Lots of templates to start with and easy to customize with our own brand requirements (colors, fonts) Was also pretty straightforward to link with GA and our CMS (Umbraco)
Could get expensive if you have several brands so you have to choose the right pricing plan Support is only via email (but I never had any complaints and they are really helpful)
Email templates are great and customizable so you don't need to hire a developer and/or graphic artist You can send your first email campaign fairly quickly as the software is very intuitive
Campaign Monitor WYSIWYG is pretty reliable and intuitive.We are able to manage and effectively automate customer campaign all with login.Its has enabled us to improve the SEO of our organization by offering built-content that potrays our brand.
Campaign Monitor has been performing to our expectations. Technical team is excellent in case of anything.We have no dislike at all.
Campaign monitor is very cost effective when sending emails.We are aslo able to design newsletters and email them directly to our subscribers.Aslo there is no much technical training for the users in order to use the application
The account interface and editor are super easy to use. The options are intuitive, and allow for customizing templates with ease. I appreciate the variety of templates, as well as the mobile optimization of templates. Making modifications to the template is easy, including adapting to your brand style. The available automations, such as Welcome journey, are wonderful and easy to set up. I also love the fact that the fee structure scales with you based on list size, which is not always an option with other ESPs. This is a great option for small but growing businesses who want to do opt-in email marketing the right way, but are starting out with smaller marketing budgets.
It would be nice to have access to edit the HTML directly in provided templates. You *can* do this if you upload a custom template, but even allowing for limited HTML access in the provided templates would be nice. However the WYSIWYG editor on provided templates does work well, and so far I am not seeing any HTML funkiness when making edits to styling, etc. While the fee structure does scale based on list size, it might be nice to have more feature options in the lower tiers.
We are focused on completely opt-in email marketing, with an email newsletter to provide another channel to promote blog content. The intended goal is to increase engagement with both current fans, as well as grow engagement with new audiences. The API set-up for an subscriber form had thorough documentation and the welcome journey series was easy to set up to get us started. Having a choice of mobile-responsive templates was also great to get us going.

Very glad with my Campaign Monitor experience. Although I think its not too good integration with a lot of third party applications, has sometimes been a problem.

I have found campaign monitor to be a great tool. As a non IT expert I have found it easy to set up and use. The online support and team have been helpful to guide me through everything and Campaign Monitor continues to provide information and tips on an ongoing basis. Being based in New Zealand I did wonder what the support would be like in my timezone, but have found this to be no problem.
Very happy with Campaign Monitor. I would like to learn more about creating and inserting GIF's. There are probably instructions for this - I just havent looked at them yet!

For the Premier version of Campaign Monitor I think $149 a month is kind of steep, however with the middle package still having unlimited email campaigns and auto emails at a much more reasonable price it’s much more do able. I wish phone support was included with the other packages, but its only on the expensive package.
I'm able to send out email campaigns for my business with ease, which untimely drives more sales. I have seen a huge spike in sales, and I believe Campaign Monitor is the reason why. With the time zone sending and automation process We can send email at the target time customers statistically check their emails, over all different time zones.
