What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

Captivate IQ rocks with easy-to-understand analytics, real-time data for quick decisions, and a user-friendly interface that makes sales a breeze--- use this in. I use it every day as i prospect new accounts to find target contacts with the right information. Saves me so much time wading through information.

learning curve (takes a bit to get the hang of it) & cost

Captivate IQ streamlines analytics for quick insights, which is helpful as someone that isn't too familiar with analytics tools. The personalized approach makes client interactions less duanting, and efficient task automation frees up my time to focus on strategic outreach. It's a valuable asset in the sales hustle!

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I love how Captivate allows me to keep track of my comp plan and quota attainment goals and narrow in on my commission statements, making sure all things are accurate.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

Captivate is a relatively expensive commission management platform, particularly for small businesses. While the platform does offer advanced features, the cost may be prohibitive for some companies.

What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Captivate helps me solve the problem of accurately tracking and managing my commissions. It automates the commission calculation process, eliminating the need for manual spreadsheets and reducing the risk of errors (thank god). Captivate also provides transparency into how commissions are calculated, so I can quickly see how much I've earned and what factors are contributing to my payout. Additionally, CIQ saves me time to focus on selling by eliminating the need for manual calculations and disputes with management over commissions. Overall, this lets me stay motivated and focused on driving sales by providing a clear, accurate, automated commission management process. JM

CaptivateIQ is just super intuitive! It's easy to make sense of my compensation.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

I would like to be able to review past compensation, maybe even plotted as a graph of how the value has changed.

It shows me what my compensation is in real-time.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I like being able to reliably see my commission earnings at a glance!

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

Honestly, I don't think there are any downsides to it.

What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of all your sales deals can become chaotic. CaptivateIQ I can see each of my deals and track their value and payout collectively as well as the individual details.

"Best break down of incentive statement"
What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

The most helpful thing i find on captivate is the whole break down of our incentive on what we are paid for what we missed. Down the pricing and the the metric we hit and what we didnt . It isnt just a number like ok you hit this ok you didnt meet this metric. it actaully shows down to the number of apps the target and what we made. I find that so helpful

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

Nothing really , i would only say the site can maybe POP a little more.

What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Im able to use the site to enter in my own incentive calender and see and plan for the next month to come

Very detailed of my finances for work. Good for keeping good records.

Not very mobile friendly. Easier to use on a desktop.

Knowing how much commission I am getting and if there are any charge backs. Helps my plan my life.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

As a member of the sales team, I particularly enjoyed CapitvateIQ's ability to display all sales-related information clearly. Being able to view all numbers related to my deals in one place is especially important. This way, I have full transparency into what's going into my paychecks and never have to worry about discrepancies.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

The one small suggestion for improvement would be to change the new member experience potentially. The first time I used CapitivateIQ, it was a little tricky to navigate. It took some time for me to get comfortable with the platform truly. I think some additional guidance to the new-user onboarding process could be a long way.

What problems is CaptivateIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit is the ability for me as a front-line sales worker to see my deal numbers. Because of these insights, I know what's going into my next paycheck. This transparency between leadership, payroll, and the ICs is a huge value add to our company.
