I've used CaptivateIQ at 3 different companies now and I love it. It makes reading my commision statements super transparent and allows me to connect internally and get it corrected if need be. It also has a super user friendly interface that takes no time to learn.
The only thing I do not like about it would be it doesn't give real time commission updates that sync with your CRM. That is what I would love to see most of their platform.
It brings transparency to my commissions and makes it easy to view and connect with my team if any changes are to be made.
Visually easy to interact with, allows me to access paystubs without a challenge.
The amounts can sometimes be misleading.

What I like about CaptivateIQ is the user interface being very easy. I am able to navigate through my profile and find everything I need without have to dig and search. I have yet to have any issues.

The breakdown of the money is very important as I run many projects that my comissions are based on so being able to make sure everything is correct is important

CaptivateIQ offers people a great sense of where they stand in their sales organization when it comes to quota attainment. Their estimated payout feature is also a great tool for those eager to learn more the outputs of their work. It 's all so easy to use.
Transfer of data between applications can be come tricky if not maintained and watched. The user interface could also be a bit more branded and comfortable for first time users.
Consistent and correct comission payouts.
After using this for about 18 months to review earned commissions, I have appreciated having a bespoke platform for calculating commissions earned. Over time, the calculation speed has improved dramatically (there is so much data to drill through). It does a good job handling past periods, and the next "preview" statement, but as we are paid a month back, it doesn't natively give you a preview of the actual current month - this has to be manually pulled instead which is not as intuitive. Overall this is a valuable tool that fulfills the required functionality.
It would be nice if it had some built in logic to track performance over time both from a quota and earnings perspective. It can be difficult to go "back in time" to check this data manually.
