the layout when it comes to building a website. Maybe having a coupe of other container widths pre made could be beneficial to ensure the website isn't all the same widths.
